I've always liked Panda Express for what it is--not necessarily the most authentic or high-end Chinese food, but it's consistent, tasty, and satisfying when you're in the mood for something familiar. The orange chicken is still my go-to. It's sweet, crispy, and always hits the spot. I also got the fried rice, which was okay--not the most flavorful I've had, but it paired well with the entrees. Considering it's a food court location on a military base, I actually thought the quality held up better than expected. For the price of this flavorless meal I could have eaten at the Chinese buffet a little ways down from this establishment. From the moment you walk in you feel rushed through the (what feels like a lunch line at school) line. The atmosphere in the dining area is also cold, hard and uninviting . Seems really clean though . I hope I remember not to do this again but if not it would be a boring reminder of why not to eat here. Staff is not very friendly either. Always go in. I dialysis so did the drive thru because really exhausted. Asked for the plate. Got aot of rice and a tiny scoop of noodles. I said half n half. Was too tired to go back. The way the women put it on plate was crazy. Covering the rice to make it look like half. Never again will I do that. read more

The food is always delicious! The Ambience- great! The service- not so much tonight! Employee's name is Monasha - a shift leader allegedly. She fixed my plate & gave me an abundance of Orange Chicken, but then gave me a child's portion of Teriyaki Chicken. She openly - in front of the entire store, scolded the young man at the register when I asked for more Teriyaki Chicken. He attempted to explain to her, but she insisted very rudely & disrespectfully saying " Tell her - meaning me- that that is the correct portion." She went on to scold him sayin, "The food is limited so we can't give out bigger portions." The entire store heard her. Other customers also complained about the portion size, stating we know that we normally receive larger portions which would appear to be correct! I did not recognize the sauce at all and I've been eating Panda all over the country for decades. Walmart is across the street. Terrible first time. Arrived being told 2 mins on honey walnut shrimp and gave them 5 minutes. The entrées were ready to my understanding as I could see them ready. But even after the fact, it took almost 20 min for folks to realize my order of 2 plates are being skipped when the to-go boxes are made and food is cooling off. This spot is now drive-thru ONLY. Be prepared, the line is very long. It took me 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru. I ordered two Panda Bowls. One with Mushroom Chicken and Super Greens, the other with Kung Pao Chicken and Chow Mein. The Kung Pao Chicken was incredible and had a nice amount of kick to it. The Chow Mein was also pretty tasty. However, I do not recommend the Super Greens. It's mostly Kale and it tasted completely raw. It has a drive thru, menu was easy to use, food prepared quickly considering it is a restaurant. Food was very good. Loved everything esp the chicken and shrimp. We both got the rice- very good. I use to love panda express but I feel like they have gone down hill. My husband ordered us the orange chicken since they no longer have the sweet fire chicken which was our favorite. But he got home with it and it tasted mushy. I tore some in half and it was pink. So I'm writing this review as I sit around to see if I get sick or not. I got double orange chicken because honestly it seemed like the only thing remotely edible. I was hooked by the sign outside offering a new dish but it was nowhere in sight. My guess is they don't know how to cook it and why should I be surprised when they can't even cook their normal items. I Went in the drive through this afternoon, and I ordered pepper chicken with fried rice. I also got an egg roll. The temperature of the food was barely warm. My eggroll was nearly burnt, and it did not have a very good taste. The rice was bland. Admittedly, the pepper chicken had good flavor, and it was the only thing I enjoyed. I was shocked, however, at what a tiny portion I received. It didn't even fill the tiny portion slot of the styrofoam takeout box. I felt ripped off. I have visited other panda restaurants that were much better. When considering quantity and quality, they're way overpriced. I could have just gone to my usual local Chinese and I would have received twice as much, better tasting food. Lesson learned- I won't be back read more

I've tried Panda Express several times since they opened and I think they are good overall. The food is tasty but it can be inconsistent depending on who they have cooking it. On several occasions, I would order the same dish but it would look and taste different. The grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce seems to be the popular dish as most customers seem to order it and I order it every time I go there. I also like the black peppered chicken. I've tried the Beijing beef and orange chicken several times, but they can sometimes be tough or soggy. I tried the egg roll once and it was definitely big but it was sitting out too long and was cold. The lo mein was also cold and stale one time, so I recommend sticking with the fried rice. The people working there are all nice and welcome me every time I enter the restaurant. The prices have gone up a little bit since they opened, but they do give you good portions. I highly recommend filling out the survey at the back of the receipt and bringing it on your next visit. You get a free entree when purchasing a 2-entree plate. My total was $7.48 for 3 entrees and a water. read more

The food is good when it's available. I've given this location 3 chances. Today was the last for me. The first two times there was a wait for vegetables. I visited Panda Express to get 2 plates to go. Ordered the 3 entree, 1 side for the plates. On one plate was 2 teriyaki chicken entrees and one general TSO chicken with chow mein. The other was fried rice with orange chicken, general TSO chicken and Shanghai Angus steak. I took it home and my wife, my 22 year grandson (who can eat a lot!) and myself shared off the 2 plates. We had plenty and was so good!! There was actually enough left over that he will have the same for dinner tonight. Very large portions! Shout out to my server (Angel). Very sweet and extremely patient with this 65 year old who was not sure what he wanted. I hope she waits on me next time because I will surely be back soon.
