Wasn't busy when we arrived but before we could even order they got really busy. Appeared to be lots of take out orders. The dining customers then had to wait. Food was good and fair prices. However service needs to be improved. Another table even had someone get up to get refills for their family. *Ladies restroom needs lots of attention. It doesn't even have a doorknob. The hole in the door is covered with paper. Only way to "secure" it is to put your foot in front of it. Such amazing service and food. Seems to be family owned and the staff is so friendly and talkative and personable. The food is absolutely incredible, I've tried a few dishes here and they are PACKED with flavor. Prices are also way worth what you're getting, portions are huge and they taste incredibly flavorful from start to finish. Food came out piping hot meaning to me that they're making stuff fresh to order, nothing is sitting around and you can tell! Ordered Friday night at 6pm. Was told delivery would take an hour or so due to dinner rush. Food arrived fresh, hot, and very delicious. One of the best sweet and sour chicken dishes I have had. My favorite thing was the drink... No beverage section on the menu. Service took a while, only one other table taken up too. Weird environment, still feels like an Italian restaurant like it used to be, only way you know you're not in an Italian restaurant is by the Menu and few art pieces. 3 stars seems like a lot to give this place but, the service was fast, the waitress was friendly and the general dining room area was clean. The food however left much to the imagination, it was plentiful and inexpensive but thats because the whole plate was filled with about 99% noodles and rice with only a few very thin scraps of meat on the bottom. One of my most favorite places to eat! Not only are they a block away their food has always been on point for me! They also have a app that keeps track of your past orders which is super convenient for my family. As most restaurants there is room for improvement. I do wish their delivery time was shorter since I'm literally a block away but every time I place a order for delivery it's a 45 minute wait but if I get it to pick up it's only 10-15 minutes. I do suggest when ordering to go to keep in mind the 45-50 minute delivery time. read more

Almost didn't order from here due to a couple of the reviews, but we were desperate and there are not many delivery options in Brighton. We were extremely happy with this place. The ordering was smooth - even with some off-menu special requests - and the food arrived sooner than projected. The wontons were fresh and had a delicious breading. The chicken was moist and tender, with large pieces (so many places have that hard leathery material they sell as chicken, but not here). There were plenty of utensils and sauces, and they even added paper plates without us asking, which was perfect since we were in a hotel. Highly recommend. read more

I love stopping in for some Take Out. I too started coming here during pandemic. The staff is always friendly. They have excellent egg rolls. Crunchy, hot, and never that mushy inside that hints at being frozen. (Hint pop in an air fryer for a quick reheat if needed). I love their Chef Special Fried Bean Curd with vegetables. Also Fried Rice, Cantonese Noodles are great. Prices super reasonable. Portions huge, I get several meals from each entree. They did reduce delivery area, but to be fair, they've had a sign looking to hire a driver since I've been going. They are probably on very small staff trying to stay in business in a difficult time. We did not have a very good dining experience here. About 2 weeks ago we ordered take out and what we ordered was delicious. So this time, we wanted to visit the restaurant. We found out from our server, who was very new and somewhat knowledgeable, that the reason why the food taste so good is because they add MSG to their food already prepared in or ì8/ó and cannot spare it. I ordered a 1/2 chicken and 1/2 shrimp green curry and receive four shrimp and 10 flat bite size chicken pieces in 4 cups of broth. When I ask for umore shrimp to balance the chicken # pieces, the owner informed me that each piece of shrimp would cost a dollar per shrimp extra for my meal. So seven extra shrimp to balance the dish not including tax. Then we asked for more refills of our soft drinks and that was an extra cost of a full price drink. read more

The dingy and dusty decor is stuck firmly in the mid 1980s, together with surly service, overcooked sweet/sour chicken, bland rice, cracked booth seats, and unremarkable cuisine in general. We have been ordering from Asia Inn for 15 years and today we hear "no longer delivering to your area". During Covid times, places have been stepping up and expanding their delivery service. For future reference, this review is being written during stay at home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. When I called Asia Inn to place a phone order, They quickly and curtly told me to place my order online. I asked if they had delivery or worked with any of the delivery services like Door Dash and they said no and hung up. I went online and placed my order at 4:30 on a Friday. It was just soup, egg rolls, and 1 entree. The website said that my order would be ready at 4:55. When I arrived, there were 10 people standing in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. At one point, we had 14 people standing in front of the restaurant door on the sidewalk. There was no social distancing observed. As near as I can tell, they would group orders. About every 10 minutes, an employee would come to the window at the front door and then start calling off the last four digits of phone numbers. 5:00, 5:10, 5:20 all came and went. About 3-5 people received their orders at any one time. Finally at 5:30 my number was called. 35 minutes after the time my food was supposed to be ready. So it was an hour wait from order time to pick up food. The good news is the food did not disappoint. The veggie egg rolls, the hot and sour soup and the Kung Pao chicken were all very good. I read a few reviews that said that the spicy food was bland. None of the food that I had was bland. The Kung Pao was nice and spicy. Asia inn is FAR better than Heaven Dragon for food, but picking good up at Heaven Dragon is far better read more

At pickup staff was rude and everything was over cooked and the tempura and coatings on all the meats were laid on thick, hardy any chicken at all. The hot and sour soup was overly sweet. I gave this place a chance. But I am not happy. Ordered Veggie Lo Mein and Veggie Steamed Rice. How are the veggies different in each dish or not have any at all? In the Lo Mein there was some celery, some carrots, and bean sprouts and..... lettuce? And way too much soy sauce. Greasy and over powering. It comes with mushrooms too but I don't like mushrooms. Add water chestnuts, which was $2? I can understand add chicken for $2. I have never been charged for adding a veggie. The Steamed rice was supposed too have veggies and add chicken and water chestnuts, which was $2 for each! No mushrooms. It came with alot of mushrooms! And almost no veggies! Some lettuce and some bean sprouts. I even asked them to double check the special instructions (for the entrees) in the special instructions at check out. And what is in the meat dumplings? Although I should add that they used to deliver to our house in Todd Creek but then they stopped delivering, said it was "too far". Stay away from Asia Inn! The food is terrible and even worse is the customer service. I was charged for sauces and chopsticks that I didn't even receive. Who charges $0.50 for chopsticks, duck sauce and hot mustard anyway? Every Chinese restaurant I've ever been to has all that automatically included. I called the restaurant to let the woman working tonight know that I didn't receive items I was charged for and also that the Twice Cooked Pork was FROZEN with sauce and veggies poured over it. When I called, the same woman that had taken my order, HUNG UP ON ME. I was very polite with her so imagine the disbelief I felt when she hung up. All she said was, "we're closed now" and hung up! ASIA INN, you just lost 4 customers. I hope being rude was worth it. To future potential customers, please think twice before going here, you'll regret it and waste your money otherwise. The food is obviously previously frozen, tastes horrible and if you try to communicate with owners about the food you received, you will be immediately responded to rudely if it's not positive. But why even go to a restaurant that is so cheap they have to charge you for sweet sauce and hot mustard? There's so many better places to dine out. If Asia Inn continues to provide poor food and terrible customer service, there is no doubt they will go out of business. read more

I was pleasantly surprised since the woman who took our order was super rude. So basically if you can get through the rude woman taking your order you will get pretty good food that's delivered.
