I have had good food from Panda Express. I love the Beijing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken from OTHER locations. I have an extremely high tolerance for spicy food, but the crap I brought home tonight is inedible. The ratio of peppers in the dish is insane. I can usually put the whole peppers aside, but there's A LOT of small bits. I can't eat this garbage. I suspect shenanigans from the staff. So funny. Won't be back. read more

Service is terrible, food is below average. Ambiance of the place is average. The wasilla location is ran by high school kids. Wait time for online orders are ridiculous, it's like they ignore them. You have to constantly remind them that you've placed an online order 30+ minutes ago. read more

All the standard menu items though dry still tasted as they normally do. However, I would highly recommend that you stay away from the new specialty items! We just ordered the crispy sesame steak & shrimp that was so burnt that it was black (see the attached photo). It was also not crispy, I am assuming they drowned it in sauce in an attempt to cover up the burnt taste but it just tasted like coal! Luckily for them I had to pay an extra $6 for this specialty charcoal. Just saying if you need to buy this over priced salt with a side of food stick to what they know and normally cook, that way you will just be the normal amount of disappointed instead of being very disappointed. read more

Panda Express - Burnt crispy sesame shrimp and steak - Chinese Near Me - Wasilla, Alaska

food was absolutely mediocre. chow mein was dry and bland almost choked trying to swallow, beijing beef doesn't taste like beef, tastes like crunchy seasoning. hot chicken was the only thing i could bare because ive had similar stuff like it before. Employee at window was very kind and friendly which was excellent. read more

Food: food was hot and fresh Service: was prompt and correct order Ambiance: horrible! Just horrible! Worst in the world! We went in again and there is rap music in the kitchen blasting and some kind of punk pop in the dining room. Most unpeaceful place we have ever tried to share a meal! read more

Edward was so awesome proving us with amazing service, me and my wife are very grateful for this young man professional service and joyful attitude. Wasilla panda you rock!!! Thank you. read more

It's Panda Express, they are pretty much the same regardless of where you go. The staff is friendly, the building is clean.

Literally stood in front of this lady for 5 minutes before anyone bothered asking for my order. They were just doing drive thru orders. Worst customer service ever. read more

We ordered online for delivery to our motel. Online ordering is a pain!! Food was delivered by Door Dash and they arrived very quickly. I like the link to track order. Food was hot and we were not missing anything. read more

Sesame chicken was hard pieces of chicken, fried rice had no flavor, the lady that took our order was rude, I will never go there again

sadly gone way downhill. they no longer offer string beans chicken. I ordered the rangoons and they were butned on the bottom and the filling was dried out. could barely break them. just gross. they have the lobby closed so they can serve you crap without you being able to check. steer away from here. read more

A little disappointed by this visit. We walked in and there was one employee taking selfies on his phone and texting them to someone and two other male employees in the kitchen area. The younger female who helped us when we first walked in was very friendly. My friend and I both sampled two of the different chickens. Upon my friend ordering his meal I proceeded to order mine, by the time I told the lady what I wanted and someone from the drive through ordered there was no more rice or chicken left. They told me it would be a 5 minute wait. Unfortunately my friends dish had already been made. Leaving him to either eat without me while his was hot, or wait for mine and eat a cold dish. At minimum when we paid and I wasn't given anything to eat I expected to be comped a free soft drink while I waited. Needless to say nothing was done to make up for this poor judgment of having food available. While I waited the 5 minutes for my food the one guy continued to mess around on his phone in the open behind the serving bar. read more

Tried giving this place another try, and wasted 40$ The fried rice is horrible , brown and mushy with no flavor. The sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken and beef broccoli was just way to salty, Safeway Carr's is also better , save your money and go there. Plus i just read other reviews and cross contamination of meat and undercooked meat is going on there. read more

For fast food Chinese, it wasn't bad. The food was surprisingly better than decent, and you got a good amount for your money. Overall, we'll probably go back. read more

This location definitely kicks the Anch location in the butt. Was hesitant to go here bcuz Tikahtnu was such a let down but this was sit-down restaurant quality good. Went back again to make sure it wasn't a fluke but it was good the 2nd time too. Wok fired shrimp is very good as is the Teriyaki chicken. Can't wait to try something else! read more

i like eating at panda but it's disgusting seeing all the workers handle all our food when having no sort of gloves on. there decontaminating all the food, it's sloppy and disgusting. they need to do better. it's not hard to wear gloves in a eating environment read more

I have given this location 3 tries and every time the "super greens" are terrible. Usually overcooked and mushy, but this time they asked me to wait 15 min in the parking lot for a fresh batch. I was really hoping they'd be good this time, but instead they were undercooked and had a questionable/slimy/flavorless clear sauce all over them. read more

Honestly if you like good food DO NOT go here. They reallly should hire a better staff or kitchen or just burn the place down. The rice is overcooked and mushy af. The chow mein is as dry and bland as the Sahara desert. You'll probably get food poisoning just looking at the meat. The egg roll and fortune cookie.... not bad. read more

Food is normally great but, the new sizzling shrimp is a rip off. They charge you a $1.50 extra and all you get is five small shrimp, really?! read more

My husband and I LOVE Panda Express- it's our favorite fast food chain. The Wasilla location usually is a bit slow with their service and you never know what you're going to get- one time we had one of the Girls there give us hardly ANY food- just to give you an idea, I usually can't finish my plate there because I'm so stuffed. I was able to finish my serving and still be hungry. My husband who never likes to complain said from that one visit, he never wanted to go to this location ever again since it's so over priced to get jipped from the normal serving amount. Their quality is hit or miss at this location as well- sometimes there isn't as much sauce covering the meat as the other locations but overall, we still love panda and I'm just glad they have one in Wasilla! read more

Ordered Beijing Beef at Wasilla Panda. Absolutely terrible tasting missing most of the breading and tasted charred the more I had consumed. I went inside the restaurant to ask for a new one and was willing to wait for next batch. They acted like I was trying to steal from them because I had already eaten a little more than a 1/3 of box. I never complain about food anywhere but I felt this was terrible. They explained since I already ate some they could not help me. I told them the realization of what I was eating had gotten worse and worse As I was eating. So to remedy the Situation I was willing to pay for half of the cost of the large Beijing beef to get a better batch and they looked dumbfounded at me said they couldn't do that. Terrible food and terrible service from this Panda. What ever happened to taking care of the customer. The manager needs to teach the employees better or he should be replaced. read more

The first time I tried this place it was bad. I decided to give them a second chance and it was the same, hard old chow mein noodles that have been sitting under a heat lamp all day, old rice, fatty pieces of chicken, no sauce covering sauced items, mushy vegetables. It was just simply not worth it both times. I wish they would step it up because I've been to Panda Express in other states and it was amazing, then come home to wasilla and it's so bad. read more

Not a bad place to stop in at. It isn't too expensive and a plate will leave you pretty full. The staff will offer samples and help you select what you might like. Love the chicken egg rolls with a bit of soy sauce too. read more

Finally! Panda Express in Alaska! I love this place! Long waits to be expected. I do prefer the Anchorage location to this one. They may waltz in on you while you potty, but the Anchorage at Tikatnu location is friendly, faster, and more generous with their servings and smiles. I'll update this review after a few more visits when they've gotten the hang of the Alaskan hungry crowd. read more

Can I do zero stars on this app?? I'm NEVER coming back here! I've given them a few chances and tried to be understanding.... but seriously?!? UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN?!? On top of the food quality being awful, I always have to wait for my food and when I get it, it's the wrong order or it's gross! As well as the food never being great, the staff is mostly rude and seems like they want to get you out ASAP! The drive thru guy is nice the two times I've gone through there, but the front counter people never seem pleased to help. Seriously, management needs to step it up or just get new management! Staff is slow. They never have items prepared during lunch hours. Always 15 to 20 minutes wait. They do cater jobs before in house

When my wife and I stopped by for a late lunch we were greeted by a very polite staff. We ordered teriyaki chicken and they made a point to get it fresh off the wok. As we sat down we saw someone, possibly the manager, mopping the floor trying to make it spotless. Overall a very good place to take care of my wife's pregnancy cravings. read more
