Came for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't too busy but the parking lot definitely was! We got seated fairly quickly and we kind of already knew what we wanted so we ordered right away. I got the nem nuong rolls and a small pho. The food came out fairly quickly. The rolls were really thick but honestly a little too much vermicelli and the pork wasn't very flavorful. The pho was decent but definitely not a lot of beef balls in it and the broth was on the sweeter side. We were never checked up on during our whole dining experience. So the service was lacking in my opinion. Thought the pho was decent but definitely better options out there.

I'm sad to say that I did not enjoy my pho experience here, but I heard from a friend that the location in Duluth is much better. I chose to make my own pho. I like how there are different sizes. To be honest, I should've ordered an XL and shared with a friend. The portion for a medium was huge, and I still packed some noodles and soup as leftovers. The soup flavor was a miss; it wasn't flavorful or rich. I tried the gui coan, which was kind of small. I think the skin texture was off compared to what I'm used to like thinner? There wasn't anyone else there when I went. There's a bunch of booths and tables, so I don't think you'd have a problem with waiting to eat. I saw on Yelp that here had a 50% off drink, but this store said they could not honor it, I think maybe she said it was for to go only or during certain hours which was not stated on the yelp thing.

The Tom Kha is AMAZING. This place is everything, especially on a cold day. It is clean and fairly spacious with high ceilings and plenty of booths. The staff are such sweet people, and I think we met the owner. The food comes out VERY fast (a little faster than most dining services but not in an off-putting way), and it does not disappoint. Try to pan-fried dumplings if you're stumped about what to order first, because there are a LOT of menu options. The business is located in a shopping center with a very large lot, so parking wasn't an issue at all. We'll definitely be back.

Great layout and design, love the ambiance. Lots of booths to choose from to sit comfortably and enjoy others company. Food is very flavorful and very satisfying! Very on point service, ready to serve. :)

We were in the area and decided to drop by Saigon Cafe for a quick lunch. I ordered a Pad Thai Noodle and a Mango Smoothie with Lychee Coconut Jelly. Service was quick and our waiter was friendly. The Smoothie tasted decent but not entirely like a smoothie. I would've preferred the noodles in the Pad Thai to be slightly firmer and the overall dish to be spicer. My partner tried the Pho Dac Biet and he said it was flavorful, but nothing too special about the dish.

Nice little place to grab pho. This has been a longtime favorite for my family & I for years.! Went last Friday evening & it was pretty slow. Seated right away. Service was very fast & efficient. Parking is plenty, as it is located in a small plaza area. We ordered two bubble teas , spring rolls, pad thai( to share) & crab/cream cheese bites.! Food was great.! Pad Thai did seemed a bit more sweet then I remember, as it's been a year since coming. *photo is with extra sauce* Hubby thought it was quite sweet as well, hence the negative star. Overall, great dinner.! Will definitely return, for pho next time.! :)

    AD5. Bourbon Chicken Dinner $10.25

Just had a pretty good meal here. Bourbon chicken with Saigon fried rice. The chicken was a bit sweet for me, but it was still good. It's definitely not as oily as the mall food court variety. The Saigon rice was nothing special but it went well with the chicken. It typically comes with jasmine rice but I wanted fried rice. But actually, since the bourbon sauce was so sweet, it might've been better with plain jasmine. The menu has Vietnamese and Thai dishes, so there's plenty to choose from. I'm gonna have to come back and try their pho sometime.

Most Thai places I've been to serve this with a tad bit more lettuce however it would probably become mushy when ordering for delivery. It's super flavorful. The drunken noodles are solid as well. I honestly haven't had anything from here that I didn't enjoy, however sometimes the pad Thai can be a bit greasy. On my latest delivery, they also included a little brownie complimentary which I found to be very thoughtful. I hope this place sticks around! (Wherever it is lol)

I started with the basil spring rolls which were delicious, though their sauce is a bit thicker than what I had at another place last week. It was still delicious and refreshing. But you only get 6 pieces instead of 8 which sucked for the price. (No pic bc I was hungry) I ordered the panang curry with shrimp and it was delicious. I will admit it was a bit too sweet for my liking but it was still good and edible. It came with a side of steamed rice. Another thing to mention- idk if it's me eating veggies straight from the ground the last 2 years or what, but the veggies taste fake and waxy. They were good, but for some reason, they didn't taste natural and not sure why. I still ate them though. I was impressed to see that they have happy hour 3-6 M-F and some other specials. Items requested wasnt brought out. Had to chase het down for refills. Had a slight attitude because I informed her the water glasses that were sitting in the table were visibly dirty and thats the reason I turned the empty glasses upside down. She had to wander all over the restaurant to look for clean glasses that she removed for unoccupied tables. I watched her later collect 8 tables worth of dirty glasses lol but she gave me the attitude like I was nit picky person lol its all good I chuckled myself and didnt hold it against her. I was vindicated when I watched her scurrying around and couldn't immediately find clean glasses. The restaurant had 2 parties finishing up. Not busy at all. Food: 3 stars; we only came here because THAICOON (around the corner) was closing. I highly recommend thaicoon, ive been going since 2008. The California roll was decent, the shrimp spicy basil fried rice was good and i was impressed they didnt skimp on the shrimp, the coconut chicken soup was good. The star of the show for me was the sweet tea. The food wasnt bad but it didnt knock our socks off either, it could've used more seasoning. It's more like commercial Thai vs authentic Thai. Price point: 2 stars: the items I described above came to roughly $53, totally not worth it! Lol the portion size didnt match the price point. At thaicoon i wouldve paid $46 for the same items. Maybe $7 isn't a big difference to alot of you but that extra $7 there wouldve gotten me an appetizer at thaicoon or i could've put another $10 with it and got another dish. Cleanliness: 3 stars: 3 tables needed bussing, dirty water glasses ob several tables lol, they was having a rough night. Overall; I wouldnt come back if thaicoon is open. If thaicoon was closed and i really wanted thai food i would maybe give them another try. I wasnt bad and im not trying to slam them, my dinning experience couldve been better. Plus side is they do validate your parking ticket if you park in the garage. I would give them a solid 3 stars, had the portion sizes been a tad bigger or cheaper, or had the service been better i wouldve given them 4 stars.

I have never in my life had Americanized Thai food (or at least been conscience of it) but this tasted every bit of that. Not a single Thai national or descendant cooking or dining in here... I should have slid out the door upon noticing this but we were HONGRY and this place was walking distance. I appreciate the big portions to help alleviate the hunger, but the food going down wasn't even close to a real Thai experience. And the general ambience was definitely off. It's unclear whether this is a casual to-go spot or a sit-down spot or a bar. The service here was confusing. You have to order drinks separately from your food, for one. Secondly, it took a solid 10 minutes for a bartender to walk behind the bar and begrudgingly explain to me what they have available. I would have ordered more but her attitude made me close the tab after one beer. We didn't get served water until after we received our food, a solid 15-20 min after being in the restaurant. It generally felt like no one wanted to be there, and the staff were just moving independently to complete tasks instead of creating a dining experience *together*. There was not a smile from a single person I interacted with. I'd most likely not return purely because the dining experience is just plain out uncomfortable. On to the food. Mostly oil and noodles except for the papaya salad, which was... okay. Again, big portions. Nice heat. But just okay. The whole cherry tomatoes on top were a little weird and screamed laziness. The tofu kee mao was... okay. Same for the chicken pad thai. Lots of oil. This food made us feel pretty tired after eating it, which I've rarely experienced eating Thai cuisine. And they were very, very stingy with the protein. My husband counted 4-5 little slivers of chicken and hella noodles. The same was true for my tofu dish. I mean... it's tofu y'all. Cheap. But I can imagine they have to cut these corners because there were about 8 staff members running around in a small space with only a few customers in for happy hour. They do have HH deals on drinks depending on the day, but I found the drinks to be overpriced and not worth it. Especially the beer. And a $10 non-alcoholic cocktail is wild imo, especially for the scanty area this area is in. They are certainly milking the fact that they are in eyeshot of the Mercedes Benz stadium. The inside is beautiful and very ~trendy~ and honestly that tells me exactly where the focus is. I'd rate this a 2, but I'm adding a star for the spotless restrooms.
