Placed a mobile order and an order at the drive thru. The drive thru menu was dim and you couldn't read half of it. I ordered the large fry and 6 piece happy meal. They forgot to give me the ranch, this is why I always check. The fries were like warm and soggy! I think I'm spoiled by my local McDonalds in Rialto because this one was awful. The service was ok. I had to remind the girl that I had two orders and she didn't even know which drink was mine with my free happy meal order. This place is trash. Pull into drive thru and screen doesn't work to order. Ask for a big arch burger combo and they don't participate in making that burger even though last week I got one. Whatever I'll get a quarter pounder meal. Was the only one in line and had to pull off to the side of parking lot to wait 10 mins and food tossed upside down in bag with no condiments. Last time it was the same thing except they had my food but got the order wrong and had to go inside to get my food right. i live in riverside, just hanging out with my boyfriend who lives in perris and this is the 3rd time i've been to this mcdonald's, it is always so busy and the workers literally all move so slow. came inside to see if we could maybe get our food faster than the drive thru and it's probably even more time. got my food and it was all cold and my 3 mcchickens were so old and dry and fries cold. The bathrooms were sort of clean. We went through the drive thru for food. They said they didn't have ice cream. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and they gave me a diet drink. The fries were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while. The happy meal was cold and the apples were expired. Definitely don't recommend this place. read more

I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo with a Hi-C orange along with a Filet Fish Combo with a Hi-C orange when I arrived to my home with us about 5 miles from this location I discovered the 10 piece nugget was actually a McRib sandwich in the wrong box, what really upset is that I was given my order by a manager and she repeated my order out loud and still gave me the wrong food her name was Ashley when I attempted to call the store and speak to a manager I was placed on hold for 13 min listening to all the chitter chatter amongst employees meanwhile my food is not right . Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald's. We stopped here on our way to San Diego for what we thought would be a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the lobby, we were rudely told to order from the kiosk (fine). I only had cash on me and after placing my order on the kiosk, had to wait 5 minutes to just pay for my food because the only worker at the counter was helping customers figure out the kiosk (isn't that a little counterproductive?) We also had to wait 15 minutes for our food. Other customers were just as frustrated as we were. The food was ok, but very obviously thrown together quickly and we had to "rebuild" our burgers. Perhaps the most upsetting part of the whole ordeal was the absolute abhorrent treatment of an employee I've ever witnessed. This young man, whose name I believe was Christian, was running around doing multiple tasks and on several occasions my family and I witnessed his fellow employees and even management bark orders at him and berate him for not "doing enough' or working fast enough. Regardless of his performance (which, again, it seemed like he was the only employee actually working in that store), management should never yell at an employee especially in view of the public. I've also contacted corporate regarding this experience. Do better, McDonald's! read more

Constantly does this place not just mess up orders but it seems like they do it on purpose how do I ask for a double cheeseburger only ketchup and it even says it on the wrapper but in one sandwich you put everything but ketchup and in the other they put it only ketchup but put onions in between the meat patty how do you read only ketchup and cheese and are still too lazy to do there job right. Went through the drive thru today for breakfast and the staff was excellent. I had a large order and the person taking my order was very polite and respectful. The employees at each window were also very friendly, and because I had such a large order, they told me to pull up and wait at the designated area for the rest of my order. It was smart thinking on their part because I had a few things left and they could help the people behind me without holding up the line. Probably less than a minute later, another employee was out with my items and he wished me to have a great day. Again, also very polite. Overall, they seem like a young, hardworking staff. I'm sure they deal with a fair share of rude customers and I'm hoping that doesn't change their behavior. Keep up the good work! read more

This place does not care about customer service. They purposely do not give you a receipt, so you can't complain or do a survey. They will park you and make you wait even if you have just a couple items. The people who work here are very entitled and act like you are bothering them just by ordering your food.
