I haven't said anything so I apologize and attempt to tell her that my truck isn't loud and I haven't anything. " I SAID YOUR TRUCK IS TOO LOUD, EITHER TURN IT OFF OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE". So I turned my truck off and attempt to place an order and she comes back on yelling again that my truck is too loud. It was turned off! I drive a basic ford F150. Stock. No modification, and no one with me. No background noise. (I have worked drive thru before and know that some vehicles are loud through the headsets, but never loud enough to warrant this. ) I raised my voice to tell her this and she got even louder telling me to turn my truck off or leave. Since when is this acceptable to not even let your potential customers speak before yelling at them for no reason. I don't know if she has had a bad day or what but screaming and yelling over the intercom is not the way to make customers happy. I was compliant with her requests. I don't know what she was hearing but she needs lessons on customer service if you are going to work the drive thru. There is no sense in screaming and telling someone to leave for not turning the truck off. Even after I turned the truck off she continued to yell. I'm not saying I won't be back, but it will be a while before i do come back. Someone needs to look into this.
