Upon entering the restaurant I was confused as to if the place was even operational. There's a couple of tables pushed to the left against the wall and chairs stacked up. In the very rear of the dimly lit restaurant is the order counter. The interior screams Covid lockdown. The counter and makeshift storage room to the left are wrapped in a thick plastic wrap that makes reading the menu behind the counter almost impossible. They do however have menus strewn around on the counter. On arrival there was only one customer in there. Seems we just did beat the crowd , because it got packed very quickly. There was about a 20 min wait for our food. By the table and chairs set up it doesn't appear dine in is an option. I had spring rolls and broccoli with garlic sauce and fried rice. The spring rolls were terrible 0/10 but the entree itself was delicious! 10/10 recommend you try the Broccoli with garlic sauce.

I decided to try another local place in Tucker instead and it was quite good and normally priced. Again, the food is good but I've had better. I was not big on the grouper which I ordered once. I think it was just softer than I expected. Other than that, all items I have tried a have been repeat items for me. I have never seen the place in person and have only ordered delivery so I can't speak to the service or ambiance inside. I know every order is packed securely with fortune cookies, utensils, and a good amount of condiments though. I will definitely order from here again in the new year.

Half of my order was ready. So they offered to bring my full order to the car. Ok, I guess. The chicken was that puffed up nugget shaped chicken. More flour starch/flour than chicken. Speaking about positives: Located at the intersection of Hairston road and rockbridge road in a little strip, finding a parking spot is easy to come by in this shared lot. Finding a seat is pretty easy too, because the interior is much larger than it looks from the outside. Customer service is stellar. The woman I spoke with was very friendly, happy to see her customers and she gave the place a mom and pop feel that's hard to duplicate. Not so positives: I really wanted to love the food because of how nice customer service was but what I ordered for a to go meal just wasn't very good. I ordered their General Tso chicken ($7.50) and subbed beef fried rice for their standard rice (this brought my total to $10.84). The fried rice came with strips of beef, onion and corn, but man was it almost dripping in grease. I took this meal with me the next day and I just didn't finish it because it was so greasy. The actual general chicken was very bready, having what seems like very little chicken. The chicken was not crispy at all and the flavor was just okay. An egg roll accompanies the meal too but again, very limp and soggy (all after about an 8 to 10 minute drive before eating some of it). Buffalo china doesn't completely focus on Asian fusion dishes. You can get burgers, wings, fish and philly cheese steak. Maybe I should have got one of those dishes, or maybe the chef just had an off night, but that evening and the next afternoon for lunch, the food just didn't measure up to some of the other experiences i've had with fried rice and General Tso. As this is a local store that's been around for a long time, if you're in the area, maybe give them a shot, especially with some of their other dishes. If I go back, I will definitely order something different.
