Good service and an extremely clean location. The wait on a weekday night wasn't bad either. The staff was mostly friendly but one server wasn't in the best mood. It's okay we all have those days. We were able to order and get our food decently quick and decided to dine in. I ordered my usual plate with chow mein and orange chicken but switched it up by adding Beijing beef. I loved it and will be getting it again. The chow mein tasted different than usual and I think it was the noodles. It was still good, but definitely different than I was expecting and craving. It is common sense to double-check the food you're putting in the bag to match what's on the receipt before handing it off to the driver or customer. I ordered a plate with 2x fried rice, honey sesame chicken, and orange chicken to be delivered to my house. When the food arrived and I opened my container, there was no orange chicken, just an empty space in my Styrofoam container where a scoop of orange chicken should have been. Yet the receipt that was included in the bag with my food in it clearly had "Orange Chicken" printed there, ABOVE the honey sesame chicken. The employees working here don't give a **** about your order. There's no "forgetting" to add something to the order when it's very clearly printed on the receipt and you have the power to double-check the damn food before it gets sent off. It really isn't that hard, but common sense goes right out the window when your establishment is full of incompetent workers. Second time in a week I've come here and was given burnt teriyaki chicken I'm so disappointed

Stopped in here yesterday (12-5-19) because my daughter wanted to eat there. So I go in to find out that it's a fast food Oriental style food establishment. So we get in line and the server asks what we want? Their menu is up behind the servers but it's kinda around a corner so you have to get out of line, read the menu and then get back in line. As a Vegan, there aren't many options for me here other than the steamed vegetables and white rice. I'm not sure what was going on there yesterday but there were an abundance of flies in the restaurant. Horrible service!!! No professionals here handling customers. Online instructs you order online due to increasing spread of the coronavirus. The order was placed and paid online, resulting in the time to be ready for pick up at 7:31 pm. After a slow drive, I arrive for pick up, while taking the precaution to not be in a place with more than 10 people. I saw this location being built previously and decided to check it out today. I really like the decor it has from other locations. I'm not sure if they recently opened but I think they have some "kinks" to work out. When I walked in I didn't feel greeted and the staff wasn't as warm as I felt they could have been. I ordered my usual chow mein and Beijing beef and decided to try the mushroom chicken. The stir-fry noodles were very hard as if they hadn't been cooked or steamed long enough. The Beijing beef was almost finished and the last bit looked over cooked. So I asked for a new batch. They said it would take 8 minutes but it was just over 10 minutes when it was done. I checked my bank and the payment had gone through so I went back into the restaurant to let her know and she got super nervous because she didn't know what to do. One of my favorite places to eat lunch because it's a walking distance from my office and probably my favorite Chinese fast food joint! Flavors are great and consistent, prices are good (less than $10 for a plate with two entrees), and the staff is efficient and friendly. My go-to meal has to be the Honey Walnut Chicken bowl! But there is a wide selection of entrees, mostly some sort of chicken, beef, shrimp, which means everyone can get what they want (there are limited vegetarian options). As other Yelpers have pointed out, the soda fountain area can get quite messy. I blame it on the foot traffic that goes here during the lunch hour.
