Zensation salad ordered drive thru yesterday, no check, removed from plastic bag to see the most revolting looking pieces if lettuce and dark looking chunks of sometimes that was supposed to be grilled chicken. I got the COVID warning about them trying their best but this has been a feud brewing for years. Ordering is always wrong because the headsets must not work or the person just half ass listens to what's ordered. You ever play that game telephone where you pass the story along and see how much it's changed at the end? Well try playing with two people and the sentence is "I have a blue car." But the second person hears it as "chickens lay eggs even if there isn't a rooster." The sad part is I'm not even the one paying when I get it, people ask if I want Zaxbys and is say sure. I'm usually a fan of the Zaxby's chains but the one in Oxford not so sure of. I purchased a Fried chicken cobb salad for lunch. Arrived back at work, and to my surprise, a small little insect was in my salad. Less than a year ago another one of my colleagues experienced the same issue. I don't think they take their time to make sure that the lettuce is properly cleaned. It's so disgusting to open up your food and find a bug in it. There was a line of cars behind me and I'm sure everyone was angry as why it's taking forever as I was. So slow and rude service. Service is always poor and slow especially at the drive-through. Tonight however the worthless customer service really outdid itself. As I pull up to the Zaxby's on Jackson, the line as usual is backed up almost to the street. It was 9:30 PM. After waiting 30 minutes to get up to the place where you give your order, the lady tells me that they're closed. I waited 30 minutes with a bunch of other cars and they wouldn't even come out and tell people that they're closed. As I drove off, there's a whole line full of cars stretched out to the street and none of the worthless employees would go out and tell anyone that they were closed. So I guess everyone will just sit there for 30 minutes and then find out the hard way. Never will I eat at Zaxby's again. Go across the street to Chick-fil-A where they have real customer service. read more

Wait time was terrible. 25 minutes for three chicken tender plates. Ordered an extra Zaxby's sauce... When we didn't receive it, we approached the counter and asked for it. They made us produce a receipt and the lady in the kitchen said "I gave it to them, but whatever".... she then proceeded to throw it across the counter in a disgruntled fashion. They were out of napkins in the entire restaurant. When we asked for some from behind the counter we were told they didn't have enough for us so we were each issued one individual napkin per person. In summary....Rude employees, long wait times, incomplete orders and no napkins. The only reason I am rating a two star instead of a one star is because the food was actually very good. It will be a while, if ever, before I visit this location again! read more
