Burgers, well limit in selections but the creativity is high although it can be pricey. At least the peanuts are free. And you'll get free refills once you buy the the drink size. The service speed is responsive straightforward and fast. The ambience can be variable between whatever you're in the food Lobby or the exterior Lobby it did had music radio with it. 10/10 service. I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment and my order was taken by Miss Polk. She is very sweet and made me feel welcomed and took my order in an accurate and timely manner. Food was fresh. I have no complaints. read more

Absolutely terrible. The rudest workers of any restaurant in Oxford. I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 12:20. 12:30 rolls around one workers let's me know that it will be at least another 90 minute wait. I would highly suggest this restaurant closing down, at-least until proper knowledge of how to run a restaurant is obtained. I finally had a chance to try Five Guys. I am officially in a good coma. I didn't realize when I ordered a bacon cheeseburger it was a bacon double cheeseburger. It was delicious. But the fries...they were amazing! Surprised me, they ARE actually hand cut. With the peelings on, just like mine at home. It was a 4 napkin burger!! Pricey, but for a good burger, worth it in my opinion. read more

Ordered little hamburger little fry for dinner. Fries were cut very wide (much wider than normal), were undercooked in the middle (due to much larger size?) and were way over salted. Further the total amount of fries was probably 2/3 of what I have rec'd before as visit 5 Guys regularly across AL and MS. Requested replacement meal from corporate - see if they reply???. read more

I've always been satisfied when coming to Five Guys. The staff has always been nice and prompt. The food is good. It's a great place if you want to get a yummy, greasy burger. They had some issues with their staff and their service when they first opened, but I think they've ironed out a majority of those problems. read more

If there were any way to give zero stars, this would be the one time it would be warranted. I have eaten at other Five Guys throughout the country and this is, hands down, the worst one I have ever been in. For the same food I pay ~$9 for in other cities, this location charged me over $12. Then they proceeded to lose my order and took over 30 minutes to prepare a small burger and fries. The staff was unapologetic and seemed more concerned with getting out almost a dozen orders before finally deigning to grace me with a burger that was overcooked. The only up side was that the fries were hot. I truly hope that they got a picture of me while I was there because that will be the last time I set foot into this location. read more

Wayyyyyy to expensive. The food and service was good but $16 for a burger and milkshake is a joke (didn't even get fries). Especially with broke college kids around the corner. 5 guys really needs to rethink their business plan for this location. The store is always empty when it shouldn't be. Lower the prices and that will definitely change. read more

It's not cheap, but the portions are HUGE ... even the small fries. Excellent burgers. When the brown paper bag is greasy, you know the burger is juicy. I'd highly recommend it. read more
