We ordered a Panda Bowl with chow mein and grilled teriyaki, Panda Bowl with chow mein and crispy almond chicken and a Plate with fried rice and double Kung Pao Chicken. When we got home, the Bowl with crispy almond chicken had 6 pieces of chicken. In comparison to the other two orders, it looked like it was shorted on the entree. RUDE EMPLOYEES and slow cooks. I had to ask FIVE TIMES for teriyaki sauce. First, I asked the server, who apparently forgot. Second, I asked the cashier, Emily N., to make sure I got it when I checked out. She didn't check but said it was probably there. I asked if I could come tomorrow hearse I am too exhausted to drive back, she stated that because I had no receipt she wasn't sure if they will replace my waters. I like Panda Express. I always get half mixed veggies and the other half chow mein or rice as my sides. At first I didn't realize they even offered veggies as a side because the tray is usually empty, but they always make it fresh when I ask for it. The food is so much better with veggies :) I really like their honey walnut shrimp and teriyaki chicken entrees. When I get two dishes I always have leftovers for the next day. This location is often not very busy and there are plenty of open tables. The staff is always friendly to me. It's alright, don't think I'll come here again. Food tasted old. Saw workers temperature testing a fresh batch of chow mein that was sitting on the back counter for a while, they tested it multiple times...that's concerning. The orange chicken was spicy & I'm a Tabasco and Siracha kinda a girl but this orange chicken was definitely spicy. Most kids choose orange chicken, why is the sauce spicy??? When my special needs daughter ordered it and took one bite and didn't want to eat it again, I had to try it to find out what's wrong with it. Tasted it and it was spicy alright. She's always ordered orange chicken from Panda Express (other locations) but this is the first location where their orange chicken was spicy. By far the worst Panda Express we have ever visited, and we gave them a few chances before finally giving up because we love Panda for busy nights. We are just glad we are moving to another area and hoping that there will be a better option near us. I must say that there are a couple of select employees who are really great and I feel bad for them having to work and such a garbage location. We have ordered both in-store and online (twice). Both of our online orders had portions significantly smaller than those in-store. On our last and final visit, we arrived exactly on time, 8:30, to pick up an online order. We had to ask for the sauces that were already specified on the order. We also saw employees hosting down the walls and floors of the kitchen/food prep area, spraying water everywhere. When we got home, we opted to throw the food away rather than risk eating whatever may have landed in the food before we got there. It appeared that our food had been packaged up a good while before we got there because the pitiful portions were cold. The honey walnut shrimp was soggy and looked as though someone had perhaps hit it with the power sprayer as all of the breading was either completely detached from the shrimp or missing all together. We don't have huge expectations when we decide to eat fast food but we do expect it to be fit to eat and obviously, not potentially contaminated by whatever they were blasting off of the walls and floors. read more

I like Panda and come here often? The amount of sauce packets that you'll get is always a mystery though. I ordered a plate online and choose the chili sauce and teriyaki sauce option and then wrote "extra sauce" in the special instructions. Then I doubled that order. I expected to get at least 3-4 chili sauces and 2 teriyaki sauces for each of the two plates. We got 1 chili sauce and 1 teriyaki sauce to share. The special instructions don't show up on the receipt and when you choose the sauce option, it prints out a sticker that says "1 sauce" and you can't choose more. The person who made my food took that sticker literally. If I order 5 plates with sauce, will I still only get 1 sauce to share? There should be some consistency like 1 sauce for each entrée (two sauces for each 2-entrée plate) and double if they as for extra...or some sort of rule of thumb read more

I finally got her to agree to at least give me SOMETHING for my money she'd overcharged me another entree which I didn't really want, but at least I got my money's worth. Today they overcharge me by adding a premium price on a non-premium entree. A buck-twenty-five they try to milk me out of. There's been 4 months in between and they overcharge me twice. I can only assume it's a widespread store wide practice when they think they can get away with it. Not my first review of a Panda Express and it's not that I visit them all that often, however for those who are searching for a quick Chinese fast food fix, this location has several things going for it. One of the things this Panda Express has going for it is the location. One of the things this Panda Express has against it is also the location. If you're headed either direction on I-5 or I -205 and for some unknown have the hunkering for Panda Express, then this is a perfect spot for you to get off and on the Interstate. Simply look for the Burgerville parking lot and get to it. The tricky part is you need to pay attention when leaving the lot, so pay attention to the street signs to get you back on the interstate quickly. Another advantage to this Panda Express is a large volume of people through the door, so the food on the steamer table is hot and fresh (for fast food). As it shares a parking lot with Burgerville, if someone in your party is desires something different then you are good to go with one stop.
