The slowest fast food experience. 30 minutes of waiting and the food was still wrong. I know the drive thru people have to be pissed because they were moving way too fast half done fries YUCK. Zero stars would be more appropriate. read more

Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes at 3:30 am only to be told that they only take cash and only have chicken nuggets because they're getting ready to serve breakfast. Wasting everyone's time and picking and choosing what you want to serve because you don't want to work is unacceptable. Can't get a receipt because the system is getting ready for breakfast? Told us we can't get fries because the machine is being cleaned and then at the window they had fries? just stop being 24 hours if none of the employees want to work. read more

Where do I begin, when my family first moved into the city of Sunrise, this McDonald's was the only McDonald's in the city. It was fantastic. People would like up just to eat inside. It is a nightmare now. The soda and ice dispensers don't work in the dining room. The staff non-existent, my big Mac was incorrectly assembled, there was standing water on the floor, and their prices were high. I will never come back to this McDonald's. read more

This McDonald's experience would never make me want to go to another store again. I waited about 15-20 minutes for 2 ice teas yesterday. Who does that right? Anyways, I asked about 3 times what was happening with the tea, I got anywhere from it's brewing, to I know about the order, etc. It wasn't until I asked for a refund that they magically appeared. No receipt was also rather awkward (I have to itemize things for work) So service here is uneven, you have some really hustling and others look like they are wondering around and gossiping. It's been one of my worst wait times ever. Everyone likes McDonald's or at least has eaten there, I'm not trying to ward you off but I would more than likely avoid this location in particular. I've seen the ratings here and I think they speak for themselves. read more

Just another McD's store, like thousand others across the world. This specific unit seemed nice and clean. The decor was a bit dated, but the people working there were pretty friendly. Bathroom was surprisingly clean. Parking lot was a bit small, and, although it was not crowded or anything inside, the drive-tru queue was disenchanting. I would eat here again. read more

HORRIBLE. horrible customer service and horrible employees!!!! You have to wait forever to even get your order taken, I could go home and walk my dog and come back before they take my order. But that's not even the worst of it, today I order some chicken nuggets and started to head home. As I was pulling up at home I go to get some nuggets and my fingers become covered in sauce HOW DISGUSTING they literally gave me a box full of some type of sauce that looked like bird crap!!! I went back to the McDonald's and told them and they had the audacity to be laughing behind the wall!!!! Y'all need to do better. And on top of that I just got off work and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat... is that what y'all do to y'all fellow black people?????? atp Imma just say it was racially motivated. read more

Horrible customer service. They do not know how to work their drive-through. The lines are always long and they do not know how to separate online orders from regular customer orders and you can't pick up your order if it's already been prepared from the front window and is an online order they make you sit in the line for however long it takes with the rest of the cars, the food gets cold, so not smart. I had a very unpleasant experience with women who was cleaning the restroom she was very rude she said in her words you left the bathroom and it stank in there " after I had just changed my baby it is very unprofessional of a worker to make comments like that when it's a restroom . I have to start this with...of all my years of indulging in McDonald's, this by far is the friendliest, most accommodating one in my memories. This location is on our way home from my daughter's karate class ..so once or twice a week we stop here. I have been meaning to leave a comment for a while now, but I am here with my daughter right now and was greeted by the manager in a tie as if we were dining with a $$$$. Fish and bread are super fresh as always and the place is spotless. There should never be a bad review with this location. If there is, that customer is probably just having a bad day to take out on someone. My black belt daughter adds "You are the best McDonald's in the world" read more

I rarely take the time to write one of these letters, good or bad, but more often they are bad rather than good. This one is a good one. I come to Mcdonald's EVERY DAY for breakfast and have done so for YEARS. I recently moved and was sad to leave the location that I grew accustomed to. My first few interactions at my new location were normal, some mediocre at best, or people you could tell just didn't want to be there that early in the morning. Move forward to my first of MANY interactions with Dayna(I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She is ABSOLUTELY the most AMAZING, EFFICIENT, KIND, POLITE, FUNNY, ENERGETIC, UPLIFTING, CLEAR SPEAKING, WELL MANNERED, PATIENT, PEERLESS, EXCEPTIONAL employee. I could have gone on and on with so many more words to describe the service she provides but the best word to describe the service she provides through that drive-through is just SUBLIME! I have worked as leadership in Fortune 500 organizations and currently work in providing Account/Relationship Management for Key Accounts in a Private Aviation firm and I would feel absolutely assured that my clients would be well managed and taken care of if left in Dayna's hands. I believe she is an employee to watch out for, I understand she is new, but if she chooses to stay at McDonalds she is someone who will go places and be someone truly special and will be a blessing to every customer, or store she interacts with. I feel she set a high bar of greatness for other employees to attain. I look forward to the mornings that I come to get breakfast and Dayna is there to greet me at the speaker because that just assures me that my day is going to be a great day! As I said when I started this letter, I rarely write one of these letters but I had to take the time out and stop the world around me to make you aware of the gem you have in the drive-through in Sunrise Florida. I'm lovin it, but I am also lovin Dayna! read more

Drive thru has a sign for 24 hour service. Online says open. 4am on 08/30/2022. 2 employee cars outside and 2 employees seem inside. No one would take an order at the call box or window. Don't say you're 24 hours if you're not going to take orders and serve people. read more

This morning I was waiting in line to place an order. The Employee clearly seen that I was in line and let the women behind me place her order before me because she looked like she had more money. The employees at this location has no respect for customers ever. I've been here for years, but recently the new people they hire are rude and disrespectful. Don't judge people based on appearance and give other people better services because you think they have more money. Then when I let the employee know what she did, she just said she knows I was standing their and just was letting the lady behind me order. read more

Why did I just wait 35 minutes in line for a snack wrap and a drink just to be told they don't have the chicken for the snack wrap? I should have been informed of this from the beginning. Do you really think after working 13 hours I would have waited almost 40 minutes for awful customer service and a drink I can get at the gas station? I'm EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH MCDONALDS RIGHT NOW. I have had so much terrible customer service from this McDonald's in particular but what takes the cake is another McDonald's giving me a bacon egg and cheese bagel with no bacon. I have tried to give McDonald's numerous chances but I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. read more

Screw the late night crew that works here. Completely messed up my order. The only thing correct with our order was the receipt and the money we paid. No chicken in my McChicken. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. The employees were so very rude. I ordered a kids meal and they didn't give me it. When I asked if I could order a small fry since they didn't give me what I ordered the first time. They then charged me 2.00 for the small fry and I asked if the could fill the side up that I paid for since they didn't the employe started talking about me to bathe other employees. The crew here is very rude. I went through the drive thru yesterday, just before I reached the pick up window, some jerk cut in front of me. Apparently this jerk was a friend of the crew because he was greeted at the window like a long lost friend. He obviously did not join the line and place his order like everyone else because he held up the line placing his order and kept the paying customers waiting. When I complained to someone who identified herself as the manager she claims he was an Uber driver, which is not true, if it is, shame on Uber for hiring this jerk. Anyway, no apology was given, I was treated like the one who cut in front of the paying customers. Terrible, terrible service!!! Shame on McDonalds!!
