The food they were serving was very simple- small tacos but they were perfection. The tortilla's were fresh, hot off the grill, the meat was high quality- pork or beef, sliced then chopped- not ground, cooked on a rotating vertical spit akin to Greek gyros, with a nice char and excellent seasonings. Condiments of green and red salsa's, onions,cilantro and lime rounded out the offerings. I inquired about their business and was told they operate a food truck out of Tupelo and attend many festivals and special events like today. They also appear regularly in New Albany, Pontotoc and Tupelo on the streets. For an authentic taste of Mexico, I would recommend them highly.
