After returning he took our order without writing anything down. On my way to the restroom he stop me and asked me what we ordered because he forgot. Typical when you take an order without writing anything down that you'll forget. I ordered chicken Alfredo and received rice & cheese with chicken on top of it. I ate it because we have waited so long. But my order was wrong. And the rice was super greasy. I just ate my chicken off the top of it. One star for my experience.

Tried questioning the sales tax charged on our ticket which worked out to approx. 18.5% ($6.65 on a ticket total of $35.85) (Crump TN, where they are located, has a combined tax rate of 9.75%). Whoever checked me out was vague and very dismissive. Claimed he didn't know what other businesses charge, then blew me off completely to seat incoming customers. We have been going to Sombreros for several years, but as of today we will not be going back. I can (although I shouldn't) deal with being overcharged, but I'm Not going to put up with shabby, dismissive treatment. Anyone who goes there should check the tax charged on their ticket. It will probably be nearly double whatever it should be. Adios, Sombreros.

This restaurant is enormous and it can seem like you're never going to get the attention of the waitstaff, but I've found them to be efficient and helpful in every way. For those interested there is also a full-size buffet option if you want a little bit of everything. Only downside I ever found was the salads often had wilting lettuce and unripe tomatoes on a few different occasions.
