No matter how many restaurants I try, I always find myself coming back to Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently fresh, the service is incredibly kind, and the employees always make me feel welcome. This location was soooo cool. Georgia is lucky to have the dwarf houses. It was so cute to walk into the small house and look around. Of course the restaurant was clean, the service was prompt and the people were friendly. The best part of the dwarf house is that they have things that aren't on any other chick fil a menus. Without question the most unique Chick-fil-A location I have ever been to, and the only one that I have ever seen with table side service. Eating in the Chick-fil-a "Dwarf House" restaurant is such an odd experience but worth the trip. Half the restaurant is a normal Chick-fil-a and then the other half is a pseudo sit down restaurant. At least when I went, not too many people were taking advantage of the sit down side with its expanded menu. While you can get all of your normal standards, they do have interesting sandwiches, salads and sides that you can't get at other locations. My grilled cheese and sweet potato casserole were both amazing and priced at normal chick-fil-a prices. Service was OK, they were trying hard but it was like they asked the random person working the drive through to try and be a server for the day. I go to this location all the time, maybe several times a week. It's starting to slip. The other day I went and inquired about a float, the girl taking my order was clearly bothered by my questions. Today I went to get a salad, waited 10 mins for it only to receive it and it was incorrect. I know first world problems, but I definitely see a different in service being a customer that has visit this location quite frequently. read more

Greeted with a smile, acknowledged my question, passing on my request, all while being so busy. I only stopped to purchase gift cards, a little Valentine's Day token for some of my male coworkers because the holiday is always catered to women, so I thought it would be a nice jester, letting them know they are seen also. I eat at this location 3-4 times a week by drive thru. Today I decided to go in and sit down to enjoy my food. I was greeted by someone that was still eating but told me I could sit wherever I liked. The inside wasn't that busy but there was at least 3 other employees enjoying lunch. After 5 minutes no one came to my table. Another 5 minutes still nothing. I'm super disappointed in this Chick-Fil-A... I order my food through drive through per the order. It appeared that the owner operator or a high level manager was assisting the window. Something you can appreciate when it's busy. I get to the order and my order is slightly wrong... grilled chicken instead of fried and blue cheese instead of shredded. Cobb salads come with the option. The high level manager says (when I return my order) oh wow what a complicated order. Which I countered now it's not you just didn't get it right. She then had me pull over for her to delete everything on my salad except for meat lettuce and tomato. I then proceeded to go in side where o returns my second order because at this time it was cold. I believe I returned it to the the store operator. Finally the first leader came out with the right salad and my sons order. Im literally in the park lot writing this horrible review. Register 8 team member London as absolutely no customer service skills. My fries only had 5 in the box I asked for new ones, as the lady is bringing me my fries a (caucasian) gentle came to see where the fries was going with the most nastiest look on his face as if I didn't just spend $15 in here. Then the same man pulls out a flash light and starts inspecting surrounding tables with a working complaining about absolutely nothing. I feel bad for the workers under that leadership then use the rest room and there's no soap but the manager walking around with a flash light in the day time complaining. I come to this Chick-fil-A location quite often. One this day, I forgot to place my mobile order and both lines were almost around the building. Surprisingly, as soon as I pulled in a friendly employer came right to me to take me my order. I must have only been in the line for 5 minutes before I made it to the front and was receiving my food. Great morning!!! A co worker gave me a free breakfast bowl card. So I used it today. Being that I'm hardly up and out before 1000am. This was hard and I thought I would lose out on the free offer. I was in luck today I was up and headed to make it to Chick fil A. I arrived at 10:27am the drive thru was Totally out of the question. In the rain I dashed in. Greeted right away with smiles from EVERYONE. No one was in line. I got the hasbrown bowl with grilled chicken. You can also get it with egg white which I meant to order but I will try it next time. The bowl is layered hasbrown rounds on the bottom, egg, Grilled chicken strips topped with shredded cheese. Everything tasted good. The chicken seasoned well, tender ..just melted in my mouth. Perfect size not too much but enough to fill you up. Priced at $3.65 That's a good breakfast. I wonder if i can get it without hashbrown. We will see. The inside was clean and on lady was drying the floor from the wet footsteps tracked in from the rain. I stood and waited for my food while observing the cheerful interaction the cashier was having with one of the guests obviously a regular as he was leaving another staff member greeted him by name and bid him good day. This is the Worst chick fil a in the world . Drive thru workers are too focus on flirting than getting the order correct . My husband and I came for breakfast jus a simple biscuit for him and a breakfast bowl for me. It took so long for someone to bring out our food. we thought they forgot about us. As I approached chickfila, the fresh smell of chicken wafted into my nose. I was instantly entranced and almost sprinted to the door. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and then....hold on to your seats....ready... brace yourself. ...I ordered macaroni and cheese AND sweet potatoe suflay!!! From the first bite I was hooked. The sides were amazing. I felt like my mom had ran back there and cooked it herself. So delicious. Of course the customer service was great. Then to top it off it was spirt night and they had the riverdale high school marching band there who played songs. They were amazing. They should have them come once a month! You can't go wrong at this location. They even have a full service side where they will come to you, take your order and bring you your food! Unfortunately I just left here and the order was not the chick-Fil-a standard. I observed a customer come in and request honey bbq sauce, the cashier was very short with him and pointed him to the condiment area. Luckily another rep caught it and gave him the sauce (because what he wanted is not sitting out) But for me we came to get some food to go for our family that was at the local hospital, and had been since 6am. We ended up with an extra salad. A small salad versus the large we paid for. All cold fries. Once we opened one of the salads we were greeted with hair. Needless to say, disappointed. read more

Hated it! They are so slow. They are not understaffed but they are slow. I pull up in the drive-thru, thinking about the last time I was there. So I decided to give them another try. So this time I sat in the drive thru and waited & waited & waited! I could not get out of the drive thru line because there is a small concrete wall preventing you from leaving. After sitting at a stand still for 12 minutes (yes I watched the clock) I was able to maneuver my truck to a good spot where I could go over the wall and leave.
