All I could think about was "Super Greens" and the only place I could get my fix was Panda Express. As I was dropping a friend off home, I was excited to see that I was near Panda Express - Riverdale. Once I realized that, I opened my Panda Express app and placed my order. It was one of those nights where I didn't want anything too heavy but I wanted something good. I decided to do a bowl with Super Greens as my base and Teriyaki Chicken as my entreé. As my order was placed I pulled up to the drive thru and advised I was doing a pick up. The young lady was very pleasant and told me to pull on up to the window. As I had arrived a few minutes before my order was slated to be ready I was excited to see that my order was ready for me. Woo hoo. Once at the window, my order was confirmed. Condiments verified. Bag handed to me and I was on my way. Talk about good service, this was a true representation of quality service. As I anticipated, my Panda Express bowl was everything I knew it would be. The chicken was hot and fresh. The super greens were fresh and crunchy and everything was beautifully placed. As the chicken was placed on top of the super greens, the flavor of the chicken blends with the super greens and marries the dish so well. To add a more robust flavor profile, I drizzled the teriyaki sauce that came with it over the top and that took the meal from good to gooder. LoL!! All in all, Panda Express - Riverdale was the perfect option for a quality meal at a good price with great service. read more

At the Lovejoy/Hampton location, Do Not request the String Bean Chicken entree. they only give you 1 Tablespoon of chicken. Yes. One Tablespoon with 1/2 cup of beans and two cups of rice. it's a wasted meal for a diabetic or other low carb eaters. I have been disappointed twice. I complained to manager in past. This will probably be the easiest review I've written! :) PROS - Panda has one of the best things going. Period. Its an Americanized Asian "fast food" cuisine restaurant that has great flavors and menu choices. Its not unhealthy, and the flavors are fantastic. Being a creature of habit, I always get my usual which is the 2-plate dinner with Orange and Sweetfire chicken (which gives you both white and dark meat) - one is sweet and the other spicy - and I usually get half and half fried rice and veggies - I love fried rice and get to eat healthy too. Add a little soy sauce to everything and its a party in your mouth! :) CONS - I dont really have any except to say that if they were to ever bring down the price a little, I'd probably simply eat there every day. read more

Usually this panda express is pretty good but I just ordered from them off of DoorDash and was completely disgusted I ordered two plates both with barely any meat on it a total of four spring rolls and I only got three and a regular eggroll which is disgusting I ordered @9 and they close at 10 it's no excuse to send orders out looking like this even if it is late! If you are tired of hamburgers, fried chicken, and fast food Mexican, where the meat is meat in name only, then Panda Express gives you another on-the-go option. The food is always cooked well, and it is flavorful, especially for fast food. My sister and husband love the honey walnut shrimp. I like the Shanghai Angus steak. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru moves pretty fast. This location and the location in Morrow are highly recommended for consistently good food and good service. My only complaint about Panda Express (the company, not this location) is that I wish the company offered a greater variety of menu items. Offering the same-old-same-old all the time means that I only come to this restaurant ever so often. I would frequent it more, if they offered new menu items more often. read more

What can I say. Panda Express is Panda Express. It's fast food Chinese food but if you're not able to get to a traditional Chinese restaurant Panda Express will suffice. Some food is more popular than others but that's not a bad thing. Orange chicken is really popular, so there's usually a fresh batch being cooked for the next several orders. I've never had an issue with an order being incorrect or bad customer service. The parking is decent and there's usually no problems finding a spot. I would recommend not parking closest to the drive-thru line because it can get long which will result in you being blocked in. The food is usually fresh and doesn't sit out for long hours. The fortune cookies are good too. The crab rangoon is so-so, it's definitely heavy on the cream cheese. read more

So every time I go to Panda Express on Hwy 85 in Riverdale I spend $15 or more and it's been disappointing the last 2 times I've been I asked for teriyaki to go with my meals because it's been free every other time but now they want to charge $.25 so I leave my $15 plate just for $.25 so if you wanna up charge me $.25 for some sauce Im not paying you $15 gaining income or revenue to your company 3 times a week. Very disappointing. So I rather not spend my $15 because you wanna charge me $.25 for something that I've been getting through with my meals considering I don't like the sweet-and-sour sauce on my veggie rolls every one don't like sweet and sour sauce. I only like the teriyaki sauce and that's not put into consideration when I expressed that every time they still want to charge me $.25. You lose $50- $80 a week over $.25 that's bad business. Saw the number of cars I'm the lot and figured it would be quicker to go through the drive through... I was wrong. There were only 2 people working the store. One was checking out and the other was playing all the food. They were going back and forth between on store customers and drive through. I waited 7 minutes to get to the order board and another 10 to get my food. That's a long time in drive thru time. I will say that the crew working was very friendly.
