So the food was ok, the price was a little high for what i got. The people were very nice. I enjoyed my Singapore noodles

I c alot of negative reviews, but my experience was pleasant. The food was delicious! Had plenty of flavor, i got the chicken lo mein. The waitress was polite. And the ambience is a bit outdated but i wouldn't put a mark against them for that, ambience is a 3.5 at least it doesnt look dirty, just old.

The food is ok not the best. The bathrooms are locked because of a homeless issue. The menu says, "$7.95" for lunch on the menu delivered with your mail that they sent out. It's false advertising and they raised the price $3.00 for lunch. I went to the location based on the menu advertising. The orange chicken is dry but the sauce is good and egg roll is really skinny no flavor. The egg drop soup is good and the only thing good.

Singapore Noodles with Chicken - SO GOOD!!

I ordered from this restaurant specifically for the Singapore Noodles with chicken. They did not disappoint! So flavorful, the perfect balance of noodles, veggies and meat. I also tried the crab cheese wontons, and they were delicious. The wonton soup wasn't bad, but the wonton dough seemed a little raw. I would order from here again, based on the crab cheese wontons and fantastic Singapore Noodles!

Find somewhere else. Out of everything ordered and delivered, the best things were the peanut and mustard sauce. I ordered a large Orange Chicken for my child (paying extra for rice), it was tiny. Spring rolls were huge, mostly noodles, had a few whole shrimp stuck in them. My lo-mein was super oily and is literally sitting in the sink trying to drain. I love crab cheese wontons. They are still sitting there but possibly the second "best" part of the meal.

Vegetable lo mein, vegetarian curry, vegetarian garlic "chicken", and rice.

I've ordered food from here once, but I ordered several dishes so I hope this is helpful. So... I ordered vegetable lo mein, as well as vegetable curry with faux chicken and vegetable garlic "beef" with a big container of rice. It was all very good but I particularly liked the curry. The curry sauce was very good and abundant enough that it made sense to stir in some rice. It also came with a variety of vegetables cooked in the dish. The lo mein was also very good and could of been a meal in and of itself. It had some mushrooms, bean sprouts, and some greens; the sauce was also good. Then there is the garlic beef, which was good but maybe a little sweeter and less "garlicky" than I was expecting. Of the three it was probably be my least favorite but it was still good and had an assortment of vegetables. As for serving size, the dishes were reasonable for the price and if I use all of the rice it would altogether be a good amount of food. The delivery guy was nice, but you obviously don't have much in the way of an interaction. If you take something significant away from that exchange it's probably a bad thing. But I digress. Someone called me, however, (perhaps an owner?) to ensure that my order was correct. I thought that was kind and something you don't often get from more chain type places. I suppose the only real critique I have, and this is somewhat nit-picky, but I eat a lot of rice and the white rice I received wasn't as soft as i'm used to.

Happy Family lunch special with soup.

So I'm really not sure why the bad reviews but I can guess. This is a mom and pop type Chinese dive restaurant with no airs about it being anything else. Thus things like long delivery times and dishes left on the table should be expected as there looks to be a husband and wife running it. Anyone disappointed it's no longer 5 bucks for lunch and is 8 bucks has a valid concern but that is inflation happening everywhere. I've been here a few times now and the food has been good (I waited after the first time for this review to make sure). I have had the Happy Family lunch special spicy with sweet n sour soup and overall it was good. The flavor was good relative to other places in the area. I think it is better than Chan's though Chan's looks better with higher quality veggies and shrimp included but the taste, while good I think isn't as good as Tasty as well as being a bit more expensive. I could go through a long list of places in the area in comparison but overall I think depending on what I am looking for, when I am going for a quick lunch - depending on my mood, I tend to go to here and Chan's when hungry for Chinese. With the difference being a bit higher quality and table service at Chan's but also more expensive.

Best dumplings around! The standard dishes are all solid (like Chicken with Broccoli and Sesame Chicken).

They downgraded the sizes of the food by half while keeping the price the same. It's just too expensive for me to order regularly now.

This is my family & I 2nd time here in Denver and after finding this place the 1st visit we make it a point to come to this location. We're located in Georgia so I think we have a good sense of good Chinese. I always get the Mongolian beef with fried rice (no egg; I'm allergic) My husband always gets the General Tso chicken with the fried rice and he ALWAYS orders this and never has a complaint. My son gets the Sesames chicken also with fried rice and it's sweet and crunchy as they fry the chicken to mix in their sauce and it's worth every penny. Every time! Service sometimes can be short in communication but expected especially when they're working all day and don't have time to eat but their food never misses! It's never crowded or busy when we come no matter the time of day, never noisy always sit at a booth. I highly recommend this place I will always come here when visiting Denv

The venue itself is kind of small, but they are able to accommodate a party of 10 last minute so that was nice. I had never been to this location, but my friend lives in the area and says he goes frequently. When we first arrived, they were kind friendly and greeted us immediately. They were able to see us at their largest table. My friend then placed all of the orders because he knew what we all liked and what they had on the menu already. The food came out in waves, which was nice so we got a chance to eat a little bit of everything at a time instead of being overwhelmed with everything all at once. The temperature of the food was great! Hot and fresh :-) the seasoning could've been a little better. My friend said some of the "spicy" food was not very spicy. My friend who suggested it said that tonight wasn't their best night though as well. He said he's been before and it was great while tonight's food was just mediocre. I would definitely be willing to give them another try, but it is a little far from where we all live so it might be a while till we head back. The service was amazing though, very friendly, very attentive and very kind.
