Hubs and I like to go during the day and we have our choice of what we want to eat. Although standard fair for a buffet, occasionally they do have oysters and other seafood dishes. But you know me, I'm allergic to shellfish and seafood and of course gluten. Other than for one surprising day when we found out that tapioca pudding apparently is not gluten-free I have had no issues. They keep the tables cleaned off, it's usually nice and quiet, people are very nice, and I don't think it's expensive at all. This is a yes, - Per Rita

Old China Buffet isn't the kind of place you pass by and think, "Oh yeah, I want to eat there."…read moreFrom the outside and honestly inside too it looks like time stopped in the 80s, but that actually adds a certain charm. The food, on the other hand, was delicious. Their salt-and-pepper chicken was a bomb, the ribs were amazing, the black pepper beef was super good, and the lo mein was excellent too. The chicken skewers and variety of vegetables were also really tasty. There are tons of different food options. It's family-owned, and the best part? It's super affordable, $46 for three people? you can't beat that! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping by.

I have a large; huge, to be honest, family and there are some picky people in it. The one thing we…read moreare almost all, (98%), are in agreement on is this restaurant!! It has been re-invigorated in every way possible. Haven't had a bad dish in the last 4 years, it's all delicious. My service from the waitstaff has been impeccable and they are very knowledgeable on every dish, which is impressive. I wish I could remember a couple of their names who have been amazingly outstanding in their service. I try to tip nicely, but they made me wish I was a bit richer to compliment their attention to my party. Just, ThankYou Olive Garden!!, and a big shout out to the kitchen staff and management, also. We really appreciate y'all!!

Small restaurant with good food! I stopped by around 1pm and most tables were full!!…read more Chicken Curry Noodle soup tasted good, could have used a little more spice! Potatoes and carrots were slightly under cooked and too crunchy for my liking. Shanghai noodles were yummy. Pan fried dumplings were large and tasted great. The dipping sauce needed a little vinegar but the ginger and scallion made up for it. Definitely would stop by again if my travels brought me back to town.

Our new go-to Chinese spot!!…read more This spot is off the beaten path but worth the extra to stop in and try!! Our pupper's groomer is in this plaza complex and so we recently took notice and are so glad we did! On our first visit I didn't think to get pictures but it was a fun visit with a great introduction to the amazingly unique foods they offer at Z&W! This restaurant offers many of the what they call "old fashioned meals" on their menu - orange chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour, etc... but they also offer an "Authentic Sichuan menu"! During the first visit we had no idea what to get so we asked our waiter for suggestions and guidance! We wanted to try something off of the authentic menu but had no idea what to choose! He was terrific in helping us understand what was popular and what things we might like! There is also a book on each table with pictures of the each of the menu items! AMAZING IDEA!!! We ended up ordering the Dry Chili Beef and the Kingpao Sichuan chicken. Both were delicious but VERY spicy! For me personally, next time I go with a spicy dish (it was indicated as spicy on the menu, the waiter did explain) I need to ask them to tone down the spice level for my palate! Each of the authentic menu items comes with white rice, fried rice is available for an additional cost. These items do not include a side. The star of the visit was the appetizer of crab meat rangoons! WHOA!!! They are huge and fresh and SO stinking tasty! Ours came out so hot that the fresh, crispy shell burned my lip a little bit - but in a good way! I can't remember the last time I had Chinese food that was SO fresh!! Definitely consider ordering the rangoons!! Our second visit we decided to try the old fashioned menu - we ordered the orange chicken and the General Tao's chicken. These dishes come with rice AND a side! If you choose rangoons for the side you get TWO!!! Totally my choice as I already knew from my first visit that they were next level!! My husband ordered the egg roll which was actually crazy delicious!! It's a difficult decision! You can also choose soup in place of either of those options! We added a side of hot and sour soup to share which tasted very authentic and delicious! This spot is so cute and the staff is SO very friendly with warm, welcoming service! This is definitely a great place to grab lunch or dinner and we can't wait to get back to try out more of their highly delectable menu items!

We love Cane's!!…read more We've been to several elsewhere around the country so we were super excited to have one come to our town! Sure, Cane's is a fast food chain, but they make their food fresh and it shows! My chicken is always so hot that I can't hold it at first - this makes me happy and shows they aren't cooking ahead and letting it sit around until someone shows up! We love the chicken fingers in their sauce! Order an extra! It's so good! The coleslaw is also a fav, grab a salt and pepper packet, it makes it perfect! We haven't tried the sandwich yet but the chicken fingers combos have never left us feeling disappointed!! This location pulled off their grand opening with class! The traffic was well controlled and they kept the flow moving so nicely, the wait times were minimal!! The customer service was also amazing - every time we've stopped in an associate has visited our table to see how everything was and if we needed anything! That's not typical for just any fast food joint! :)

I know the place is hugely popular these days. Is the hype worth it?…read more Maybe. Depending on who you are & how you experience it. It wasn't until after I got my food and was eating it in my car that I read the special sauce is "the secret" to everything, and I did not get any. I think you have to pay to get it. It was on the order menu, but I just didn't pay attention to it because I usually don't use dipping sauce with chicken fingers. Service was fast (I pre-ordered on their app.) When I walked in to pick it up no more than 10 minutes later, it already awaited me on the shelf. They are good with speed because the menu is not very big. Just basics. I got two chicken fingers and some slaw, ordered à la cart. One chicken finger is about the size of a standard cigar. Quite tasty and surprisingly juicy. The portion size of the slaw was pretty pathetic - about the size of a container that you normally associate with holding some sort of sauce or salad dressing. Too tiny. And the taste was just meh. Cost for all of that? Seven dollars and something including tax. My conclusion? All the hype exists due to A) massive marketing targeted at young people, B) The place is new here, and, C) it offers something different compared to other standard fast food places but not so different that people won't buy it.
