I just left Panda Express , Palm Coast, on SR100 and the girl who waited on me called me a jerk! This was between 6pm and 6:20, on 4/14/21 , a Wednesday, all because I ordered crab rangoons ! They only had 5 left, I said I'll take them all, and she said I can't sell you all of them , I can only sell 3 to an order.I questioned her as to why she couldn't sell the last 2 rangoons and she just repeated herself by explaining " I can only sell 3 to an order" Well, if that's the case, why was there only 2 left after I ordered my 3, plus I wanted the extra 2 and was willing to pay for them. Well, I'll take the 2 and pay for them ,after questioning her and offering to pay for the last 2, she got nasty and said your a jerk, I can't sell them! I placed my order and left. We love Panda Express and order take out a lot. This is the first time I've ever encountered such nastiness from a cashier. This was "all" my wife wanted for her dinner, I got Orange Chicken , a double order with LoMein as a side. Hopefully you can track this order and the cashier who I encountered. I'm 73 years old, and was really upset when I left your establishment. I couldn't believe what I was hearing when she said, your a jerk because I couldn't understand why she couldn't sell me the extra 2. If you sell the rangoons in 3's, wouldn't you fry the correct amount time's 3, and when you have 1 order left to sell it would be 3, not 2 ! What happened to the 3rd one ?? I'll remain a customer, you have fresh, tasty food, but I'll not put up with rudeness when ordering. I will spread the word through social media, and that hurts if enough people read the reviews. I am disappointed. The Panda Express still has no seating inside or out. (I sat down on a chair to wait for my food. The girl behind the register told me "There is NO sitting allowed in our store. " )There was only one other costumer. She was waiting for food also. So if you are disabled and need to sit for a minute to wait this is not a restaurant to go to. It is very unfriendly and rude. Food is basic fast food Chinese. The problem is that corporate has this fancy video touting their current safety standards. Went to get takeout and none of the employees were wearing masks. When asked about it the young lady getting my order just shrugged. Unacceptable in my opinion. So if you are looking for a place that practices good safety procedures this is not the place. This place is terrible, everytime i come in here theres this one girl who never wears gloves when putting the food on my plate. I asked if she could replace the rice she touched with her thumb and she gave me a terrible look like i offended her. I have been to several panda Express locations over the years. My experience has been pretty consistent until visiting this location. The brunette who served me had poor communication skills made worse by masks. The portions were stingy to say the least. The chow mein was almost entirely cabbage. And the meat portions were less than 1 scoop each. Hard pass on this place. read more

My boyfriend and I wanted to stop here for a quick dinner, and we went to the bathroom before ordering. We looked at what we wanted and were clearly ready to order, the lady working kept pretending like she didn't see us and even went over to the other customers. She would walk away and go do something else, and when we would make eye contact she didn't care to ask if we needed help. We kept waiting and waiting and she still did not help us at all. This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The self made manager, aka shift leader, was a total jerk. The food I ordered online, wasn't ready in the 30 minute time frame I was given, it took another 15-20 on top of that, plus some how, it was all stale, and old tasting, like the grease hadn't been changed in months. To top it all off, the order was completely wrong, paid $8 for a large crab rangoon, and got 3 peices! When i called to complain, the snowflake semi manager said he felt, "Threatened," by my voice. Ok, I'm not gonna lie. It tastes like every other Panda I've ever been to in my life. Same size as the others. Same mass produced Panda taste. The location is clean. I didn't come here expecting anything other than what I get at every other Panda. I'm not giving it five stars because it's outstanding gourmet food. I'm doing it because it met my Panda expectations and the staff was actually quite a bit friendlier than many of the other locations. Plus they did bring out the fresh stuff when a few pieces were left under the heat lamps so that we'd get the good stuff. My dad comes here all the time and they customize his order every time since he has health issues. For that I think they should at least get a ratings boost. read more

I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Considering this is a fast food restaurant; the entrees are fresh and flavorful. If your favorite dish isn't out, the friendly staff will prepare it within 6-8 minutes. This location is clean, and just minutes from Flagler Beach. read more

I have never had a problem with Panda Express in my 14 years living here. I was with friends for lunch and was treated so rudely by an associate which the manager accounted for her behavior by stating she's "a new hire" which is never a good reason to be treated poorly. So disappointed with the way management handled the whole ordeal and based on the way it was handled I may not return again. read more

I was just in here 10 minutes ago and as I was ordering my food, a guy, whom I'm really hoping is not a manager, starts yelling so loudly at an employee who was in the back and out of sight about being on her phone he starts telling her how she doesn't get paid to be on her phone and no one is aloud to be on the phone expect him and how he will embarrass her in front of everyone, even the other gentlemen who was cashing me out had to tell him to lower his voice by saying shhh!, he continued to tell the girl how she's a problem to him and the other employee because she wasn't at her station...regardless of her being in her phone if he is the one making the rules he needs to show better workmanship and pull the employee aside not scream at her in front of everyone...I felt so bad for that girl I couldn't wait to get out of there because he made me feel so uncomfortable read more

The palm coast store should be closed. I don't know how anyone has not gotten sick from the food. The warmer plates are not on. Next time you are there touch the counter past the glass it is cold. The sauce gets thick and jell like because it is not kept hot. The guys cooking I observed to pull the outside of the mask out with their gloved hand to talk several times. But did not change the glove or even care that they were talking over the food pulling the mask away from their mouths. There seems not to be a system about filling the orders. I observe while waiting forever to pickup for delivery. Once I made the mistake of ordering a side of terriyaki chicken. Took it to my car and it was cold. Then I felt terrible knowing that the food I'm delivering is cold. This place needs to have heat under the bowls. One day, I walked in after getting my cold chicken and touched the counter where the warmers are, and of course they were cold. I told the kid behind the counter that the warmers are off. He looked underneath and said "oh my god they were off" and acted surprised and as if he just turned them on. Every time after that I have had ample time waiting, and touched the counter and still cold. They need to be shut down!! read more

I go here several times a month. I totally enjoy their orange chicken and bejing beef. This is not a high end Chinese restaurant but I really like the quality and the prices are reasonable. One of my lunchtime favorites in palm coast. read more

I have eaten at several Panda's. Las Vegas, Orlando and Jacksonville. This place no bigger or smaller then your average Panda Express. Here you find the average High School student or College student workin. But no ubquitous mexicans at this one. Overall the store ambiance was fine. The pricing point was average for commericalized Chinese food. I had ordered Noodles with sweet sour pork and orange chicken. Portioning was 3-4 pieces of each side item. Strike one. Please dont give me portions like how youd eat. The Food was overcooked. it equivalent to eating chicken jerky. Picture overnuking nuggets in microwave mmmmh.i had arrived at around Noon.So the food should have been Fresh. I would pb&J sandwich before eating at this location.
