McDonald's always giving me cold food and some of the workers are rude they don't do your order the correct way

I don't recommend this place! Night staff is incompetent I ordered 2 apple pies so they substituted it for confeti pies they were ice Cold my spicy mc chicken had to bottom buns and he kicked us out because they were closed but they weren't closed he also said he warmed us they were costed but we weren't warned at all. read more

It's hot or miss as to what kind of service you'll receive...it usually is crappy service but the awesome taste of the Big Mac sauce and proximity to my home keep me going back. Not to mention the deals on the app! Anyhoo, last time I went there, all was well. The time before that, I believe the employee bagging my food attempted to save MCD's bags so she packed 6 burgers and 3 large fries in one bag. When I took the bag from her, it broke...FRIES EVERYWHERE!! The drive-thru is usually packed!! I guess everyone is ordering 20+ items per person. Now that the app allows you to order ahead of time, I do that...they have dedicated parking spaces for order pickup..I recently used this option and still wanted 10+ minutes for my order to come out.... Okay so I just went through the drive-thru used my app to order. I told the person that was taking my order that I would like a Big Mac with no onion at a 10 piece. She then said what sauce do I want. I told her again I would like a Big Mac no onion for the second time she did not acknowledge my request. She said again any sauce. I finally said I would just like you to please acknowledge that I'm telling you I would like a Big Mac with no onion. At this point she then cut me off on the speaker and proceeded to take the order of the car in the next Lane over. She never returned to the speaker to finish my order. So I had to drive forward without knowing if my order had been placed correctly. At no point in time did she ever say okay yes big back no onion is your order correct on the screen nothing absolutely horrible customer service. Customer service training needs to be a priority for these restaurants because this younger generation cannot handle anybody having a conversation with them that makes them uncomfortable. All they do is quit on you or stop taking your order. It's ridiculous. It wasn't a big deal if she just would have acknowledged what I was telling her that's all. I just left this place when to pick up an order that I made on mobile app. I have to say this is for far the worse customer service and experience I have ever came across. Made my order on the app 20minutes in advance. Got to this place and waited 30 more minutes . Waiting was not the issue, it was the management attitude manager saying the worst words to the employees on the kitchen. My family and I were traveling on the road and wanted to stop for a quick bite and use the restrooms. To our surprise and dismay, they closed off the area where the restrooms are located making it only possible for the employees to access them. Part of the reason to stop and grab food at McDonalds is to use their restroom. Is that even legal to allow people to eat inside but not have a restroom available for the customers? Messed up order and cold, stale fries!! I guess looking at the reviews I should not be surprised at 1 star rating in spite of 200 reviews!!. Apparently many unhappy people. I ordered 2 large fries and two regular small hamburgers with a double patty. The receipt reflects the order correct but the order given to me is WRONG. The two regular small hamburgers with double patties given to me are cheeseburgers. Of course I didn't see the hamburgers to notice they were wrong until I got home Neither of us here can eat cheese!! In addition, I called them 3-4 minutes after leaving to let them know the fries they gave me are cold and stale!! They would have obviously known the fries have been sitting there too long before passing them on to me? What a mess. These people get paid $20 minimum per hour wage, but can't even do their job properly. I spoke with the manager by the name of ANTHONY, he didn't seemed fazed and said just bring your receipt and we'll give you the hamburgers and the fries. Does he realize it's frustrating to not get what you ordered? Does he realize that the orders being incorrect and quality control is HIS responsibility? His staff needs retraining. Maybe Anthony needs to be retrained? The only answer Anthony had was " it happens" ..
