I come here often. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. The one thing that bothers me is their servings. I order green bean chicken. You end up paying about $13.00 for a plate with carbs and vegetables because the serving of protein is minimal compared to the other two items. It's maybe about 1 oz of chicken per serving! I'm rescinding every positive thing I've ever said about this location. In all, this Panda Express is trash. They employ inept, incompetent, disrespectful, unprofessional and catty kids (primarily young women) to run this location. The food quality sucks, and getting a correct order from the drive-thru is a rare occurrence. Additionally, they will offer you comp'ed meals for their screw-ups, then attempt to say they never made such offers when you attempt to redeem. And to top it all off, their employees make threats. Every time I visit this location, there's an issue. Either I deal with insanely rude and unprofessional employees, or I get the wrong items, or both. For this location to be new, they sure are doing a terrible job. I will never return. Oh, and they're still using cheap, styrofoam containers as opposed to the plastic other locations are using. Side note: Rudy and Mayra/Myra are the two worst employees I've ever come across. Every time I go to this location and order in the drive though they forget to add my side I've been here 3 times now once I ordered egg rolls twice I ordered Rangoon and they never put them in the bag. They have the auto system drive though which is obviously not working if I am leaving every time with out my order and the worker at the window never repeats the order to insure accuracy. Terrible. This review isn't all for this one Panda Express but for company itself. I have to say it's highly disappointing to drive into Panda Express anymore. It's usually my go to place for food at the food courts in the mall or even for a quick hungry run down the street. The only reason this review is at 3 is due to the staff at this Panda Express. They were really patient and very sweet. The food however has just gotten from bad to worse throughout all Panda Express'. The chow Mein noodles are HORRIBLE! The fact that they have the noodles pretty much cooking and recooking before the customer even gets it, is disgusting. Having the noodles sit on those warmers makes it dry and stringy. On top of that they try to cover up the fact that they're not giving you much noodles. The entire chow mein is mainly cabbage used to make the food look like it's a lot. Same with the meat. A small portion of meat on the side with a giant side of cabbage and string. How surprised was I when I go to a chinese fast food joint, and they do not have sweet and sour chicken on the menu. The 8 selections of meat on the drive thru board is just an embarrassment. Considering it's $8 for a 2 entree plate, it should've came with something more. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
