I always like to give benefit of doubt when a restaurant fails to meet expectations as long there is willingness address and correct the mistake after the brought to the attention. Rating this low because this place did not address the issue even when I pointed the issue. Very excited when this Panda Express was opened near our home as we frequent this chain quite regularly. Location is great, Staff is generally nice and good/clean interior. The consistency of the quality of food in terms seasoning and done properly remains an issue. The portion was alright until visited this time. Clearly the portion size, in particular for the side was way small and when drawn to the staff's attention, I was told that is the right proportion. I have had enough meals from this chain to know very well the right portion size and this time that was not clearly met. May try a few times to see if the issue is corrected. Will stopped altogether it the inconsistency and unreasonable portion size continues.

Orange chicken with half chow mein, half fried rice.

This was my first experience with Panda Express. I made a visit through the drive-thru and the employee taking my order spoke so quickly & had zero enthusiasm. At the window, I was met with the same enthusiasm so I'm guessing it was the same person taking the order. I had asked for soy & hot sauce and after receiving my order, noticed there was none of it in my bag. I then waited for the employee to come back so I could ask again, and she offered no apology and actually didn't say a word to me. The food is was actually pretty tasty to my surprise! The orange chicken was pretty fresh and had a really nice flavor. The chow mein was a little on the dry side, so the soy & hot sauce helped bring some life to it. The fried rice will definitely be my go-to side. It was delish! The chicken egg roll was fresh, crispy and delish as well! I will most likely visit again since the food was good!

It's new to the area, so of course it's hopping right now. So, please do everyone a favor and don't try 10 items and wait to order under after all of your taste testing is complete! New decor, sets this one apart from the other Panda's. It's brand new and is clean and modern. Same setup as the rest-glass barricade with all of their choices. The new honey sesame chicken is delicious! Prices are quite reasonable. Also, complete with a drive thru for convenience. My encounters with employees have been pleasant ones as well.

It's nice that you can get the entrees over vegetables instead of rice. It's a good option for people on a low-carb lifestyle.

Adele was playing quietly over the speakers. They have a great lunch menu with lots of $8.99 options. I ordered Szechuan Beef with a touch of spicy heat. The generous portion of vegetables were super fresh and the beef was juicy and tender. Portions were perfect for lunch. My husband had the Kung Pao Chicken. He commented that there was a lot of chicken and his lunch was very good. Our server was friendly, but busy. She acted as hostess and server for the entire restaurant. She kept our water glasses full. Food came out fairly quickly. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. The restroom is clean and spacious.

All items were delicious. The portions were much generous than I've seen in awhile. Ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. Outside of downtown, the restaurants in Indy appear to be 90% national chains. It's hard to find…read moresomething unique, or worth seeking out. One notable exception on the northwest edge of town is Tian Fu. It's in a residential area, in strip mall, with convenient parking. Tian Fu offers authentic Chinese and Japanese (sushi) food. For this day and age, and considering the quality and quantity of the food, the prices were reasonable, and a good value: Soup Dumpling $10.95; Shanghai Rice Cake 11.95; Old Mama's Pickled Pepper Fish $18.95; and Golden Tofu $13.95. The food was great. We would return. Note: there is a similarly named restaurant on the eastern edge of Indy. Not sure if it's under the same ownership. It's on E Washington Street, just west of Rt 465.

Not a happy face anywhere. Our waiter arrived in about 20min to take drink orders. Food arrived, dish by dish, for the next 1.5 hours. The food was mostly OK. Basic items like silverware and napkins had to be obtained manually. Also to-go boxes. Last year, it was a three star. This year, two. We won't be back. Perhaps it's not a Larson cartoon (Crisis clinic on fire, about to go over some waterfalls), but it came close. The food as not bad; it was OK, nothing above average. I wish I could say better because my sister thinks it's fine.... until her meal arrived somewhat cold, ninety-minutes after we sat. It was mostly empty by the time we left; restaurants are a tough business, especially on Christmas. Will we be there next Christmas? Nope.
