She assured me that she had all three orders. However, when I got home, I realized one of my granddaughters' meals was missing. To make matters worse, I had specifically asked for my receipt, but it was never placed in the bag. I immediately called the restaurant to explain what had happened. I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation could be resolved. Instead, I was simply told that he was sorry, but he couldn't remake or correct my order. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expected the restaurant to take responsibility for the mistake and make it right. Instead, I was left without the meal I paid for and without a satisfactory resolution. I hope management will improve communication, ensure orders are checked before customers leave, and provide better customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Website is overly complicated, and the prices are higher than the restaurant ($1-2 per item, per my order). Also, the "tax/srv" charge was 25% (to my knowledge MS restaurant tax is 9%), followed by a delivery fee and a $4 processing fee. In all, including tip of $10, I spent nearly $30 for the delivery service alone, which they only had to drive 3.8 miles from the restaurant. Their 1st time user promo code doesnt work, I tried it about 5 times. My pizza took an hour to be delivered and the delivery guy had to call me 3 times for me to give him directions. The guy was a little too casual on the phone and it sounded like he had other people in his car. My food wasn't super cold by the time I got it, which is the ONLY thing I cant complain about. But for the premium cost the whole ordeal was a neadless headache. I hadn't even heard of Fetch Delivery before using it, and I'm sure that it will be soon be forgotten like it never existed at all....I mean unless over paying and long wait times is your thing. Who knows, maybe my experience was just a fluke and all the other "real" 5 star reviews are right.
