As someone who isn't a die hard fan of Jimmy John's but has had it on occasion, I felt the need to finally give my opinion to others, after having it today. As far as I can remember, every time I've had Jimmy John's (JJ's), they have not disappointed me. Each time the delicious bread, lettuce, and tomato (as staple ingredients) have satisfied me, and whatever other vegetables or meat I get on my sandwhich, only add to the flavor and solidness of the sub. With prices comparable to Subway, I would probably choose JJ's as they are truly "freaky fast" every time I've had them. This joint in particular was just as fast and tasty as the other ones I've had. Instead of choosing my order, I asked them to surprise me and pick what they want to make. Sometimes asking people this question paralyzes them, but the gentleman making the subs pondered it, and then decisively chose a sub to make, told the cashier, and had it ready in shortly thereafter. It turned out to be the #14 Bootlegger Club, which had roast beef on it, and it was delicious as well. Keep doing what you're doing Jimmy John's, you've got some magic in with whatever you do. PS- The day old bread is always a must for only $0.50. Or get it fresh for only $1! Seriously, it's a choice you won't regret. If you end up not liking the bread, feed the birds or something with it, they'll eat it. read more

The fact that they charge an extra 1.30 for cheese is beyond me!! Such a ripoff. If that is the charge for adding cheese it needs to be added on the board. I would upload the receipt but I don't have that option. read more

Delivery is always late or does not arrive at all. Ordered the drink and chips did not receive my drink. Called and was told they would bring it to me. An hour later still no drink. Will not be ordering again! Poor service. read more

It is sometimes difficult to find a sandwich shop that meets my high expectations for quality on a consistent basis, but Jimmy's is a true maker of sandwiches. In our community most of the shops are staffed by young college men who are friendly, helpful and fun (we walked in the doors with our then 1 1/2 year old nephew and they immediately turned their music off until we left without us asking). JJ's has different bread options and the vegetables are always fresh. The bread is unbelievable and I am a bread snob. We love their avocado spread on wheat bread loaded with all the veggies. Delicious! I've never had issues with rude staff members or problems with menu items being out of stock. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for our meal and occasionally we can even use their delivery service. We will continue going back to Jimmy's as a backup plan for lunch, as a default plan for dinner or because they are Mr. Sandwich King. read more

I just called Jimmy John's and this is what happened: "Jimmy John's can I help you?" " Hi, are you guys open?" "Barely... We're almost closed... Yeah, I guess we're still open..." I ordered a sub from this location at 11:56PM on 8/26/19. I was told it was within the range of delivery so delivery was approved. I called at about 12:30 for my update about my order and the lady literally said "your order will be there soon. Ok bye." It was not until al most 12:40AM on 8/27/2019 that I received my sandwich and the delivery driver was acting very sketchy and left without me every explaining what had happened. I tipped him $5 but want to redact him half because of his carelessness of the situation. It's just not a professional place of business. read more

I've been to this location (drive through) about a half dozen times and the first few visits were very good service, no line, and the food was actually made "freaky" fast having my order ready by the time I got to the window with a pleasant exchange while paying. Unfortunately the last two times I grabbed sandwiches was very unpleasant. During these visits I was poorly greeted when ordering and was made to feel as if I had ruined the person's day by ordering food. Then when paying at the window I was not greeted with any sort of hello, felt like the devil for asking for extra mayo packets (ordered my sandwiches without to avoid sogginess) and received two packets for three sandwiches. Really? These two visits turned out to be my last. The second to last, the guy at the window was yelling at some female staff waving tickets in their faces and the look on their faces definitely showed how uncomfortable his treatment made them feel. I don't like to judge based on appearances, but to describe the employee, he was a rather large guy with tattoos (I have tattoos, not judging). No "thank you", no asking for my number for rewards, and he was in such a poor mood I was afraid to ask. I gave it one more shot the other day with the same experience from that same employee. Since its mostly sandwiches im gonna be specific. The bread is usually soft and fresh but every so often you can tell its kinda getting stale. The other ingredients though are always good and fresh. I only had one issue one time. I had added extras and a drink and paid for it, but both were forgotten. Then when I called, they wanted it back before I could even get the replacement. Usually if a place made a mistake, the customer keeps it and gets the good one. The manager I spoke with was rude and abrupt. But the kid who had to drive to me 3 times was kind and very apologetic. I had never done that before and didn't understand her attitude. Nor did she tell me that I would need to give it back to the driver. read more
