We always go to Chipotle (next door) but decided to give this a try.. As soon as we walked in, I was hesitant. The food did not look good. We stood around and looked at the food for about 5 minutes. In this time frame, we kept getting bothered by the employees to "sample, sample sample".. All we wanted to do was think for a second! THANKFULLY, we decided to try the PLATE. We got 2 entrees and 1 side. We got the black pepper chicken, the string bean chicken breast and the chow mein. Let me just say, THANK goodness I did not order my own. A couple bites and we were both done! The chicken on both entrees was disgusting! It was so incredibly mushy and soft! NO FLAVOR. MUSHY! I have no idea what kind of cooks cook this food but I suggest they find a chef instead of a cashier heating up food.. Not sure if it is just this particular restaurant as we have not been to any, but this one made us never to go try another Panda Express again.. HORRIBLE food! Is this really Chinese? I will stick to the local Chinese restaurants.. Oh and by the way, after we ate 3-5 fork fulls we did go to Chipotle.. Should have done that from the start instead of coming here!!! read more

Each time I have gone the food has been freshly prepared. They occasionally have featured items for a limited time. Yuh can choose an entree or two with either rice, noodles or vegetables as the side, or just order one with no side. But really a fan of the noodles-rice is ok, typically I go the veggie route. Honey walnut shrimp is fantastic! read more

Panda Express - Panda Express-Trevose - Chinese Near Me - Trevose, Pennsylvania

The service is mediocre. Only one girl is professional- young, short blond Caucasian with glasses. I pray you are lucky enough to order when she's working. Excellent person. The others have a lot to be desired. Unfortunately- after my last visit on 9/10/19 I found a strand of hair in my food. Very upset and was disgusted! Disappointed at this location. I just pray management tighten up on the cleanliness code with respect to hairnets. read more

Service is terrible. I usually use the drive thru. They mixed up my order twice, forgot to include a side once, and periodically forget to include utensils... I usually don't care about a mistake or two but the frequency in which it happens is insane. Never coming back again. read more

Just an FYI for this location! If you show up 50 minutes before they close, they still won't make you anything on their menu even though they are out of almost everything because they are "closing soon". No ifs ands or butts, so if it's getting anywhere near an hour within closing, go somewhere else that will still serve you within their hours of operation because this place ain't it. read more

Food is as good as expected for a pre-made Chinese place. Portion sizes are not very generous for the price. Music is loud and terrible. Counter girl scooping the food was soft spoken, and being deaf in one ear I had trouble hearing her over the loud music. No problems hearing cashier! read more

This is a great place to get some good food fast. The staff is incredibly nice and helping. They let you try any of the food in a sample size before you get it. They will also offer that to you right when you walk in too. The gentleman who helped us was amazing, his name was Ishpak. Amazing service read more

Ok great to see something different food very good large drinks are huge. I found drive thru very slow also seems the young kids working have no clue. I'm note sure if they are trained or just slow . The rice sucks portions are on the small side I give 2 years before closed lol a shame ok now in drive thru 7 minutes. Ok the new steak and shrimp so costly and always made to wait 4 minutes. It take good but should get more for the cost of it Here we go again now matter when I come here I wait 3-5 minutes while they cook food why gave drive through never busy here ridiculous read more

I went here yesterday after a long absence, since I was in the area. Though it is technically fast food, and there is a certain sacrifice that comes with that in total quality, I will say that, for what it is, it's pretty good! The big surprise for me was actually the Kung Pao Chicken. I've had that dish from many "proper" chinese restaurants, but the Kung Pao Chicken here is some of the best I've ever had! Also, it's actually spicy, the way it's supposed to be! I recommend it! read more

My family visits Panda Express once every week. Chinese foods are highly-satisfying, healthy (depending on your choices), palatable, clean, and freshly-cooked. Amount of foods on our every visit varies depending on who's the crew for that day. The manager is always very considerate and friendly; he comes near our table and asks how's the food and everything or if there's something more that we need, etc. One Sunday at the door of winter, we all got disappointed because the store hours have changed; plus they can't anymore cook because it was already about 10 minutes before closing time; but we understand... who's going to order a minute before closing time and a few minutes more after? Nobody. So, using some "uncommon" common sense and a little bit of sensibility, we come to store at least 60-30 minutes before closing time to be fair with the crew and to get what we apparently want for our dinner. PLUS, if you're leaning towards weight loss, I recommend the BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN on a steamed rice! Then, end your meal up with a cup of Passion Tea! When we came to visit Beijing and Hong-Kong, the manager of the restaurants where we've dined would always announce: "Don't leave China without feasting on few slices of Peking Duck!" It was just ... "Wow!" For this, I hope Panda Express would give America a taste of China's most amazingly famous recipe: the Peking Duck! To top it all off, Panda Express is the best place to dine after a long day with my family and friends! read more

Ok, so this place just opened like two weeks ago, Been dying to try as there is only one other really good Chinese place here in Bensalem ( New King Wok) - So we went through the drive through, the items are a bit pricey but the description and photos of the menu items looked tempting. When I arrived home (only like 5mins away) the food was just about room temp. not steaming hot as with most Chinese places. The low-mien was crap. The Teriyaki Chicken was chewy like rubber. The Orange Chicken was OK. The spring rolls had a (freezer burnt) taste. I'm wiling to give this place another shot as they just opened and prob still need to tweak here and there. But I was NOT impressed. read more

Let me start off with saying this review is primarily based off business practice. The food is not bad but it's fast food of Chinese. That being said we came in and ordered 25 dollars of food and the preparer made and packaged it, when we got to the cashier and ordered drinks they said the machine was out of order and it was being repaired. Well I saw no repair guy and you could of had the preparer tell customers this prior to ordering. They couldn't even give us water. Way to stay in business Panda. read more

Had my first meal ever from Panda Express, beef with broccoli for $6.50. I only have one thing to say ",where's the beef?"

I placed an order online at 11:30 am for a pickup on 8:15 pm that night. When i went to pick up my order, I gave them my name, what I ordered, when i ordered and when the pickup time is. They claim i needed my order number to pick up my food. I gave them my order number shortly after. They needed a screenshot of my order confirmation which I cannot provide because their online ordering system is down. If I can log on, I would gladly provide that information. There should just be an order with my name on it, at most I might need to show my ID. I left the restaurant without the food I already paid for. read more

They opened a Panda Express near our mall last fall and I just went this past weekend for the first time, and have already been back twice. I freaking love it. It's not that expensive, and you get a good portion. And the food is dlish! The Honey Walnut Shrimp is my favorite! The Orange Chicken is so good, too - as is the Chow Mein. It's a great alternative to traditional Chinese takeout. Much quicker, and just as tasty! They were out of the shrimp and pot-stickers both times I was there, so I'm very excited to try them both next time. Will definitely be back! read more

Yay being in Pennsylvania so far from home is hard but so happy to find a good place I remember at panda express good food and service.even tho it's fast food and people debated if it's really Chinese food its still yummy.it's a clean place w lots of parking even a drive through in this state for whatever reason but it's just good read more

Meh, a little over-rated. Tried it twice. Just OK. Small Portions left hungry. A little pricey for a glorified fast food/ food court style Chinese food. Had to add soy sauce both times as the rice or chow mien noodles they serve with your entree was dry. Egg roll was decent more like a veggie egg roll but had a nice healthy taste and that along with the free refills on soda is the only reason I'm not going 1 star. Place is very clean and modern but really who cares if they have flat screen TVs playing cartoons?? Service was good. If you want good Chinese food, find an old fashioned sit down restaurant (not a buffet) worked and owned by Asians who cook from scratch (Old school Chinese food but that sadly seems to be getting harder and harder to find anymore) These new pop up fast food chains like P.E. just aren't cutting it for me..I miss the old days more and more. read more

I had Panda Express many times. This Panda Express served food that was so dry that it was inedible. I had it delivered so I couldn't tell anyone. Avoid it! read more

I gave it two stars because of the Orange Chicken. Other than that, they are very slow. It seems as all the workers are fairly new to the environment and seem so flustered and lost. The main door is in a bad location because the line curves in front of the door so you have to stand right in front of the door and move when people walk in. This is my second time here and both times I got the fried rice and I am once again disappointed. There is NO flavor and nothing fried about it. Oh and by 12 they had run out of white rice and rangoons!!! I tried the chicken egg roll and had to spit it out. Horrible! Very disappointed that I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned! read more

So excited that this place finally opened! Great spot for quick delicious Chinese food. Price is reasonable too! Love that they have a drive through and I actually think the portions were great. The girl serving is gave up a scoop and a half of our entrees. I'm not a fatty so that was plenty for me. Even had leftovers to take home. Can't wait to go back. read more

Food is good for a fast food chain. Employees are friendly and the store appears to be clean. I've eaten here a few times and have not had a bad meal yet. I would recommend this spot. read more

I was very disappointed in the food with the portions. their portion size is considered one scoop of whatever you're getting on top of 80% of rice which appears to be about a quarter cup, during the middle of the day 1 o'clock they ran out of white rice what kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of white rice..... Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place read more

Great service, food really delicious! I like the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Five flavor shrimp tastes so good! I will definitely come again. read more

Service has gone downhill. This used to be our go to drivethu. The gentleman that usually took care of us at the drivethu was excellent. Today's experience was AWLFUL. We placed our order and came to the window. We were told there would be an extended wait for spring rolls. First, why would you not have spring rolls at dinner time? So we opted not to wait so they took it off our order. Then they came back to the window and asked us to pull over so because we would have to wait for another item. I told them if we didn't want to wait for the spring rolls, why would we wait for the other order and asked them to replace with another item. They then came back, handed us our bag and told us to pull around to wait for the other item. We were then told we had to pull around because other people were waiting. So i pulled around to find multiple items waiting and the restaurant is locked due to no indoor seating and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come out to "ask me what my problem was and what I needed." Our order was still wrong. I will NEVER return. read more

I'll make it simpler.. when asked what I wanted as a replacement they didn't care and just sent something.. what if I was allergic to what they sent as replacement? read more

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. This place is awesome. Bensalem needed this after the whole chipotle e-Coli outbreak. I expect Panda to be slow for a while they are getting the hang of things. It's understandable. We were the only ones in there, but the staff was very friendly and the manager even gave us a discount. The food was hot and delicious. And the place is very clean and well stocked. I look forward to making this a weekly place to eat! read more

After waiting 10 minutes for the car two cars in front of me, then another 10 minutes for the car directly in front of me to even be acknowledged at the drive through, I decided to go inside to see what the problem was. I had the Kung Pao Chicken in a Bowl with noodles. It was very good and plentiful. I added the crispy shrimp for $2. They are not that good. The price is right and service is good. read more

Fake as Chinese food try about 6 of there per-made "Chinese" food dishes and blah. Hong Kong Pearl is way better. I even think I could do better then what they are trying to call Chinese food save your time and money any try any places that has a real Chinese person behind the counter. read more

I wasn't very impressed. The vegetables were super crunchy and barely cooked. I realize this is a chain so I can't expect too much but I just felt like they threw it together. It's super close to my work so I was hoping to put this place on my Friday lunch spot rotation. read more

I came here hoping to get back the same great dinning experience as Penn State but instead fell cheated and disappointed. I pay almost $9 for 2 entrée and I am still hungry (I'm a lite eater). They scoop the food in a way to make it looks full (not sure if this is part of their training). The container they use does not bottom out adding to the limited amount you can get. The orange chicken is over coated with flour and cant barely taste any chicken + was not crispy. Finally, I was not told of the added cost for choosing a special side dish until I was at the cash register. read more

If you are thinking of coming to this place I suggest you go else where. You are better of going to a Asian take out restaurant. The food was disgusting. The Lomain was uncooked dry. The meats that we got had a burn after taste. Not sure how this place is in business. People must not have taste buds or just settle for any garbage. Trust me! Save your money!! read more

I first discovered Panda Express while living in Georgia and it quickly became my go to spot for Chinese food. I was ecstatic to find out that one opened in Bucks County. The food is delicious and very affordable. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always happy and helpful. The orange chicken is delicious! ! read more

Not the friendliest workers broken soda machine the rice was over cooked no one had proper training I will not eat at here again

this place was gross, i had hair all in my food not just one multiple pieces not worth it go somewhere else for sure

Food was good, but they put it in a small container to eat in the restaurant. My steamed veggies, were on the bottom of the container with my orange chicken. The tastes mixed together. I would rather the meal in a container or plate so the food is kept separate. When I questioned the practice, I was told that is the new policy. Well my new policy is NOT to return. read more

They tried to say they couldn't make us more food at 8:35 when they closed at nine and they were out of everything besides a few bullshit items that aren't very popular. What a bunch of worthless, lazy people. read more

If no stars were an option, I would go with that. Hands down, the worst food (not just Chinese) that we've ever had. Three of us went, three of us with the same opinion. Go to the food court at the mall, or better yet, about 2 miles down the road to Taste Cafe. read more

Back story- my wife loves Panda Express. I actually have never eaten it. I decided to get take out for us for dinner one night. I got chipotle across the street. My wife asked my to stop at the panda next to the chipotle and get her her favorite, the orange chicken bowl with fried rice. It's pouring rain outside so I go through the drive through. Pull around, there's a sign on the drive through speaker thing that says the drive through is closed for the day. Sorry for the inconvenience. Okay, that's annoying but I get it. Sometimes drive through a close. Park the car, get out and walk in. I look and see the orange chicken bowl empty. Oh no I think, maybe my wife won't be enjoying orange chicken tonight. But wait! I see in the front of all the platters behind the glass a sign that says "Don't see your favorite dish? Just ask us and we will make more". Phew. Looks like my wife will be enjoying her chicken after all. The girl to take my order comes over and I tell her I want an orange chicken bowl with fried rice. She tells me. "Sorry, we are out of orange chicken". I look at the sign again that says very clearly "don't see your favorite dish? Just ask us and we will make more". She then says. "We close in 20 minutes." I look at my phone. It's 8:43 pm. Granted. I worked in food service before, so I get costumers coming in right before closing time is annoying. But why do you have a sign that specifically says "don't see your favorite dish? Just ask us and we will make more" if you arnt going to make any more? Maybe pull the sign at 8:30 then? Long story short. I won't over to chipotle and my wife will be enjoying tacos with me instead of the orange chicken she wanted. Never ate at panda before. Don't think I'll try to go back tho read more
