I've never came on yelp to give bad reviews but this Panda location deserves it!!!!! They never gett yOur order right!!!! And the employee that hands you the order goes over everything when handling you order as if they checked it!!! The first time I went I had asked them for sweet and sour sauce. I got home and it wasn't there. The second time I went I had asked them for sweet and sour sauce. The girl that handed me the order even told me it was in there but I checked and it wasn't!!!! I got home opened my plate and all I see is two little pieces of beef and I'm not exaggerating!!! And a lot of broccoli!!! At this point I lost it and made a complaint. The manger was kind enough to give my complete order free. So here I go another day to claim my free order! Aside from that I order chicken egg rolls and kung pow chicken which I paid for! They forgot to add my chicken egg rolls! The manager sees my frustration and gives me a free drink!! Today i went to panda again and I asked for sweet and sour sauce and they forgot again!! I asked for beef and broccoli and I asked the girl if there was enough beef and she says yes! I only got like 4 little pieces of beef and broccoli!!! I visited this location after a 3 month cool down from last visit. I was told that after spending over $40 that my order would be remade by "Haley" because the order was wrong, i wasn't given any eating utensils and the drinks were wrong. When i went back today i was told it had been to long because haley no longer worked there and aubree didn't have any info to contact the corporate office. After getting in a screaming match the manager (kelin?) that before was "too busy" was miraculously able to make it to the window after realizing the line was backing up. She did finally give us the correct order but at the cost of a customer. I will absolutely not be returning to this location. They have also damaged the reputation for the chain with this horrible customer service. read more

I will never come here again. I gave this place chance after chance and every time I go there they get my order wrong. Why is it so hard to get an order correct? My order tonight was completely screwed up. I ordered a large entree of kung pao chicken, a plate of fried rice with chow mein, kung pao chicken, sweet fire chicken, along with an extra entree of honey walnut shrimp, an order of veggie spring rolls, and an order of chicken egg roll with the sauce. When I came home what did I find? A large entree of kung pao chicken (correct). A plate of fried rice, veggies, kung pao chicken, and sweet fire chicken (incorrect). Where's the chow mein? It's not there and also we didn't order veggies with it. The walnut shrimp was correct and both of the egg roll orders were correct, however they did not come with egg roll sauce! To top it all off, my fortune cookie had no fortune. And the other fortune cookie was two cookies in one that was super hard. I'm done with this place and probably Panda in general. read more

The drive thru girl messed up my order she charged me for 3 plates when i ordered 2. I was only given two. So i got my money back after she kept telling me if i just wanted store credit. Then I was charged for a "bigger plate" when i clearly said just a plate and was just given what a regular plate would have been. So i paid more for the bigger plate and just got a regular. At this point i was just over it. So done. i highly recommend to people who love getting their order messed up. read more

Drive thru is the complete and absolute worst! Every time i go through drive thru, they never get my order right! they not only give you the wrong entrees, but also a very very small amount. I went today and they absolutely messed up our 3 plates, gave me the wrong entrees and in 1 of my plates they "forgot" to put in my other entree so it was empty! We never get what we pay for! Horrible first experience. First they got my order wrong, I asked for all chow mein and they gave me half and half which was mostly rice. Then as I'm eating my food there is a dead bug in my plate mixed in with the noodles. So gross what the heck this place is supposed to be new but definitely not clean! I went back for a refund and the lady at the window offered to remake my food- I said nope I'm a little grossed out and will not be wanting anything made from here, just a refund. And as I'm leaving I heard her tell the cashier " well I asked him if he wanted to us to make him something else.." but if Panda Express was any proper establishment they should have refunded my order plus given me a gift card to spend at any other Panda Express location of my choice. This location is wack. Went there with friends for the 3rd and last time tonight. Each time we drive through they never give us the appropriate sauce for what we ordered. The first two times no sweet and sour. So the third time I ask for extra after they hand us our food (there was none in the bag) and they gave us some. First off, I'm glad Perris finally has a Panda Express. I was tired of driving over off Iris and Lasselle. Since this Panda Express opened, I've come here about 4 times and I've had great service everytime. One time I did wait for a bit(maybe 10 mins), but I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience. For me, I didn't mind the wait at all because my food was hot and fresh, and I got the free drink. Overall, service is great and employees were polite and professional. Five stars. read more

The food is great, customer service is great, very clean (new). Only one thing. The night I visited (my first time) the manager had three employees taking some sort of exam on the long table near the entrance/exit door. He was continuous joking with them as they took the exam. All this while customers are trying to eat quietly. If I was he, I would have taken all of this in the back somewhere, or after business hours outside the customer experience. If the employees are taking a test, they need to be left alone in order to concentrate, right? Just sayin'. read more
