Dean, a very helpful team member made the free dodger win memorable. I was having a problem using the app but he stepped in and showed me just how to do it. Very kind. And the food is delicious!

I know this guy doesn't care but......... I purchased my food using a card & after eating I realized I needed some cash change. -- 5 bill to 1 bills -- I walked up to the counter and asked this guy for change and he said "you have to purchase something". I pulled out my receipt and told him I just bought from you guys. He said "yeah I can't open the register" So this guy thinks people are ignorant and that everyone will believe that registers can't be opened? I told him I'm too old to believe that you can't open the register. Then he said "yeah we can't do it" Just say you don't want to exchange my money, so many stupid excuses.

    Large size of chow mein

Today, l went to The Oaks Mall food court and ordered food there. I didn't look when the lady put food into the box, but when I got home, the large size of chow mein was only less than 3/4 filled. This is ridiculous. I don't know how the workers at this location were trained. The lady served me had no smile on her face at all and when I gave her the gift card (because it didn't work after I swiped twice), I told them "last time when I used it, they had to put the number in manually and I don't know why?" And what I got was the mad eyes staring at me from the serving lady. How can you expect customers will come back in the future if you have this kind of service???

Broccoli Beef / Teriyaki Chicken / Chow Mein

Came to Panda for dinner and ordered a plate. Portion-wise I was pretty happy w the Teriyaki Chicken. Tender, juicy, & yummy! The broccoli beef was also good, didn't get enough beef but I guess the chicken made up for it. However, the chow mein was not so good today. It lacked flavor drastically and tasted like I was eating nothing, no flavor at all despite how it looked. I was disappointed seeing how greasy it looked knowing the grease wasn't worth the taste. It was just plain oily and no flavor. Please work on quality control of your food Panda.

I love the cook at this panda . Always fast, good fresh food . taste good. Just door dash sometimes is a miss but in person it's always great here Best Panda

This particular location is inside the food court at the Oaks Mall. Its an ok place to get an inexpensive meal while your shopping there. I was there around noon on a weekday. Because it was prime lunch time, you would have expected all of the entree selections to be out in plentiful supply. At least half of them just had a tiny bit left, which is not very appetizing to look at and doesn't really tempt you to want to order from that. What I found most annoying was that, even though I was dining in, they don't offer any trays to carry your food to your table as is typically done at other Panda Express locations. I didn't really appreciate having to juggle my food items in my arms while searching for a table to eat at.

Since its opening, Yunnan Restaurant has become a staple in our rotation for good reason. The pro-tip that I almost want to gatekeep is to go for lunch because that's the only way to guarantee that all of the best cold dishes are still in stock. My family's go-to is the vinegar potato strings, bamboo shoots, and sliced mushrooms, but we've recently also gotten into getting a side order of the peanuts with anchovies. The peanuts have a great sweet and salty roasted flavor and would pair perfectly with some rice. I could honestly be happy just ordered a big plate of the vegetarian cold dishes with rice, but it would be criminal to not order some of the noodles. The Sichuan style cold noodle is my absolute favorite item on the menu. It is vinegary, spicy, a little bit sweet, and super refreshing! The noodle texture is nice and bouncy, and the sliced carrots and scallions and blanched bean curds add a great crunchy texture. Despite being meatless, this noodle dish is absolutely satisfying and delicious! Most of the praises I sing are about this cold noodle dish, but their other items are also quite yummy. I enjoy the braised garlic seafood tofu dish, which pairs well with rice, and there are whole cloves of garlic that were braised with the seafood to be subtlety sweet and not at all pungent. Yunnan Restaurant really lives up to the hype!

I like the house special braised pork belly which is a caramelized and salty meat in a pot. Delicious with copious amounts of white rice. Some of my favorite items to get at this place are: -Stir fried intestines - these are cooked with spices and numbing pepper. The intestines taste like they were deep fried and have a crunch to them. -Mushroom medley - 3 different types of mushrooms in a brown sauce and some type of white meat. -Beef rolls - sliced beef inside a flaky savory pancake with hoisin sauce and cilantro This is a great spot for Hunan-style dishes that have the complex smoky, spicy, and numbing spice flavors. I'd go for those dishes over more traditional fried rice, beef and broccoli type Chinese food.

Broccoli Shrimp ($19): The broccoli was perfectly steamed, but the shrimp were a letdown Instead of the expected jumbo/large size, they were small (51-60 count) and lacked flavor Also, the peas and carrots felt out of place in this dish Spring Rolls: Crispy and worth the price! (Note: They were served with ketchup?, so have your own chili crisp ready) Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables (The Star!): Absolutely delicious Perfectly textured pork with just the right amount of fat-not too heavy or falling apart Even with the overcooked vegetables, this is a "must-order" again The Verdict: Good flavors on the traditional dishes; just wish the shrimp size matched the price point!

When they first opened, the food was consistently hot, fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best Chinese food in the area. Lately, though, it feels like the quality has really declined. Several times now, the food has arrived lukewarm and tasting like it wasn't freshly made to order. Some dishes honestly seem like they may have been sitting in the case before being packaged for delivery. What's been most concerning is that every time I've eaten there recently, I've ended up with a stomach ache afterward -- and all the unpleasantness that comes along with that. After multiple experiences like this, it's hard to ignore. The house chicken dish is also unbelievably spicy now to the point where it's almost inedible, and not in a balanced or flavorful way. I also miss the paper-wrapped chicken, which used to be one of my favorites. It's disappointing because this place had so much potential in the beginning. I miss the days when Chinese food was consistent, comforting, and dependable - especially classics like orange, chicken, sesame chicken and Mongolian beef that tasted fresh every time. Hoping they can get back to the quality they had when they first opened.

One waitress reminded another that we were "on the waitlist," and she then loudly shouted across a room full of customers, "We don't have any available tables right now." The way the situation was handled felt very dismissive and humiliating, especially in front of my children.
