I was running some quick errands near the Neshaminy Mall and Oxford Valley Mall has wanted a quick bite to eat, so I stopped off at Panda Express. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Panda Express has no indoor seating and out of precaution, I just used the drive-through. Upon coming in, I was pleasantly surprised to see Panda Express has some new honey sesame chicken, which I ordered. I selected it with a side of white rice, which was quite nice and went well with the honey sesame sauce. The pieces of chicken itself were fairly small in size, but they were encrusted in a crisp breading that had a wonderful crunch. Along with my rice, it cane with some fresh sides of green beans and yellow peppers that were scrumptious. I also got a coke on the side! Altogether, Panda Express isn't gourmet, but the food is fresh tasting and delicious.

The employees are friendly and prompt to let you know when it may be a few minutes wait for something that's being replenished. The food at this location is always cooked well, good hot temperature and good portions. I go here and sit inside with my kids if we don't take away. We like to sit at the higher table near the front main door. The restaurant is clean on the inside. I haven't used the bathroom at this location so I don't have a comment for that. Overall I enjoy coming to this location.

This was my first time ordering from Panda Express and I went thru the drive thru. The service was good. The food reminds me of "healthy" Chinese Food and I was craving more of your corner Chinese restaurant. Anyway, the food was ok. The rice was bland and not a true fried rice and the chicken and shrimp had minimal seasonings. The sauces aren't your traditional "duck sauce" or "soy sauce"option. Instead, I had a plum sauce with the spring rolls. The spring rolls were probably the best of the whole meal. Again, I feel like this is a healthier option or it's kind of mind over matter. But, I mostly likely will not be back. I prefer more traditional Chinese food.

I should have read the other reviews before eating here. I know Chinese food is cheap to make and this place is totally just a drive by! My daughter wanted shrimp.. I did too. We both got really honey walnut shrimp.. they mis quoted the price for the surcharge. They told me the kids meal was $.25 more and a panda bowl would be $1.25... they charged me for a plate meal and my daughter .75... I guess I would have been that mad except I had 6.. yes 6 shrimp and my daughter had 4.. no veggies and literally just a few walnuts.. There are MANY better places to get quick Chinese including the mall across the street! I've attached pictures but highly recommend you find anywhere else to get Chinese!!

This place has been here for a bit, I always drove by and never gave it a second thought. Shopping at Walmart we decided to try this place for a late lunch. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It's super clean & modern. Plenty of seating to eat in & the best part is they have a drive thru! We were greeted right away & told that we can sample as many things as we wanted. They had a great selection of Chinese food. They gave us their signature dish of orange chicken. It was delicious. I'm glad I was able to try it because I wound up ordering that and the Sunfire Chicken. You can choose one entree & side, two entrees and a side or three entrees and a side. Their sides are white rice, brown rice, fried rice, steamed mixed vegetables or lo mein noodles. They also have egg rolls, crab wantons & spring rolls. They are very reasonable and give you huge portions. Honestly if you get the 3 entrees there is plenty for two people to share. I will definitely go back and try the drive thru.

Great for a quick bite to eat. Food is behind a glass display ready to eat. I usually get the plate which is 2 entrees and a side. Only side I've had is the fried rice. Tasty, l like the added egg. Honey chicken and Beijing beef. Both very flavorful. Sweetfire chicken is good too. Food was always fresh and hot. I've only gone around dinner time. Sauces are good. I like the plum and chili. Chili has good kick to it. Staff extremely friendly. They welcome you as you walk in the door. Restaurant new and always clean. Bunch of TVs and outdoor seat. Prices a little high but you get a good amount

Veggie Lo Mein, Gung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef

This was my second visit to a Panda Express, and true to it's corporate nature, it was consistent with my first experience. That is both a good thing and a bad thing. Let's start with the positives. The facility was clean and bright, and constantly being mopped and wiped while I was there. They keep staff busy in visible ways. The service was friendly and expedient, if formulaic. I was offered a sample of a special chicken dish on a toothpick. Can't remember the taste, nor the name. I ordered the two mains, one side option for $7.95. Veggie Lo Mein, Gung Pao Chicken, and Beijing Beef we're loaded onto my styro dish, which was place on to a plastic tray before being handed over. I took a pass on their sweet waters. All three were luke warm and past their prime. The taste was good, with strong spiciness on the gung pao, and crispy tangy sweetness on the beef, even though the latter's sauce was overly goopified from hanging around for a while. Really no better or worse than the versions found in traditional Chinese American shops, just not as hot. The noodles we're becoming al dente, but not beyond the pale. Given a choice I would normally opt for the local momasan papasan joint over corporate mass produced dishes, but it is safe to say that the Panda is a reasonable alternative, especially if you come when the offerings are right out of the wok. Even when approaching their sell by date, the taste is okay even if texture and temperature are not quite right.

All that would be fine if you don't miss the old ladies with their pushcarts hawking their goodies at your table. I sort of did miss them as they are what I remember most fondly about those enormous meals around a large round table with family and friends that I enjoyed growing up. But, this is certainly not that, and therein lies the difference of having a totally enjoyable experience vs a fast food version without any cultural entertainment value. Without that, the food was just not as tasty and fun. The Xiao Long Bao skin was too thick and chewy, although the pork infused hot soup within was decent. Similarly, the sui mai and shrimp dumplings had better texture outside, but tiny shrimp within. The glutinous rice rolls had a pleasant light soy sauce and right textured wrap, but small shrimp in both size and number. The best we had was the potato croquette (crunchy outside, hot and grated tato within). The room was all blond wood and large traditional Chinese kitchen mural on the wall. Service was efficient. Prices were about right given the recent restaurant inflation. For my three stars I would rather return to the enrapture of the old ladies and their carts.

As many others have written, there are no standout Chinese and Japanese restaurants in Lower Bucks and NE Philly. We tried the Dim Sum Factory in Horsham a few times years ago, and good meals each time, but over time it had gotten more crowded, parking became a pain, and due to the crowding, it was louder and not a relaxed atmosphere; so we stopped. Didn't realize until last night while searching for a place for dinner that Dim Sum Factory had other locations. As other Yelpers wrote, this Dim Sum Factory on Krewstown Rd was nowhere as busy hence, a quieter more relaxed environment, with ample off-street parking. We came early, arrived at 5 PM and the place was surprisingly empty but shortly after we arrived others came and by the time we left, I'd say 1/2 the tables were occupied; did notice they do a fair amount of takeout. This is a far smaller-sized restaurant and perhaps the larger share of the business is takeout. That said there was only 1 server handling tables as takeout and she was terrific; cool, calm, and friendly. We did not feel as though we waited a long time between dishes as we didn't order everything at once; we like to pace out our meals. This comes with that negative feel of other places that want the full order, and claim to pace but don't; hence feel as though they need to turn the table on a timer. Nuff about this stuff, let's get to the food it was fresh, beautifully plated, and very tasty. We were very much pleased and will be back now that we have found a suitable place. Just a longer drive, hence we drive for our good meals. We opened with the pork soup dumplings, 6 pieces, we long ago learned how to properly enjoy soup dumplings. Made with care and no skimping on meat or broth in the dumpling. Next, we had the HK-style Shumai, 4 pieces, big pieces at that. We prefer smaller more delicate dumplings. These per the photo are large and the meat is more packed, and more solid than we like; nonetheless, it was a good dish, especially with the dumpling sauce, which gave them a sweater flavor. Next, we had the spring roll, 2 pieces, not usually my favorite, is my wife's, but I will say it was not over-fried and not greasy; all pluses in my book. We then shared the chicken with garlic sauce and added eggplant- this was a hit. All the fresh and interesting vegetables, the textures, and the peppers gave it flavor.... the eggplant was a nice addition. The best dish we had this evening. We also had the Yang Chow Fried Rice, not my thing, more my wife's. I picked out the veggies, pork, egg, and the huge clean tasty shrimp. See our photos. Will be back again.
