People here do not like to give you fresh food. This is the last time I will eat at Panda Express. The food was old and employees did not want to cook you fresh food what a joke for food. I walk out without paying or eating the slop they tried to serve to me. My advice is for everyone to avoid this place all together and find another Chinese restaurant. Fresh ingredients, great service with one exception ...sometimes it seems they take a long time to ring up our order, which if we order to eat-in ends up being cold by the time we're seated ...best option is to order it for takeout in the to-go containers regardless of where you plan to eat. I got a coupon in the mail for one of the new seasonal entre offered by panda. I normally do not go to panda but decided to try it out again. This was my first time in this location. When I first walked in there was a line of 3 parties to be served, I was the fourth. After the 15 minute wait (which I felt was much too long for fast food), I finally was helped by an associate who was neither friendly nor welcoming. I showed the coupon and asked for the specific entre. I was told it would be another 10 minutes until this entre was cooked, so I decided I would save the coupon for another time and order a regular entre. My second, and third choices both had cooking wait times. Finally, I just said I was going to chipotle across the street and left. Now the most important part to note was the 2 employees meagerly sweeping the floor this whole time while myself and other customers noticeably became upset with the wait times. I have been to other Panda's and never had this experience. This store's management needs a tune-up ASAP. read more

We were greeted promptly, staff listened to what we wanted, offered additional side items, served us with a smile. Overall, a pleasant experience. Also, one of the cleanest stores we've been to as I watched an employee preform HAACP checks of food and equipment. Nice to know that the employees care. read more

I want my money back! Worst so called Chinese food I've ever had in my life! The chow mein was dry and tasteless. The Orange chicken was all breading and no chicken and WAY OVER cooked. And the chicken egg roll was burnt on the outside and mushy and tasteless inside. Hope this review saves someone $10 bucks and a wicked stomachache. read more

do to the corona virus situation panda has closed entry to there stores . so I called in my order and in picking up my order they had given it to another person , that person then gave it to another person who in turn,then found out it was my order, so it passed through two different people, well so much for panda virus security, when I returned home, I told my wife what happened , she told me we have no idea who the people were that handled our food, they were two other people who were trying to find there orders , so I threw everything in the garbage, and went to another fast food establishment that let me walk in and place the the order like a normal situation, so beware of panda there situation is crazy if you want to protect your health stay away from panda , most restaurants, will allow , you to go inside , not panda, very dangerous read more

I went on Friday, April 17th, 2015 approximately around 4:52pm. -When I visited this location, I had ordered 5 panda bowls. 1 Shanghai Angus Steak w/steamed white rice. 1 Honey Walnut Shrimp w/steamed white rice. And... 3 Orange Chicken w/fried rice. - My problem with this location is in regards to the orange chicken bowls, the shrimp bowl, and the attitude of the manager, Karla. When I arrived to take my order, they did not have any Honey Walnut Shrimp nor Shanghai Angus Steak ready, nor did they have enough fried rice to complete the orange chicken orders. I paid for my order, and waited until those items were cooked. I went home, trusting the order was good; it was awful. The panda bowl that had Honey Walnut Shrimp and steamed white rice, had only 6 shrimps and not enough rice. In other words, they skimped me on the shrimp and rice. I called the store to complain about this, and Karla offered to replace this bowl for free on my next visit; I would just need my receipt and to mention her name/the conditions of the replacement. I said thank you, she said you're welcome, and hung up. The 3 panda bowls with Orange Chicken and fried rice tasted AWFUL. The fried rice was burnt, including all the vegetables and egg it comes with. I had noticed this after I got off the phone with Karla. I could not finish my food; it was just that bad. I called Karla again, and explained that the fried rice for all 3 Orange Chicken panda bowls was horribly burnt. I told her that I was shocked by this, considering that when I first arrived, the chief had to cook a new batch of fried rice in order to complete my order. She offered to replace the whole order, I agreed with that and I told her thank you; and then she hung up on me. There was no apology (during both phone calls), there was no thank you for calling, not even a goodbye on this second call. I called a 3rd time and explained she hung up me as I said thank you; she said she didn't hear me. I think she was apathetic regarding the situation, and wanted to just get it over with asap. Because of this, I will be contacting the Panda Express franchise owner and demand for a refund for the poor customer service and horrible food. Thank you. read more

It seems that I have a odd enjoyment of writing reviews for Panda Express. And to be honest with you their food is mediocre I mean I am asian so I think that may play a part in my opinion. But this Panda Express and I go WAY back. Let me set the scene for you... it was probably 2009 and I was sitting at this panda eating my dinner without any problems (my go to classic, teriyaki chicken and chow mein) when suddenly I saw my cousin walking past me. At that very moment something had not settled right in my stomach because BAM I threw up right on myself and anything near me. Now I don't really know if it was the food or I was shocked or just had some other problems going on but no matter what the situation was I boycotted this Panda Express for the next 10 years until I returned this year after nearly starving from playing 4 hours of soccer. This time was a much better experience. I got my food quickly and ate it with out regurgitating the goodness I call Panda Express. So, what's the moral of this story? Well, if you are anything like me and tossed your cookies once here I suggest at one point you go back because it maybe wasn't the food and just your cousin that came out of nowhere. read more

I had an extremely unpleasant experience here tonight. It's the closest Panda Express to my house, and since my husband had a meeting tonight, I was on my own for dinner. I wanted to get home quickly so I ordered food to go before leaving the house, so I could pick it up and run home. The restaurant was full of people, not unusual around dinnertime. I didn't see the "online pickup" sign until I was at the front of the labyrinthine line, and let the girl know I ordered for pickup. Another lady came over and said someone would go check. I must have stood in the pickup line for ten minutes, but got to watch as an employee took a metal pan that was still wet and dumped the remaining water in it out on the tile floor. Hello, lawsuit! Tile and water = no bueno, especially when you slip and throw out your back. Eventually, she says there's no order for me. Uh, okay. I placed it online I got a confirmation that said it would be ready at 6:17. But I can go to the end of the line and order with everyone else...no thanks! I got in my car and drive to the drive through at El Con. Even though the Grant and Swan Panda Express is five minutes from my house, I would much rather drive over to El Con and not be treated like crap. read more

Blech, i think I have been cured from awful once a month Panda habit. Chicken was dark, noodles were undercooked, green beans were soggy, and sauce was very thick and very congealed. Maybe this location just has temperature issues? I don't know. Other locations have fresher food, more veggies and lighter meat but then you may get the wrong entree. read more

I am usually a fan of this place although sometimes it is just OK. Tried the Thai Cashew Chicken for the first and last time. No thai flavor, no cashew flavor and more to the point no distinguishing flavor at all. The Orange Chicken is always cooked perfect and has a really good flavor. The Shanghai Angus Steak was salty and overcooked tonight. Panda Express does a lot of business so the big thing to watch out for is when the steam tables are mostly empty - this is not a good sign. Most visits have been positive and the cooks as usual make a big difference. read more

I ordered two identical plates, chow mein, walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. Well there was no chicken on either plate, it was literally fried batter with orange sauce, both plates really, and so we will never do business with the Swan location again, $18 for that crap was a rip off! read more

I don't usually complain about food, but I was hungry after leaving work so I stopped by panda on way home. Granted my meal was only 6 bucks and change, but there was literally 5 very small pieces of chicken and a lot of chow mein. It was 2 bites, very disappointed. read more

I'm not one to usually complain about any food joints or businesses in general but I I am very displeased with this location. I ordered a panda bowl and only got one scoop of entree. The panda bowl is the only thing I get at panda express and I always get two scoops of meat at the very least. I have never received such a small portion. I go to various panda express locations all the time and will continue to do so, but I will never return to this location. read more
