If I could give Wendy's on Watson in Centerville zero stars, I would. First, the food was cold. Second, the cashier was too busy seeing what was going on outside and never gave me a receipt. Here's the kicker. I paid with my bank debit card. As soon as I got home, I got an email from my bank saying my account was locked because there were multiple attempts trying to get into my account. Well, stuff happens and sometimes companies are out of a popular item. I truly get that. It happens. Because my 9-year-old granddaughter LOVES Wendy's kid's meal (chicken nuggets) I ordered a kids' nugget meal. Whoever was at the window taking orders, well her ATTITUDE WAS HORRID. if I could give this place zero stars, I would. We ordered online, and it took 30 minutes to receive our order. They had two guys up front, both dullards. One of them asked us three times if we had a doordash order. NO. He got so lost that he finally just gave up and walked away. The line of customers who had been standing at the register waiting to order for more than ten minutes began to complain loudly, and I couldn't blame them. Finally, after about 25 minutes, the manager waddled from the back office to see why a dozen or so customers were standing at the counter complaining about the service. This place seems to have hired the dumbest of the dumb. This was a Sunday night in mid December around 6:30pm. We will not be going back to this location. Bright skin cashier with glasses was very rude at the window today @ 1640 . When requesting for sauces for my 3 orders of nuggets she closed the window in my face. I tried to get her attention and she ignored me and sent a young man to the window to fulfill the order. I Love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and they have great baked potatoes but this particular Wendy's made me and my mom sick yesterday. We had the chicken nuggets and our own drinks. That evening we both felt nauseous and had tummy issues. We had driven through the drive through and wasn't aware of how sanitary the inside was until I seen some reviews afterwards. Worst customer service out of almost every fast food place in town! The lack of care is astonishing.

This was the pits! The burgers were small, no condiments, no lettuce or tomatoes, flat buns. Food was dry, tasteless and cold.

I go to this Wendy's a lot. IT'S USUALLY GOOD. It WAS very busy. They had plenty of staff. It just seemed like maybe a few were actually working. Everyone seemed kind of dazed and not really worried about the rush. There was no communication between staff. There was only one girl on the register and she looked totally bored. It took over 30 minutes to get my food to go. Plus side was my order was correct and tasty read more

Today I went to Wendy's at 12:30 pm ( 30 mins before close) I was told that they where only taking door dash, so no problem I hopped on door dash and the restaurant was listed as closed. I don't know who is responsible for the wrong hours of operation or either the staff was being lazy, but this was totally unacceptable! Wendy's is Wendy's. Let's be honest. When I arrived into this location, I was immediately greeted by Tamara. It was a genuine greeting, not your typical canned greeting. The restaurant was clean, no over flowing trash cans (something I always look for) Tamara took my order and was just so friendly. Eye contact, friendly and genuine. This is something you don't always receive at a quick service restaurant. I got my food, in a fast manner, and it was made to my requested specifications. I got my drink from the "Freestyle" machine. If there was one area I felt that could be better, it would be the soda machine. Several of the options were unavailable, making it not so "Freestyle" but hey, it's a soda machine and we should' be drinking soda anyway. I went out to my car to leave and noticed I had a few things missing from my bag. Went back in and told Tamara. She said "Well, I'm glad you checked before you left." She then went and got what I was missing. No questions, no raised "I know you got it" eyebrow look. Thank you Wendy's for the great food. Thank you Tamara for the great experience! read more

Wendy's is now labeled as bad as McDonald's in my book. Possibly worse. I was charged $0.30 extra when I asked for extra cheese sauce, which I was totally fine with if I had actually gotten the extra cheese sauce that I asked for. I asked for no onions on my burger and they put "no onions" on the receipt but decided to put onions on the burger anyway. Then, while I was looking at my burger with onions, I noticed that I was completely missing another burger that I was charged for! When I came back to the Wendy's to get my missing burger, I also brought in the receipt and explained to the lady the three, yes THREE things wrong with my order. When I tried to bring that to the attention to the woman behind the desk, I was rushed and given the "what can I do to make you shut up" kind of response. I came in twice to try to have my order corrected. After leaving, I realized there was something else wrong. I even called before coming back the second time and the phone was handed over to the manager. The manager answered with "Hello?" I was like, really? Are you serious? Can I know your name, can you tell me if you're the manager or not? Literally anything would have been better than answering the phone with "Hello?". You can say, "Hello, thank you for calling Wendy's, my name is _______, how can I help you?" Or literally anything other than JUST "Hello?" How the hell did you become a manager of anything if you can't even answer the phone correctly and address yourself. I would expect this kind of crappy service and workers screwing up orders if I was at McDonald's, that's why I never go there. Wendy's is getting just as bad. Never going back. I didn't go in Wendy's to have my ass kissed, I went in there to bring attention to the THREE things that were wrong on my order. Why hire someone who can't make a burger correctly?
