I don't normally rate the fast food places because there are a lot of things that can affect the experience. That said every once in a while you get a taste that you have to talk about. The new and limited mozzarella chicken Italian sandwich is pretty dang good. Garlic bun, mozzarella cheese, and a fries mozzarella patty on top of the chicken with some marinara sauce to top it it off. Very tasty and unique. So putting aside the length of wait at the drive thru because of some homeless person running into vehicles with his bicycle asking for money. I ended up walking inside and the took care of me. Shame on employees. First- I'm not a regular at these kind of places. Only go once a year for my kids and only by drive-thru. So was today. Placed an order ,few minutes later pulled over to window. During my experience on Sunday afternoon I saw 3 employees thru the window but none of them had anything that would say they work for Wendy's or any restaurant...No "Hi,Hello,Welcome"... Just looked at me waiting... Response(?) to my "picking up order" was "that's inside" without even asking for order number or anything else. I had to say "it's drive-thru". I always order here. Let me say, this place is one of the best 3 in the area. The place is kept fairly clean and service can be fast before school is out. Food is good too. Only downside is it can be low on workers at night so my family and I don't go too late cause the lines get long. Other than that, it's alright. read more

Absolute worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Ordered $80 worth of food for pickup, which included frostys. It was apparent that they could care less about my quality of food or experience as they left the frostys on the counter to melt. And when I asked if they had a cardboard box I could put them in, the associate just said no, didn't offer to ask or check, just no. I could clearly see cardboard folded behind him but he could care less. I eventually took a tray to bring them to my car and he tried to stop me from taking the tray. Again, they do not care about you as a customer. Don't bother going here, I can only imagine how they treat your food! There is a Taco Bell right next door. The food is ok. The beef has always had a weird, boiled taste. The bread is very often stale. And the fries are always limp. But the worst part, at least here locally are the employees. The lady in the drive through has a thick Haitian accent and doesn't seem to understand English well. That's all fine. Because I can't understand her either. I've gone there twice in the last 2 months. Both times the order was wrong and the price didn't match what I got. Also, there is never a receipt. So you can't even check and see what you actually paid for. My brother tells me that he went inside a while ago and ordered a two for $5 deal. After the cashier charged him the normal price, he mentioned the 2 for $5 and was rudely told "you didn't ask for it". He had to get rude to get the advertised 2 for $5 honored. I don't really like going to fast food places anymore. I give in and go to Wendy's every once in awhile though. I can't stay away from my favorite spicy chicken sandwich by Wendy's! I really do like this location. The service is fairly good. The people are nice and actually take the time to ask how you're doing with a smile on their face. I've been to other locations whet they aren't that friendly. It worked out perfectly for me to stop by here recently and pick up two spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch with my mom. I love fast food, it's a guilty pleasure for sure. Since I'm here pretty much all the time, mind as well review it. There's nothing special since it's a typical Wendy's. The service is average, the restaurant is average, and the food is average. My favorite things to order here and they're always spot on is the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. They used to have spicy nuggets which were my absolute favorite but they discontinued it recently. Pro tip: order two six piece nuggets as opposed to one ten piece nuggets since it's a little bit cheaper that way. I always ask for barbecue and honey mustard sauce to dip it in. I do not like Wendy's fries because I find it soggy. It's in a convenient location but it's right next door to KFC and Taco Bell. This may be a good and bad thing. It's good because my husband and I like to make multiple stops and it's convenient for us. It's bad for them because competition. In the end, it's my standard go to Wendy's. read more

I will drive out of my way to avoid this location. The employees here are completely incompetent, and the managers are even worse. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. All the employees and the managers have been turning over every few months, none of them have been being trained properly, and each iteration is worse than the one before. read more

The customer service is decent here and the lady today was very nice. She did not seem aggravated and dislike for her selection of profession. The quality control of this restaurant staff is terrible. I always have to double check my bag because my order is wrong 90% of the time. Today as an example I asked for extra ketchup very nicely. To which the young lady with braces said, "of course sir!" (Note: If I don't ask for ketchup none will be given or offered) Well today after asking very nicely. When I got my daughters food home there was not even one packet. Additional the fried are ALWAYS filled to about half to which I have to ask them to fill all the way. EVERY TIME. are these cost cutting measures? Im sure nothing will come of this Message and the management staff will not review this or care but I had to put it down in writing. Terrible service. No "Welcome to Wendys" no "Thank you have a good day" girl had this nasty look on her face. I was standing behind the person before me waiting to hear "may I help you" and she's just standing there staring at me. Like, bit ch, do your job. Don't work customer service if you don't want to provide it. Even the manager, Tynieka, had an attitude when I asked if they had a certain drink in Drive Thru as per them being out of half their beverages in both of their machines in the dining room. Only reason, and this alone, I gave 2 stars is because the restaurant it self is all up to date and the ambiance is great.
