I love me some Panda Express! They have so many healthy low calorie high protein options. Traditional Chinese restaurants offer a diet menu of plain sauceless steamed veggies and proteins which is boring. Panda offers entrees from 150-340 calories that are delicious and satisfying! My favorites are the honey sesame chicken, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. I highly recommend getting the super greens and asking them to put on your entree on top of them. The super greens are protein and nutrient packed and when the entree is on top of them the sauce coats it making them perfection. Also if calorie counting isn't your thing I'd recommend the orange chicken! It's the best thing on their menu. The staff is always super nice. If you have the app they also send you a birthday reward and you earn points that can be redeemed for free food. They also have $35 family meals with multiple entrees and sides which is very reasonably priced. I also like that they are on top of food allergens. This is something that traditional Chinese restaurants don't offer. which allows more people to enjoy their food. read more

I was running some quick errands near the Neshaminy Mall and Oxford Valley Mall has wanted a quick bite to eat, so I stopped off at Panda Express. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Panda Express has no indoor seating and out of precaution, I just used the drive-through. Upon coming in, I was pleasantly surprised to see Panda Express has some new honey sesame chicken, which I ordered. I selected it with a side of white rice, which was quite nice and went well with the honey sesame sauce. The pieces of chicken itself were fairly small in size, but they were encrusted in a crisp breading that had a wonderful crunch. Along with my rice, it cane with some fresh sides of green beans and yellow peppers that were scrumptious. I also got a coke on the side! Altogether, Panda Express isn't gourmet, but the food is fresh tasting and delicious. read more

The employees are friendly and prompt to let you know when it may be a few minutes wait for something that's being replenished. The food at this location is always cooked well, good hot temperature and good portions. I go here and sit inside with my kids if we don't take away. We like to sit at the higher table near the front main door. The restaurant is clean on the inside. I haven't used the bathroom at this location so I don't have a comment for that. This was my first time ordering from Panda Express and I went thru the drive thru. The service was good. The food reminds me of "healthy" Chinese Food and I was craving more of your corner Chinese restaurant. Anyway, the food was ok. The rice was bland and not a true fried rice and the chicken and shrimp had minimal seasonings. The sauces aren't your traditional "duck sauce" or "soy sauce"option. Instead, I had a plum sauce with the spring rolls. The spring rolls were probably the best of the whole meal. Again, I feel like this is a healthier option or it's kind of mind over matter. We both got really honey walnut shrimp.. they mis quoted the price for the surcharge. They told me the kids meal was $.25 more and a panda bowl would be $1.25... they charged me for a plate meal and my daughter .75... I guess I would have been that mad except I had 6.. yes 6 shrimp and my daughter had 4.. no veggies and literally just a few walnuts.. This place has been here for a bit, I always drove by and never gave it a second thought. Shopping at Walmart we decided to try this place for a late lunch. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It's super clean & modern. Plenty of seating to eat in & the best part is they have a drive thru! We were greeted right away & told that we can sample as many things as we wanted. They had a great selection of Chinese food. They gave us their signature dish of orange chicken. It was delicious. I'm glad I was able to try it because I wound up ordering that and the Sunfire Chicken. You can choose one entree & side, two entrees and a side or three entrees and a side. Their sides are white rice, brown rice, fried rice, steamed mixed vegetables or lo mein noodles. They also have egg rolls, crab wantons & spring rolls. This was my second visit to a Panda Express, and true to it's corporate nature, it was consistent with my first experience. That is both a good thing and a bad thing. Let's start with the positives. The facility was clean and bright, and constantly being mopped and wiped while I was there. They keep staff busy in visible ways. The service was friendly and expedient, if formulaic. I was offered a sample of a special chicken dish on a toothpick. Can't remember the taste, nor the name. I ordered the two mains, one side option for $7.95. Veggie Lo Mein, Gung Pao Chicken, and Beijing Beef we're loaded onto my styro dish, which was place on to a plastic tray before being handed over. I took a pass on their sweet waters. All three were luke warm and past their prime. The taste was good, with strong spiciness on the gung pao, and crispy tangy sweetness on the beef, even though the latter's sauce was overly goopified from hanging around for a while. Really no better or worse than the versions found in traditional Chinese American shops, just not as hot. The noodles we're becoming al dente, but not beyond the pale. Given a choice I would normally opt for the local momasan papasan joint over corporate mass produced dishes, but it is safe to say that the Panda is a reasonable alternative, especially if you come when the offerings are right out of the wok. My party of two stopped here last night for a quick dinner. There was no line and we were helped right away. The setup is similar to Boston Market-premade items are out on display and you pick and choose what you want. The staff prepares your meal and hands it off to the cashier for payment. You can order a bowl which comes with one side and one meat, a plate with 2 entrees and one side or a plate with 3 entrees and 1 side. Entrees include Peking Chicken, Orange Beef, Terriaki Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and more. The sides include chow mein, lo mein, white rice, brown rice and more. I opted for the two entrée plate with orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and white rice. I tried and wanted the Peking Pork but did not want to wait for it to be made The food was just ok. I love their Kung Pow but it is definitely a different version than I am use to getting in Chinese restaurants. I love that they add lots of different veggies. So delicious! I could've gone the rest of my life without trying the food at this establishment, and I wish it was what I would have done. Now I'm $12.19 poorer, and no more satisfied than I was before the purchase. I ordered food at the drive thru of this place right after the power was restored following a 19-hour post-thunderstorm power outage. Big mistake. (The spoiled food in my fridge after 19 hours would probably have been more tasty than this stuff.) I ordered the black pepper chicken, orange chicken, and chow mein, with a soda and some cheese rangoons. I had to wait for the chow mein to finish cooking, which took an extra 5 minutes or so. I know that fast food is usually pretty salty, but this dish took it to another level. The black pepper chicken was almost inedible... it was salty beyond comparison with anything I've ever eaten from a fast food place. Luckily, I didn't have to eat that much of it because it was 70% celery and onions, 30% chicken. On the opposite side, the orange chicken was incredibly sweet, almost unbearably so, as though they'd dumped bags and bags of sugar into the goopy mess. The chow mein was dry, additionally. The rangoons were not terrible, but they weren't what I'd call tasty. I ate what I could, spitting some into the trash when certain bites were too unbearable. Panda Express used to be in all the mall food courts, until they gradually shut down. Now, it appears they're back in the form of standalone restaurants. I do miss the food court Panda Expresses but the standalone restaurants are a bit more cosy, I guess. Their food is comparable to mall food court Chinese, scooped out from steam trays. Prices are a tad higher than Chinese vendors at food courts, but I find that Panda Express is tasty and they show some innovation in combining and making up new flavors beyond the usual selections. The only problems I saw at this restaurant are the limited parking around the restaurant, although it wasn't really a problem on a night when the restaurant wasn't full, and the state of the restroom, which is not the fault of the restaurant because it appears one of the patrons tried fo flush down chopsticks. Overall though, I welcome the opening of Panda Express in the southeast Pennsylvania area, as an alternative to the more common chain restaurants. read more

I never had brown rice taste so bad -_____- it tasted so bad that I had to tell the staff and ordered the white rice instead. I was very happy that the employees were very responsive and helpful. I really will applaud this location for their staff/ customer service. However panda is SO expensive. I paid 10$ for a few pieces of shrimp , white rice and three crab Rangoon's. Horrible customer service. Ordered online for a 6:25 pick up and at 7:15 we were still standing outside the door waiting for our order. If you cannot handle the influx of orders, then you should shut down taking them. I called to cancel and the lady over the phone told me she would get my order together now. Too late! We already left and had to give dinner out for our family of 6 at 7:30 at night. I'm sure during a pandemic that you're hurting for business.... maybe you should retrain some of your employees on customer service. The chicken in my mushroom chicken had an odd consistency... Fatty in spots where I had to chew it and then place it in a napkin... Almost like it wasn't cooked... My family and I had a major issue here recently. We waited over an hour for our pickup order we placed 3 hours prior. After leaving without food the Manager of this location sent me a message and offered us a solution to try them again. She apologized for being understaffed and in the weeds. I can say the customer service levels were great and food was hot and ready when we picked it up the 2nd time around. Food was good, the family meal was large and filled us all with leftovers. I have no idea what kind of cooks cook this food but I suggest they find a chef instead of a cashier heating up food.. Each time I have gone the food has been freshly prepared. They occasionally have featured items for a limited time. Yuh can choose an entree or two with either rice, noodles or vegetables as the side, or just order one with no side. But really a fan of the noodles-rice is ok, typically I go the veggie route.
