Located in the Las Americas Premium outlet shopping mall lays Panda Express right before you cross into the Mexico border! After a heavy day of shopping and walking throughout the mall we decided to swing in to grab a quick bite before we walked even more. The line seemed long running through the outside of the door but moved fairly quick. As we entered we seemed as if we were being rushed to order without even looking what they had to offer just to get the line going as to get the customers in and get them out as quick as possible. After briefly looking to what they had I quickly ordered my food. The line items they displayed were running low and a lot were out and there was empty slots with no food on it. We ended up paying for our food and sat outside on one of the tables they have to offer facing the border. The food was ok but nothing special as to where the beef and broccoli was cooked right and the broccoli was very green and vibrant while the meat was tender and sauced good. The teriyaki chicken was a little dry probably due to sitting on the cutting board waiting for the next person to order it to be sliced away while glazed with sauce. The rice and noodles were okay but nothing to extravagant about it. The temperature of the food wasn't piping hot but yet not cold but decent. We ended up having to go back inside to try to get a spoon but yet there was no spoon just chopsticks and a fork. Decent fast food for a quick bite on the go but just be prepared to have what you want in your mind before ordering because chances are you will probably be rushed when ordering but overall just A-OK in my books yet there our better Panda Express locations out there with more tastier food and customer service! read more

Although when I go to use it (at the same store that stole my money) for a 2 item plate they tell me it has to be three items. However they're capable of removing one of two items. Your typical American-Chinese fast food go to place.. This location is at the Las America's Premium outlet. Nice and tidy inside but not enough seating.. this isn't the first time I have stopped by for some lunch combo and every time I come in it's a hit or miss with the seating.. either all taken or lucky me I get to sit! They have their "panda tea bar" at this location and I tried their strawberry flavor tea and it was ok.. reminded me of something you can pop open in a can. Customer service is good. Try to get you in and out. Lines can be long if it's a busy day at the outlet. read more

Hmm.. What should I say first... Well, I ordered kung pao chicken, NOT kung pao zucchini... I only had 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest was zucchini. This place needs work. I don't know where to start but customer service is lacking. They need to know how to prioritize on who to check out at the register while helping others. I literally waited a good couple minutes while one person was speaking with a guest that was indecisive. My food was already packed and ready to be ring up. After leaving a very good review last time I was here, this place turned a 180 on us. The portion given to us is so dismal. My kids orange chicken bowl is literally 9 pieces the size of my pinky finger.When asked, the manager told us that "you can always ask for more". Really? What I'm asking is a fair portion!! And I should not beg for more!!! My broccoli beef had 6 pieces of broccoli and maybe 7 minute slices of chicken. Update I went to the hospital after the worst food posining. Diagnosed as food poisoning. I still have NOT received any message or any kind from Panda at this location. Oh, and it was for sure this food was contaminated because it was my first and last of the meal on that day. FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!! I got a plate with kanpao chicken, broccoli beef and fried rice. Service was slow but friendly and pleasant. It's the only place you can get a meal (other options are Auntie Anne's, Carvel ice cream etc.) amongst the other places within the mini food court in this section of the shopping outlet, so it gets crowded fast. The food looked it had been sitting out under the heat lamps for a while. I got a simple teriyaki chicken white mixed veggies. It was decent and relatively healthy for fast food near the border.
