I stopped by this place while in Tupelo to check it out. I was a little too early and didn't care to try what was available so I'll have to return. The place is clean and they even have a few tables for you to sit and enjoy. But, in contrast to his review, I think the beans are unique. Sure, they may be canned beans, but the hearty addition of pulled pork makes them pretty fine. And the simplicity of the food's delivery (packaging) makes Manning's BBQ authentic. A slab of ribs foiled wrapped and placed in a plastic bag with the addition of a styrofoam cup of beans? Nice!
