This was THE WORST takeout experience I have ever had. I ordered online, and arrived about 40 minutes later to pick up the food. It was a mad house inside, line out the door, drive through backed up 20+ cars. (So I understand that they were busy). There was nobody designated to help with online orders, and the cashier continued to ring up customers and ignore the swarm of people who have collected at the register, trying to pick up their takeout. When I finally got someone to help me, the woman got my name, found a receipt and said "okay I will get started on this order." WHAT!? Since when do they wait until you get to the restaurant to start the order!? What a joke. I ordered at 6:00 and finally left with my food at 7:15. I usually love going to panda, they have amazing food and it's almost always right. Today I decided to get some lunch at panda, the line was so long but that was to be excpected. The lady handing me my food was so rude to me and closed the window on me as I was talking to her. I waited a minute until she finally came back to the window. I asked for a few teriyaki sauces in which she replied that I had to pay if I wanted any sauce. In all the years that I've gone to panda I have never had to pay for any sauce. I finally left annoyed with the service, only to get home to realize that my food was burned and had barely any rice. I will not be going back to panda anytime soon. read more

This location is a huge disappointment compared to other places I've been. As other reviewers have commented the food tastes different. They also serve the smallest portions of any Panda I've been to. The portions also vary widely depending on which item you order. For example I ordered the Beijing Beef and it had the smallest scoop. It seemed like it had about 6 slices of beef. My son ordered the teriyaki chicken and half his tray was filled with chicken. I've never had the problem of inconsistent portion size or weird taste at the other location off of Red Cliff. From now on I'll drive the extra distance to go to a different spot. read more

I have been through the drive through multiple times here and i have never had a problem with the service or food. I am currently waiting for my order on 2/5/2021 at 8:37. I ordered my food and the lady taking my order was very rude. Her tone of voice was really sassy and she was talking to me like i was stupid. I said "I would like to place 2 orders please. She responded with "walk inside and you can do that" it was very rude and she wouldn't read my order back. They took my payment and asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. Analeah (i think thats what her name was) brought me my food and was really kind to bring me extra sauces. read more

After ordering and paying they had me pull forward and wait. After waiting 27 minutes I called them to check on my order. They asked me to tell them what I ordered and they would start cooking it for me. At that point I asked for a refund as I had already waited longer than I wanted to. They made me go inside and wait more for my refund. Total time elapsed to get my money back from the time I ordered my fast food was 41 minutes. Unbelievable, yet true! read more

I know Panda Express is a chain, but for some reason this one just seems to be consistently better than others. Always fresher, hotter, faster and nicer employees. I typically love Panda Express service and food, but for the last few months I have been treated so poorly. They are sharp when taking orders at the drive through and when I go to the window they have been snarky and rude just for asking for more forks and sweet and sour sauce. The thing that made me mad is that if you buy something it takes forever to get the order. They also switch from one person working on your meal to the another. We are having a great lunch outside in the sunshine at the new Panda Express. Sure feels good after all the cold rainy weather we have had and my Honey Walnut Shrimp with Crow Mein is excellent. My husband always get something different but I always get the shrimp. We come here about once a week. Always fresh food and the staff come around to make sure you are enjoying your meal. There is a reason why this place has an overall 2 star review. Sent my daughter and she Ordered 2 item combo sweet fire chicken breast/ orange chicken and chowmein and white rice. What I received was honey walnut shrimp orange chicken and chowmein only. The line was way too long to try and go back and fix it. Not worth it. When I arrived I explained to the worker that I had a coupon for a buy one entree, get one 50% off. I assumed I would have to buy a bowl (since that has one entree) and get a second bowl 50% off. The lady told me I couldn't use it on a bowl, I had to use it on a two entree plate and get a third entree 50% off. When I got to the window, the lady told me I had to buy a 2 entree plate and get another 2 entree plate 50% off. I only wanted 2 entrees but now I'm having to buy 4. Again, the coupon said buy ONE entree, get ONE 50% off. The lady says I can't use that coupon for the bowl or for the 2 entree plate, then add a third entree (like she told me at the speaker). By this point my child is crying and the line of cars was stacking up behind me. I told her I would pay for the two 2 entree plates but that they should call and get this coupon changed since it clearly isn't buy one entree, get one 50% off as the coupon states. She then tells me that has nothing to do with her and promptly shuts the drive thru window and walks away. She was SO rude. She had no patience and was not interested in explaining or hearing what I as the customer wanted. I will NEVER return to this Panda Express. read more

Can't get an order right. The last 2 times I've ordered here they have forgot something or gave me the wrong entree.

We were staying in Saint George and decided to make a late night trip to Panda. This particular location exceeded our expectations. We arrived close to closing time and the staff was exceptionally accommodating and nice. Wonderful customer service when they probably were at the end of their day just trying to get home. Would definitely go out of my way just to eat at this location because of the customer service. read more

Was trying to order the family feast on the app for an hour and tried two different computers and two different phones. I called and told them what was happening and they said they could order the $20 price if I just came in. They said they couldn't take my order over the phone. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then when I went to order they said they wouldn't honor it after a 45 minute drive and wait. Won't honor their word. Tried the app again and it still wouldn't load past the location option. Horrible management that won't honor what Panda says. This location is a bit off. I am not sure why? Does management taste the food? Maybe try it once a week or do a "secret shopper" once a month. Because your food tastes off every. single. time. Go try the Panda that is near the outlet malls by apollo burger, that is how Panda is suppose to taste. I got the Orange chicken and Chow mien. Both don't seem right. I like this location and that it has a drive thru makes me want to go to this location but something has to change to make the food taste on point. I love panda so much but I think this new location with the drive thru makes it too busy and every time I've gone here so far (about 4 times) my order was not very good, though the exact same order is wonderful at the other location. Went in around 8pm. About 1/3 of the entrée items were not filled and only 1 person was cooking in back, who I believe was the manager (Only person in a black shirt). I watched this manager make small talk with other employees while 4 or 5 of us waited for our items to be cooked. Then, this same manager got out her phone and started making personal calls while at the same time attempting to cook. The girls at the counter were all standing around doing nothing (since there was no food around) and started cleaning while we stood there waiting for food. We waited over 20 minutes. The drive thru was definitely given priority over those of us standing in line. Horrible communication in this store and no actual managing of employees. Employees bark out items that need to be cooked but make no attempt to make sure the cook actually heard them or not. Guy in front of me waited 15 minutes before his food even started to be prepared. Very unimpressed with the management at this location, who I feel don't deserve the title of "manager". read more

We love Panda Express and choose to eat there when we are out of town and find one. We love that we know exactly what the food will be like. Unfortunately, our drive-thru experience this evening was not a good one. This location was out of brown rice and fried rice. Three of us ordered the Teriyaki chicken and none us received sauce. We were specifically told the sauce comes on the side, but we didn't have any. It would be nice if the employees would slow down a little and double check the orders. We have been to this location three times and have been disappointed all three times. We will not be going back. read more

Service was extremely slow thru the drive thru, order was incomplete missing the sauces for the egg roles and teriyaki chicken. Rice was over cooked and the chow mein noodles were dry. And the main dishes were very small portions. I would not recommend this location. read more

Employer are standing around talking instead of paying attention when a customer needs help at the front desk. All the food looked old. When I got my drinks they had no lids for the cups not the small cups, medium, or large cups. This was the worst panda Express I have been to. read more
