Sad thing is I have reached out to them through the app to give the same feedback over the past year so many times and nothing has changed. No response either or any indication they hear and care. Food was fresh, service was welcoming and available. No issues on this visit. The drive thru traffic / order line was huge but there is a huge parking lot on the same lot and walk in service was prompt with very few people inside. The order was good; however, I have never been to a Chick fil a where the person taking orders in the drive through line behaved like this. Came thru Drive thru at 8:45pm, ordered the 4 count chicken strip combo, and these 4 TINY, DRY, OLD wrinkled up strips is what they served me, with cold old fries for $8.25!!! This is a well ran Chick-Fil-A. As with any restaurant let alone a fast food restaurant, you're going to have mistakes and yes this one has messed up my order a time or two. BUT the costumer service and the team they have here has always been friendly and very understanding when a problem arises. Not only to fix the mistake but to also go beyond and give extra coupons or free items. Pro tip, download their APP and order ahead of time to skip the drive thru line (which I think can be a long wait at this particular one) and be on your way in under 5 minutes. read more

Chick Fil A Oxford has gone down tremendously over the years but it's unacceptable now. No matter when you go, the order is not correct. The lines are long. They pull you up and still don't get it right. They do not use proper packaging anymore. They lay your fries on the side so they are in the bottom of the bag when they pass you the bag. The food is not fresh and the service is no longer 2nd Mile. This location is not a good representation of the brand anymore and I hope others will stop eating there until they get it right. The reviews are valid and many are posted but nothing is changing. The right people will get the message if revenue decreases. I can hardly believe the negative reviews for this Chick-fil-A because it is consistently A+! The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. Need a refill? My friend kept telling me how great Chik-fil-A is. We went there. Sandwich was juicy and tender, but not as ordered. Waffle fries were great. I went three consecutive times after that, ordering the exact same chicken sandwich. All three times, cheese and or pickles were put on my sandwich. The Fried chicken nuggets were juicy, but could have been breaded better. I felt there should have been a bit more crunch in it. The waffle fries could have used a bit more time in the fryer. Although I'm not a big fan of their food - sometimes the kids really want Chick-fil-A. Their play area for kids is great and seems to be very clean. Love that you can watch the kids play from your seat while talking to other moms! Their shakes are delicious - but I'm sure I don't want to know how much sugar is in them! Nothing like a scorned employee...I too worked at this chick fil a. when you come in smelling like cigs everyday and sneak off on smoke breaks while working, i think that should tell you something about why you're being managed by others younger than you. They were more responsible and showed more drive than you. Attacking this Chick-fil-A on yelp won't help you with anything. I personally prepared many a catering orders in the morning and can say, with confidence, that the chicken used for biscuits and mini's is not the old chicken from the night before.
