Ok food no issues this time good. 1. Walked in stood the 5 min before being helped felt like we were inconveniencing them. 2. Dinning room shut down no idea why?? While employee was out there eating. 3. No idea how to use the gift card maybe new employees no idea lol took about 5 min 4. Guy behind me was annoyed because grill already shut down and they were not closed and 5 ITEMS not available. 5. told he would have to wait 17 min which he agreed to. 6. Corp has been very helpful and tried to make things right But at this point action the evening shift is is lacking in customer service does not represent the brand well. Yes I know it's a fast food restaurant but strike 2

Wow. Order family meal took 20 mins cause I was waiting on veggies. No problem they were busy? Then veggies came out. All were given to drive thru orders which were placed after mine. They then told me another 10 to 15 mins. That the cook only has 2 hands. Hmm. Then an apparent manager with a mask on said ...stop yelling? I asked for refund as I wasn't willing to wait any longer? They said they do not offer refunds. Straw that broke this camels back. I will spread the facts of this experience anywhere and everywhere I possibly can. Manager and res of staff need to be properly trained or hire additional staff to handle their business. Have to dispute the transaction woth amex to recieve refund. No food or service provided. How can this be. Even McDonald's will refund if necessary and reasonable. This qualifies for both.

Love that they brought back the orange beyond chicken. And vegan options. Folks working here are always nice !

Cream cheese Rangoon

This Panda Express struggles with consistency. Often times you will receive horrible service and decent food and other times great service and subpar food. On my last visit I ordered two meals to go. One meal with two servings of walnut shrimp and noodles and the other meal with walnut shrimp, sweet fire chicken and rice. I tossed in a couple of orders of cream cheese rangoon. Both entrees were hot and tasty but the noodles and rice were both cold. The cream cheese rangoon also appeared to be precooked and sitting out for long enough to be room temperature and chewy. .

It was ok, I've eaten at others and they've been much better. Food was cold, noodles were old and cold

Probably one of the better Panda Express restaurants I've ever visited. The staff is kind and the food is always up to standard.

You can really tell they take pride in what they serve, the ingredients taste fresh, the portions are great, and everything always comes out hot and exactly how it should. No matter what I order, it's always spot on. The staff is another reason I keep coming back. They are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they consistently get every order right, which is something you don't always find these days. In my opinion, this is hands down the best Chinese food in Florida. If you're in the area and want quality, fresh, and delicious food, this place is a must-try.

Took some trial and error until I came across this place. This is the kind of spot that you KNOW is gonna be amazing due to the ambiance - kinda grungy (respectfully), photos of the food on an illuminated board, notes written on the wall on paper that has become yellowed with time. My favorite dishes here are the sesame beef, house pan fried noodles, and veggie egg foo young. Oh and the mushu pork is damn good too, especially their plum sauce. My one wish is that they made honey walnut shrimp! That's a favorite dish of mine which is apparently hard to find around Orlando.

We were seated quickly, and once we ordered the food, it came out in no time. I tried the Stir-Fried Chinese Broccoli with Garlic and the Salt and Pepper Tofu. The broccoli was perfectly cooked and had a great garlic flavor. The Salt and Pepper Tofu tasted great but was a bit greasy. My family ordered Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, which they raved about. I would definitely return if I were in the area.

Besides that I really loved the chee cheong fun with xo sauce and the fried shrimp balls. Maybe because we went on a Monday they didn't do the dim sum carts which I love. But then again, the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like they usually don't do the carts. But this is a way to ensure all the food you're getting is fresh though! I do wish the dim sum menu was a little more varied. I feel like a few staples that I normally gravitate towards weren't there. But there was still enough to have a good filling meal.

The all you can eat sushi option they do during the weekdays is a great deal (around $35) and I've come for that a few times now! Tonight I got some sushi takeout for the first time. I ordered two rolls- a shrimp tempura (5 pieces) and a California (6 pieces). I do wish their menu stated how many pieces you get in an order. I'd definitely recommend at least 2-3 rolls per person if getting takeout. Luckily they have a wide range of other options, such as noodle, meat, and hibachi dishes. Every time I've come here, the restaurant is clean and the service is pleasant. The dining room is usually pretty empty. My husband did not love the hibachi when he ordered it (he is used to Kyoto), but I can only speak on my own experiences. Next time I want to try Pad Thai!

On a whim, we decided to give this place a shot as it's close to our house. Thank goodness we did! My husband and I went in for all you can eat sushi, which was extremely reasonably priced for what you can order and what they have available on that particular menu. We ordered the spring rolls, edamame, and 2 orders of pork gyoza to start. Our food was quickly brought out to us, which was a blessing because we were borderline hangry. The edamame was fresh and well seasoned with salt, which I like. The pork gyoza was so good and hot, which came with a sauce that had a sweetness to it. That's why we actually ordered a second order, because it was delicious. Onto the sushi. We were literally starving and my husband and put some down sushi, so we ordered the rainbow roll, crunchy roll, valentine roll, and yellowtail jalapeno roll. Honestly, they give you like 8 pieces per roll which is rare when you are doing an all you can eat special. The sushi was fresh and absolutely delicious. We ordered 14 pieces of salmon nigiri which came in the shape of a flower. The nigiri came out in large pieces, which usually doesn't happen. It was so fresh. Our server was attentive and kind. We absolutely loved our experience and dinner there. If you have not tried this place, do not skip it! Your taste buds will thank you.
