All I could think about was "Super Greens" and the only place I could get my fix was Panda Express. As I was dropping a friend off home, I was excited to see that I was near Panda Express - Riverdale. Once I realized that, I opened my Panda Express app and placed my order. It was one of those nights where I didn't want anything too heavy but I wanted something good. I decided to do a bowl with Super Greens as my base and Teriyaki Chicken as my entreé. As my order was placed I pulled up to the drive thru and advised I was doing a pick up. The young lady was very pleasant and told me to pull on up to the window. As I had arrived a few minutes before my order was slated to be ready I was excited to see that my order was ready for me. Woo hoo. Once at the window, my order was confirmed. Condiments verified. Bag handed to me and I was on my way. Talk about good service, this was a true representation of quality service. As I anticipated, my Panda Express bowl was everything I knew it would be. The chicken was hot and fresh. The super greens were fresh and crunchy and everything was beautifully placed. As the chicken was placed on top of the super greens, the flavor of the chicken blends with the super greens and marries the dish so well. To add a more robust flavor profile, I drizzled the teriyaki sauce that came with it over the top and that took the meal from good to gooder. LoL!! All in all, Panda Express - Riverdale was the perfect option for a quality meal at a good price with great service. read more

Panda Express offers a healthier alternative to traditional Chinese food, with its menu featuring a variety of low-calorie options. If you're not concerned about high sugar and carbs, I highly recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp paired with steamed rice. Also, don't miss out on the Watermelon Mango Refresher! read more

The service was fine but my order was three entrees plate. I barely received my third entree and it was in a small box. read more

I've been to a few panda express's in my life, and this one was good! Like all of the others, it could just use a bit more flavor and a little less oil! Overall, it was good for quick and relatively low-cal asian food; Loved the nostalgia as it reminded me of a few years back when my high school friends and I would go to the mall food court! read more

Panda Express - Kung pao chicken - Chinese Near Me - Riverdale, Georgia

At the Lovejoy/Hampton location, Do Not request the String Bean Chicken entree. they only give you 1 Tablespoon of chicken. Yes. One Tablespoon with 1/2 cup of beans and two cups of rice. it's a wasted meal for a diabetic or other low carb eaters. I have been disappointed twice. I complained to manager in past. She was semi pleasant. said that is all that is allowed with the fish. read more

Walked and saw tons of fresh food. I was served quickly and respectfully. One of the servers suggested the veggie spring rolls over the chicken egg rolls--and they were delicious! My whole meal was 10/10, I'll be back whenever I'm in the area read more

Panda Express - Beyond meat Orange Chicken with Walnut Shrimp, lo mein and greens - Chinese Near Me - Riverdale, Georgia

I've been there n the past & ordered Lo mein. I ordered vegetables with my Lo mein & I was extremely disappointed the Lo mein was very hard & I didn't enjoy I definitely will not return! At the counter the young man did not acknowledge me as if I was a ghost walking back & forth doing nothing his coworker told him, in their language, 2 get my order huh? Very bad vibes! read more

I will begin by stating I'm extremely apologetic about this review because yesterday it would have been a 5 star review. Yesterday we ate here twice so I assumed 3 times would be a charm... WRONG! Today I visited with my husband around 2pm and I was excited because there was NO wait in the drive through. We picked up our food and immediately realized we had the driest chicken ever! I've been to several locations and this was my favorite until today. There was black curly hair in my super greens and that was it for me. I'm so grossed out & disappointed I just threw it out. Do better! read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TEXT SENT SAYING FOOD WAS READY AT 8pm. Food wasn't ready until 8:20pm. No apologies everything employees said made me feel like I did something wrong for asking for my food that had already been debited from my account. Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Riverdale, Georgia

My food was super expensive for just about nothing. I paid over 20 bucks for two scoops of rice in a chicken nugget container ! I should have read the reviews. I let my little one pick and she picked the place because of the panda but never again ! They got the order wrong as well and the damn food wasn't all that good. However, their large beverage is quite large ! read more

This will probably be the easiest review I've written! :) PROS - Panda has one of the best things going. Period. Its an Americanized Asian "fast food" cuisine restaurant that has great flavors and menu choices. Its not unhealthy, and the flavors are fantastic. Being a creature of habit, I always get my usual which is the 2-plate dinner with Orange and Sweetfire chicken (which gives you both white and dark meat) - one is sweet and the other spicy - and I usually get half and half fried rice and veggies - I love fried rice and get to eat healthy too. Add a little soy sauce to everything and its a party in your mouth! :) CONS - I dont really have any except to say that if they were to ever bring down the price a little, I'd probably simply eat there every day. read more

Usually this panda express is pretty good but I just ordered from them off of DoorDash and was completely disgusted I ordered two plates both with barely any meat on it a total of four spring rolls and I only got three and a regular eggroll which is disgusting I ordered @9 and they close at 10 it's no excuse to send orders out looking like this even if it is late! The order was two plates on each plate chow mein and two sides of teriyaki chicken and two orders of spring rolls! This plate is just scraps that they didn't want to cook anymore food read more

Slowest and most unprofessional service ever... it doesn't matter if u order there, ahead, or delivery your going to be waiting for a while.

It took almost 2 hours to get our food. And they close 30 minutes from now. And I don't care if you ran an event. It has not And was not my problem. 8:15 now. And I can't even get anyone on the phone. This stinks and we should be reimbursed. read more

I am in town visiting with my girlfriend and we ordered uber eats last night. I am so DISAPPOINTED!! The food was fucking disgusting. As if it was made 48 hours prior and was sitting on a steam table all day. Also, forgot my order of crab Rangoon and there was no napkins in the bag. $30 and I threw that shit away no joke. Couldn't even consume it. That's a joke Panda Express!! Only good thing was the Fanta soda. Surprised y'all ain't forget that too. read more

This review is about the poor (or lack thereof) customer service skills of the drive-thru staff at this location (both the person who takes the order and the one that delivers it through the window.) The food is ok but I refuse to pay someone to be rude to me. I guess you get what they (Panda Express) pay for. Consider yourself warned. read more

If you are tired of hamburgers, fried chicken, and fast food Mexican, where the meat is meat in name only, then Panda Express gives you another on-the-go option. The food is always cooked well, and it is flavorful, especially for fast food. My sister and husband love the honey walnut shrimp. I like the Shanghai Angus steak. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru moves pretty fast. This location and the location in Morrow are highly recommended for consistently good food and good service. My only complaint about Panda Express (the company, not this location) is that I wish the company offered a greater variety of menu items. Offering the same-old-same-old all the time means that I only come to this restaurant ever so often. I would frequent it more, if they offered new menu items more often. read more

What can I say. Panda Express is Panda Express. It's fast food Chinese food but if you're not able to get to a traditional Chinese restaurant Panda Express will suffice. Some food is more popular than others but that's not a bad thing. Orange chicken is really popular, so there's usually a fresh batch being cooked for the next several orders. I've never had an issue with an order being incorrect or bad customer service. The parking is decent and there's usually no problems finding a spot. I would recommend not parking closest to the drive-thru line because it can get long which will result in you being blocked in. The food is usually fresh and doesn't sit out for long hours. The fortune cookies are good too. The crab rangoon is so-so, it's definitely heavy on the cream cheese. read more

Decent price for Chinese food in the south. I ordered walnut shrimp, orange chicken, chow mein and a wealth of vegetables. The food was good, and the veggies weren't wilted which is important to me. I rarely complete my meal and somehow today I had an appetite. read more

Whatever do, don't go to the Riverdale GA location on Hwy 85. The food looked horrible, was dried out and tasted terrible. I watched my food get cold in the drive thru while the cashier ran around doing god knows what. This used to be a great location. Very disappointing and I will not be back. read more

Decent. What more should you expect from PE? I can here for a quick bite to eat before getting my hair done. Saw the number of cars I'm the lot and figured it would be quicker to go through the drive through... I was wrong. There were only 2 people working the store. One was checking out and the other was playing all the food. They were going back and forth between on store customers and drive through. I waited 7 minutes to get to the order board and another 10 to get my food. That's a long time in drive thru time. I will say that the crew working was very friendly. I ordered a panda bowl with orange chicken and rice. It did the job but wasn't spectacular; again, my expectations weren't high. I just needed to eat. read more

This Panda Express has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.. I've come here twice. First time they were out of almost everything everything at 8pm except Rice. I asked if there were going to cook anymore food, the woman at the drive thru said "no, we close at 9pm"...I was shock. So I left... i decided to give this specific Panda Express another try. Today. October 1st at 10:45am. I stood there for 10minute behind two people who were also waiting before anyone came to greet us. The manager who was an Asian woman seemed to be scrambling around as well as the cooks. Looks like they were moving behind schedule. 40 percent of the foods items weren't ready. At this point. I walked out cause this was ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER go back to Panda Express. Do NOT go to this location. You will be very annoyed by the incompetence. read more

So every time I go to Panda Express on Hwy 85 in Riverdale I spend $15 or more and it's been disappointing the last 2 times I've been I asked for teriyaki to go with my meals because it's been free every other time but now they want to charge $.25 so I leave my $15 plate just for $.25 so if you wanna up charge me $.25 for some sauce Im not paying you $15 gaining income or revenue to your company 3 times a week. Very disappointing. So I rather not spend my $15 because you wanna charge me $.25 for something that I've been getting through with my meals considering I don't like the sweet-and-sour sauce on my veggie rolls every one don't like sweet and sour sauce. I only like the teriyaki sauce and that's not put into consideration when I expressed that every time they still want to charge me $.25. You lose $50- $80 a week over $.25 that's bad business. It's the fact if they offer you one and charge extra for the nexT that would be pleasing. read more

The food was good. The staff was courteous and nice. The service wasn't so great. They had no vegetables ready as a side. It was lunch time and it wasn't busy, but they didn't have any vegetables ready. That wasn't too bad. We waited for them to cook the veggies. But, even after that, the service was a bit slow. With us being the only people in line, we figured we could have moved through more quickly. Not so much. read more

The food was very good the service was a bit off, they give big portions. A bit high for lunch prices but not to bad a stop.

Never had a problem with my order or the freshness of my food. I like it a lot. Fast drive thru and happy workers.

Drive-thru attendant was very happy and upbeat while taking my order over the intercom. To ensure she understood my request, she repeated my order just as requested.
