The staff is awesome and friendly, Panda Express is always badass every time you come there. Especially this one!!! It only gets better and better every time you go there. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews, I guess I'm just lucky, or not a "food snob". I have purchased food here many times and have never been let down. I have always found the employees efficient and helpful. Sure it's fast food, but it's damn good fast food. That's why I come here, I want good food, Fast! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the parking is usually tight, and out of all the times I've been here, they haven't had General Tao's. read more

I am very disappointed with this store and the bad attitude they have. I stopped by on my lunch for a bowl and had never had any problems. I walked in and was waiting for my order to be taken, I stood their for a good 10 min. It was very awkward and I was confused thinking maybe they aren't open?? Sam a manager I assume doesn't say anything and gives me the dirties look. Which was just very unprofessional and I was embarrassed eventually they take my order, and Sam is being very rude. I don't understand what her problem was but if you hate customers maybe this place isn't for you. read more

Portions were half the size we normally get. My teenage sons thought I got them kids meals. I think problem was we had 4 meals and 3 were all the same. They were stretching the amount they had to serve without making more of any item. Each plate had 3 pieces of sesame beef. It was comical. Quality wasn't as good either. It was expensive for what we got. We also had raw fortune cookies. That was a first. read more

I was really disappointed with this store on how they handled my disability during the pandemic. An employee was very rude to me, didn't offer to take my order outside (may I note other restaurants do that for me) they also don't put their family meals online to order. I was most displeased with the staff I got no apology from that staff member or from their corporate people after taking the survey of my bad experience. I will never return to this store again... read more

I am giving this review because last time I went here I got some food for my son which was rice and orange chicken but the orange chicken was very old and sitting there for a long time, we bought it but then my son did not start eating it like he used to, then he got sick at night. So that's why I am giving this review. read more

Great everything except parking... i have to keep writing to post... a review....not a tip but ok yelp

Horrible service, guy over the counter had horrible attitude and I was told food would be ready in 7 minutes, I've been here for 15 and there's no signs of them being close to done. If your hungry, your better off going anywhere in the world than this joke for a place read more

five start for fast food Chinese. Employees are some what friendly, it's a hit and a miss with them. But they are a busy spot so usually have fresh food at all times. read more

Great location! Never had a problem. I do feel bad for the employees that have to work with Mary, she was very rude to her coworkers, specifically what appeared to be a new girl. read more

Foolishly ordered food from here, waited for more than 20 minutes after no one seemed to want to help anyone at the counter. Got home and the orange chicken is so spicy it is not edible, throwing it all in the trash. Terrible service and terrible food at this location read more

Walked in at 9:15 to them mopping, only 2 full entree options, and only one type of side. The employee was rude to us and very clearly annoyed we were coming in. We asked for some entrees that they would have to make and they said 15 min wait. We said okay and they didn't even start making it for 5 minutes because they were cleaning. We didn't get our to-go plates filled as much as usual and had to ask for our fortune cookies. Overall very unimpressed and a negative experience. read more

Given I shouldn't have come 30 minutes before close but all they had was some soggy chow mien, a little orange chicken and some random sides. 30 minutes left and no food? Disappointing. read more

Super slow to process and pay for food. I was fifth in line and 15 minutes to get through. By the time I paid my food was in the container for 3 minutes. read more

We stopped at the Salmon Creek Panda Express before beginning our trip to Seattle. We arrived just after noon and they were out of several dishes. We ordered mostly from the few available and chose to wait for one. The beef broccoli was completely cold. The orange chicken was barely lukewarm and not crisp whatsoever. My fried rice was cold as well as my wife's "steamed" brown rice. All rice was undercooked and crunchy. I returned the cold beef broccoli and requested a different entree. 10 minutes later the "person in charge" Chris came to our table to see what the problem was. We made him aware of the fact the entrees were cold and how unprepared they were. He informed us he was an hour late to work today. (WOW)!! He also said it isn't their policy to replace entrees but he would make a major exception in our case. I told him to keep the entree and walked out. read more

Worst ever! Ordered teriyaki chicken without sauce for my kids and they put sauce. Waited over 10 minutes for steamed veggies and then they served about a dozen people before I could get them. My son spilled his drink and they never came to clean it up after asking for help. Rude and inattentive service on top of that. read more

I greatly enjoy Panda Express' food, but after recently using their Online Ordering process, I am hugely disappointed. I placed my order online - which requires you to pay BEFORE you go to the store - and scheduled my order for 5pm. I arrived at the store at 5pm only to be rudely told by an employee that they had no order on record because their "system is down." In an era where stores like Target and Home Depot are being hacked and credit card data is lost, to be told that my order was lost AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT and to be done so rudely was completely unacceptable. Soledad, another employee, was extremely polite and apologized for the mistake. They were able to locate the order, however I had to wait to have the order prepared. Panda Express advertises using online ordering so you can avoid the wait, however I had to wait as the staff served a customer who arrived before me. To pay in advance and then to have to wait to be served is downright unacceptable. I will likely visit this store again, but I'm giving a one-star review due to the quality of the customer service I received today and due to the complete and utter failure of an online system intended to improve efficiency which made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was the one at fault even though I had already paid. read more

'I see many negatives left here and I am confused and need to ask why? 'True' the panda express is closely related to fast food on which I have no problem with and the convenience of fast food which I am in agreement with as well!'' And is is not a uptown upscale elegant restaurant? But it is a simple Buffet type of place!'' Easy parking, Handy off I-5 and the food I find is quite delicious! , always Hot and very good and easy on one's Budget? the personnel are polite, friendly! the place is clean, overall I rate the panda express as a very good place to have lunch. just grab yourself a plate and help yourself? And the best part it does not hurt one's pocketbook? I leave 5 stars*****! ''Thank you'' read more

Terrible food, so overly processed and salty it was tasteless. They forgot the rice, not that that would have helped anything. Never again. (:(l) All 5 of us left most of this disgusting 'food' it on the platters. I think I'm allergic to something they put in their food...not sure what though. read more

I go to panda express all the time. This location in salmon Creek has been the worst I have been at. The server was very rude. Slapping my food on my plate, then just slapped my plate on top of the counter. I thought it was going to fall off. I will never go to this location ever again. I would not recommend anyone eating at this location. My server name was Susanna. That's what it says on my receipt. And I spent $40 in this place. Rudeness at its finest. read more

I'm disappointed they don't use real panda bear meat. Other than that it's pretty good.

Went in last night and it was crazy busy! There was a line out the door! I was impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff was for how swamped it was - the (i'm assuming) manager on duty, Leslie, went the extra mile to apologize for wait times and make sure everyone got the right order and was satisfied. I've honestly never seen that in a chain restaurant before so I had to come on here and give it 5 stars!! Keep being awesome :) read more

I've been to a lot of different Panda Express is and they seem to be hit and miss. But this is definitely one of the more well kept and managed restaurants. The food when I went there the other day was very flavorful fresh employees were nice. Hands down to Josh I believe it was for being a quick server with great customer service. :-) read more

Advertised as being open til 10 pm. Went in at 9 pm. No fresh food was on the serving line. No fresh food being prepared as crew was only cleaning kitchen and dining room. Nothing but very unappetizing dried up food was available. It was obvious they didn't want more customers even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. Terrible experience from a restaurant chain I normally like going to. read more

The women behind the counter serving food apparently thinks the gloves are to keep her hands clean and not for food safety. Watched her handle money then serve food then take money (coins) and repeat the process...wonder how long those gloves have been on. Food handling violation! read more

The food was fresh, hot and the place was clean. The employees were nice and the atmosphere pleasant. We had no issues with our order so I have no reason to give less than 5 Stars. I word definitely visit again. read more

I was trying to look at options for lunch delivery on Uber eats, my baby grabbed my phone and ended up placing the order. I immediately canceled less than 30 seconds later. The restaurant told Uber they would not refund me because they in less than 30 seconds had my food ready, I call bullshit, and will never order thru Uber eats and will never go back to this location read more

This is a very typical Panda Express. The food is fresh and excellent tasting. The service is good and in general the store is clean. It is consistent, predictable and nice to have in such a convenient location. Parking van be a big issue though. read more

I waited 8 minutes to get fresh broccoli and beef and mushroom chicken. Got home and the broccoli and beef had 2 pieces of beef. Very disappointing service read more

It was my first time, and the service guy was very helpful, letting me sample, before deciding. Explained all the ingredients and the choices for purchase. He even asked me to round up to the next dollar for donation. Then rang a bell and everyone said "thank you!". That was pretty neat! read more

Love Panda Express but this one is always under staffed. Even when their is no line, you wait a while. And I do not make a suggestion often but when I do, telling me too bad is really not what should be happening read more

I generally like Panda Express. Was here at the Salmon Creek location a few weeks ago, and I had a less than acceptable experience. Always willing to give a 2nd chance so I tried again today and the results were the same. Out of almost everything. Chose food I didn't really want because i didn't want to wait. After paying I found they were also out of tea which is all I drink because it is the only offering without sugar. Told they will get somebody on it soon to brew more, No telling how long it will take to get somebody on it, then 10 to 15 minute wait for it to brew. No thanks, the food I didn't really want will be ice cold by then. Asked for a refund for the drink and you would have thought I asked somebody to perform a miracle. Reluctantly handed back my $2 and change, that transaction took 5+ minutes. Customer service at this location is substandard. read more

The place was dead and I can see why....the chicken was not hot!!! I mean come on guys you don't have a single customer why can't you get the food to an edible temp. However the customer service was fantastic 2 Stars** I'll go to downtown Vancouver next time for a real Asian lunch special for only $5 rather than $10+ plus, especially because not one of the 3 side entrée s tasted fresh :( I hope you guys can overcome this as I love panda express but today was not a good day for you. read more

Nice variety to choose from. Good, fresh food.
