And, across the whole industry, the ingredients may not be of the highest quality. But does it taste good? Yes! Panda Express totally fits the bill. This is like comfort food to me. Though most customers likely order the 2 meat dish, you can also just order 1 meat. I do this frequently since my order is orange chicken and it has alot of calories. I love Panda Express and this location is no exception! Although I do love authentic Asian food, I have a soft spot for Americanized versions as well. For anyone unfamiliar with the chain, spring for the orange chicken you will not regret. The portions are rather large and come at a good price; you can easily split one plate into two meals. Took Mom here for lunch today. I had honey walnut shrimp, mixed veggies, fried rice (vegetarian), a vegetable spring roll and water. Mom had Beijing chicken, some beef dish, fried rice a spring roll and pepsi. Although they charged approximately $1.50 extra for the shrimp and beef dishes, the price was still very fair. The portions are nauseatingly huge. It almost ruins my appetite to see that much food on my plate. Mom and I managed to eat about a fourth of our meals. The restaurant is clean, service was very friendly and the food was surprisingly good for a fast food Chinese restaurant. The next time I visit, I will choose ala carte, instead a combo. read more

I came here yesterday around lunchtime and I got fried rice and double orange chicken. When I sat down to eat the chicken I got halfway to my meal to find out that I was eating raw chicken I cut one of the pieces open and saw that it was pink inside. They were already behind like they hardly had any food available. The gentleman who cooked my food was an Asian guy with glasses very short looked very young that was running the wok and acted like he didn't care about what he was putting out. When I saw that it was raw I spit it out immediately. No I have food poisoning my stomach has been cramping all day with severe bloating. I called up there to speak to a manager and got Suki she acted like she didn't care too much about my issue and refuse to replace my meal without a receipt even though I have it on my bank statement. She went above and beyond and gave service with a smile! I even asked her if she was the manager and she said "no m'aam". :-) She's one of the most efficient Panda Express employees I've ever met. I am standing in line now on my lunch break. There is always a line which I don't understand since they should expect a lunch crowd. I came in to this panda express location during my lunch break. While I was there, a homeless man was calmly eating his meal at a table by himself and making conversation with passersby. At some point a manager and another customer decided that the man was making them uncomfortable. Note - he was not harassing or being a danger to anyone. The manager and customer started harassing the man and asking him to leave. When he got agitated, the customer called the police and they escorted him out. If this is how panda express treats customers out of prejudice then I will not be giving them anymore of my money. read more

I feel so dirty. And not in a sexy way. Was OTP, barely, for a meeting. Blood sugar was getting low so needed food fast. Not many choices so I had never been to a Panda Express. They actually have a cute logo so said why not. Well because their lo mein is made from paste and not wheat. Thousands of calories and all "entrees" are swimming in sauces full of cornstarch and many are fried then dipped in sauce. Don't overlook Panda Express - They are easy to dismiss because of their reputation as a low cost Chinese restaurant chain. They use fresh ingredients and unlike my neighborhood Chinese joint they are not hiding a kitchen full of barefoot cooks behind some greasy curtain. My brother is a chef and he took me to Panda Express in Denver and made this argument. Now I definitely go with the consistency of Panda Express versus the craps shoot of choosing an independent low-cost Chinese restaurant. read more

This was my first time ever coming to this panda express location. I loooove panda express food and decided to order for my fiance and I. The lady that helped us from behind the counter wasn't initially very friendly but it wasn't an enormous deal. I ordered our plates and two orders of the cream cheese rangoons. We had to wait for the rangoons, that wasn't a big deal either. Finally they bagged everything up and I took off for home, trying to beat the traffic. When I finally got home and we started eating I noticed they had only given us one order of the rangoons, which...unfortunately... were still ice cold in the middle. The team members were all smiling and appeared to enjoy their work even though it was an evening rush. The only part about this store that I DON'T like is their lack of a drive through. While I've had no serious issues with the food or service, I have an issue with how they divide the portions. Every time I get food here they dump way too much rice (and sides in general) into the plate and then add barely any meat. Its like the meat is the side and the sides are the entree. I ordered half of a side of rice and half of a side of veggies as well as two entrees of meat. In other words, this box should be 1/3 sides and 2/3 meat. Instead, as you can see, I got most of the entree section in the box filled with rice, leaving the meat to fill the tiny side sections. Almost half of my meal is just rice when it should be a sixth! The price I paid does not justify this little meat! This is a familiar tactic to save money on expensive ingredients (meat) while still filling up your customers with something cheaper (rice/bread). Just a heads up, if you don't want rice overpowering your meal, don't get it at all. read more

I like going to this place. There is a good selection and it's usually fresh food and fast service. This last visit I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and beef broccoli with half fried rice and half steamed vegetables. The beef broccoli is usually yummy but not so good this time. Everything else was absolutely yummy especially the grilled Teriyaki chicken. The slightly undercooked steamed vegetables were actually a nice compliment to the tasty chicken and rice.
