Oh the chicken fried rice!! The best rice and I've had a lot of rice. The staff is very friendly everytime I come in. I ordered chicken fried rice and a half and half order of 5 teriyaki wings and 5 honey lemon pepper wings because I couldn't decide on which wings I wanted. I was afraid to try the honey lemon pepper and not like it. I've had lemon pepper but never with honey. I wished I had gotten all honey lemon pepper wings! They had an awesome taste. The spring rolls are very delicious nice & crispy. I had the vegetable spring rolls. Prices are very reasonable. There is ample inside seating to dine in. I mostly take out and eat at home. Food is always hot and delicious.

I've been craving some good Chinese food for awhile. After finding a lot of mixed reviews, for different restaurants, I decided to try a restaurant that I've driven past a lot. Buffalo China is located off of Hairston Rd. It's extremely easy to find. Upon walking in, you'll noticed that it's setup like your typical carry out restaurant. There are two long benches on both sides of the counter, where you can sit and wait for your food. There are also some tables available for dining in. Before I go any further, let me say that I'm fairly new to Atlanta (originally from the Midwest). Our typical fried rice back home has green onions, eggs, and bean sprouts. Most of the fried rice that I've tried since I've been here hasn't really been "fried" and they've always had peas and carrots. I was advised by a friend, who is also from the Midwest, to request that the fried rice is "fried dark" when ordering. I ordered using this bit of advice, but didn't really expect much. I had a medium beef fried rice and a pork egg roll. When I opened it, I was extremely surprised to see green onions and bean sprouts, with no peas and carrots in sight! I was also surprised at how much rice comes in a medium. At $5.49, the fried rice was a great deal. There was also plenty of meat in the rice. It looked so much like the fried rice I'm used to eating. After tasting the rice, there was something that was a bit different about it. Not good, not bad, just different. As of now, it's the best fried rice that I've had since I've moved here. The egg roll was just your average egg roll. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu items in the future.

Placed an order through Uber Eats and was pretty underwhelmed. The shrimp fried rice had about 2.5 pieces of shrimp all together and I have absolutely no clue what was in that crab Rangoon but it definitely wasn't what it was supposed to be. Food was also pretty bland.

My food was delicious. Hot wing sauce was perfect. Sesame chicken was flavorful! Rice was cooked just right. Will be ordering more in the future!

Had to add my own cheese to this dry ass sandwich.

One…read moreof the best farm to table eateries ive had the pleasure of eating a "Stone Mountain Village Gem" I walked up to this amazing eaterie sitting on the corner across from the theatre. Fresh grown gardens surround the eatery where you can witness where your veggies are coming from :) Absolutely organic and the flavor says it all. I entered and the cozy old school music playing faintly in the background made me feel at home in "Ma Mas" kitchen and the place was OCD clean. Staff of older experts warmly greeted me which one turned out to be "Chef K" herself from the food network #Surprised me :) We went over the well prepared Menu as the place filled instantly as I sat down. I was finally a happy camper in "Stone Mountain Village" food scene I had the fried green tomatoes and Salmon Crockets Made from scratch (OMG) NO canned salmon either culinary prepared from whole salmon Those flavors fermented in my mouth and I was a happy camper ate good Great to be totally be pleased with spending your money for great food prepared with LOVE! HANDS DOWN !! Sweet Potato Cafe in Stone Mountain is your best choice

There were 8 of us; 4 adults, 4 children (it's a small place and we wouldn't fit well inside, knowing this I asked to be outside.) About 6 minutes later the waitress came out and said they were closing the kitchen and we would have to find somewhere else to go. I'm a little confused about their hours of operation and when they serve food or not. Looks like a really quaint, lovely place, we are from out of town and would have loved to try it. Today, after reading some Google Reviews it is apparent that other customers have complained about this restaurant's treatment of families with children in the past. This makes me sad. Our children are well behaved and dine out often. Anyway, because we were turned away we took our 8 top to Cherokee Rose and dropped $400 plus tip. That money would have gone to Sweet Potato Cafe.

Let's get to it -- for a Sunday, the price was right. For my husband, myself, and our daughter…read more(kid's plate), we spent approximately $40.00. Not bad at all! We all got the fried fish. Now, here is where the rating was impacted! I asked what type of fish it was before making a selection. The staff responded. "Catfish." Coo! Ultimately, it was NOT catfish. I would attribute the texture and how it fried to being along the lines of a Swai or similar fish. The only thing that saved it was the light cornmeal batter, which was good. Not much seasoning, so hot sauce was needed. Sides: Collard greens - good (per my hubs) Macaroni and cheese - standard/good (per my hubs) Deviled eggs - good Broccoli cheese casserole - PASS (there was some sort of brown crumble between the layer of cheese and the actual casserole and it was not needed and wasn't good! Hard, but honest opinion. Also, there were large mushrooms in the casserole (no, it wasn't from a mushroom soup), so beware if you're not a mushroom eater -- I don't mind. Mashed potatoes - good and creamy (Baby girl did no gravy, so we have no thoughts on that!) Fried okra - good (my fav of the sides for the day). We came before 11:30 AM and that proved to be ideal. By the time we left (12:15), it was packed tighter than a can of sardines! Ambiance -- ehhh. It's typical cafeteria vibes. No music. Basic decor.
