My cousin and I waited on drive through for over 10 minutes and no one ever talked to us over the microphone. Pulled up to the window and we tell the employee that we never got our order taken on the drive through since no one acknowledged us. little teenage girl tells us she can't take our order and that we had to make the line again. I will never again eat at this location. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice. I discovered a dead roach in my chicken, I returned to the establishment for a refund. They gave me my money back, I asked them if they were going to remove the chicken and sauce from the line and they told me no! They went on to continue to serve that same food to the other customers! Horrible service. Servers cannot hear customers behind their masks and assume orders instead of clarifying if they have the correct meal choices. I went to the Panda Express today for the first time and I didn't really receive what I thought I was going to receive regarding the taste. First, I ordered Orange chicken but it's like the chicken wasn't in any type of sauce and the chicken is dry while having a huge kick of spice, I don't get the orange kick of flavor. I can say the name of the chicken should be called Spice chicken with syrup than orange chicken. I think I went to a location either in Davie or Boca and that's what made me fall in love with orange chicken. I walked in and I had no idea what plate to order I was stared at and eventually just make up an order regarding two meats and rice. I didn't get any fortune cookies lol. This establishment is very nice, since it was recently built. However, yesterday I witnessed the worst customer service from beginning to end. What appeared to be the manager on duty and other servers made fun of the fact that the customer in front of me didn't know his plate only came with one meat serving and then continued to speak to him rudely. When he got to the cash register, they didn't accept his card because he didn't have his ID and then wouldn't try to help him with a solution. The cashier said he could go home and get his ID, then when he gave her half cash, he asked for a certain amount to be charged on the card and the lady charged a different amount and when he asked her why, she just shrugged her shoulders and smirked. I normally have great experience at this location with an exception of today 07-07-2019 Sunday evening . Let's set the scenario No 1 takes the order and fills the first item and passes it to No 2. No 2 fills in the meat etc and passes it to No 3 . No 3 is the cashier and then there is the cook in the back by the wocks . When I made a request to No 1 she did not acknowledge and was visually irritated by the presence of the cook around her , No 2 was doing her job and No 3 was very present . When I asked No 1 for something in particular the cook said no ( which has never happened if Tanya was Working , Miss you Tanya ; she is just amazing ) . The cook was filling the empty pans so full that first off all not sanitary and second of all could not be picked up by No 1 to put it in its place . I don't think I ever want an angry person to serve me especially in this fast based world where we all work a lot to make ends meet and visit a food place to be treated kindly and served with dignity . Now if I wanted a bodega attitude I would have been to one . Over all if it was not for the Cashier ( who was very u comfortable by Appearance based on what was happening between her peers ) it was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at this location . I've been to this location a few times. Sometimes you get fresh hot food and others cold hard food. Today they had a catering order. They told all the customers that where waiting that orange chick was gonna be 15 minutes!! I work at a fast causal dining restaurant that does 5x the business this place does and we don't have this issue. This is unacceptable. Don't eat here. The employees are rude. It took forever to get one side of vegetables that we never got the receipt for. when we were eating we found a big roach at the bottom of the veggies. We showed the manger but she didn't care at all. She offered new food but refused to give us a refund without the receipt, just moments after she saw us order. I really thought I liked coming to this Panda Express until I went last Saturday with my family. My son and daughter only like their rice which is the main reason I decided to take them their instead of a greasy fast food place at 9:30pm. This is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered 2 plates at 8 o clock with a pick up time of 8:15 and it is now 9 o clock and we are still waiting on our MOBILE ORDER. The reason for a mobile order is to have it ready upon pick up so you don't have to wait. That is why you ORDER AHEAD. I don't understand why it is taking over an hour to make two plates. I'm not typically one to write a review or a negative one at that, I work in customer service and these people in here need to pick up the pace a little bit and learn how to execute properly because it shouldn't take over an hour to make a two item order and the orders should be made in the way they were received verse taking customers inside and by passing the ones online. read more

I come here very often and usually have a good experience but everytime I've came and have been served by this lady (kind of big , only one wearing all black, and has dreads ) I've had extremely bad service. I have to describe her because she's the only one not wearing a name tag. If not I would of just said her name. Aside from that she's been extremely rude everytime I've came . To me and my girl various times . She treats you like you're some type of animal and just rushes you and brushes you off to the side . We've been very polite and have kept our temper but she's just extremely rude and I honestly don't know how she's still working there. This has become my daughter's (whose 12) and my NEW summer go-to lunch spot! Since they recently opened, we have been several times as my daughter loves Panda Express. We are never disappointed. We each get the $6 build your rice bowl and usually try something new every time although her fav is Orange Chicken (It IS delish!). This new locale is so clean and we love the newness. Even though sometimes the lunchtime line is long, it always seems to move pretty quickly. They let you sample anything you'd like to try. Staff is very nice with smiles and always gives us what we need (sauces, chopsticks, etc,,,) so close to home and the price is right....hope you try it!! read more

I love Panda Express but I hate their production model. For the third time in two weeks I have stopped at the University Drive location in front of Motorola. I always order Kung Pao chicken. Not once has there been any ready. I have had to wait up to 15 minutes because they just can't seem to anticipate or react and cook batches quickly enough. I stop at the Hollywood and Stirling Road locations regularly also. Same problems. Stirling opens at 10:30 but can't bother to be ready until 11. Great product but get help in running your stores. I visit Vegas regularly and those Panda stores are far busier but never seem to have the problems our local units do. read more

9:30PM Store close time. Kitchen shuts down around 9:00PM-9:10PM. This location has no problem turning customers away after the kitchen is shut down as they will not make fresh food for those people who are in the store well before the 9:30PM closure time. Why not close at 9:30PM, lock the door (so no more customers can walk in) and then you shut down the kitchen. But, you shut down the kitchen after your last customer waiting in line has been served. Every weeknight from 9:00PM - 9:30PM this store has a revolving door of customers walking in and out as they are refused service as they are not going to make food. Other management staff at this location have made the staff make food but the staff from last night had no clue of customer service. Guess What, I have their incompetence and refusing to cook food for customers who were in the store and online well before the 9:30PM restaurant closure time. 30 minutes of lost revenue every evening will eventually get someone (Management/Ownership) attention. read more
