Cold Fries. Tasted old. They even forgot the ketchup. Not many customer. I guess the locals know not to go there!

Forgot mcchicken after taking 45 minutes and we ordered water cups to out table and they didn't bring it and we had to go get them and ask

I feel I have to say this from thinking that McDonald's is the best fast food restaurant. Best quality attention to getting everything right well, that is no longer. Two weeks ago I decided to have a McDonald's breakfast, pulling up to the drive-through given them my code and ordering a Mc griddle with sausage, egg and cheese and an egg McMuffin meal after paying for my meal. I moved up to the next window. The big gentleman says to me what's your order I said a Mc griddle and egg McMuffin, coffee and hash brown. He comes over and basically gives me a really shitty way of handing me. My coffee guy didn't have a shirt tucked in kinda look like McDonald's is lowered. It's standards on how people dress especially at this McDonald's. I get home like who looks in their bag, right I get home. My Mc griddle is missing an egg. My egg McMuffin is missing Canadian bacon. My coffee has no sweetener in it so I called the phone number on the bottom of the receipt. Gentleman asked me did you get it here I said how did I get your phone number goes well. I'm gonna have the complaint department call you back later. You don't care about the quality that you're putting out. It's not my job a couple hours later they called me and said well what do you want us to do? I said I just want you guys to make it right I don't want another sandwich. I don't want nothing. I just want McDonald's to get their shit together yesterday traveling back from Pensacola. I went back to that McDonald's and I ordered two spicy McChicken's when I pulled up to the window to pay for my meal there was about five or six employees huddled all around chitchatting with the young lady who was taking the money and nobody had their shirt tucked in everybody look like a slob fest. I pull up to the pick up window gentleman goes. Did you order the two McChicken's I said yes the spicy McChicken's and a hot fudge sundae oh yeah so it goes and gets that comes back gives it to me. I go home. I opened up the bag at home pull out the sandwiches. Good thing I wasn't very hungry. The first sandwich I pulled out had no lettuce on it. The second one was even more interesting. It was a mess. It had a squirt of mayonnaise on it some lettuce and two McChicken patties that weren't even spicy all slapped together and thrown in the bag and I'm pretty much Certain that after growing up and now I'm 63 and I believe that McDonald's was the best all-around fast food restaurant and it's not. Oh yes, I didn't even waste my time and calling the phone number at the bottom of the receipt because it's not gonna change anything. Every Sunday I stop here to get two unsweet iced teas and a cookie tote. Most of the Sundays the customer service is pretty bad. They're usually younger people and they act like they just don't wanna be there. However, today I experienced a middle-aged woman might be a manager didn't catch her name, but was the sweetest person, so far that I have met at this McDonald's. She just was so warm and welcoming. Went to order 5 $5 dollar meals with a frapp we waited almost 30 min they forgot the 5 order of nuggets gave my son the wrong slushie when he asked for blue they gave him coke he does not drink soda then subbed my husbands frapp for a chocolate shake without asking since the machine does not work to my knowledge they usually ask if you would like a replacement..... went back again today since it's the closest one to home I might as well went behind the counter to do it myself I understand McDonald's get busy but it shouldn't be difficult to read a paper ‍ read more

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to choose zero to 1/2 stars for this review. Management has zero interest in meeting McDonald's service standards or using their efficiency model. Staff are miserable, unhappy, and lacking in the most basic customer service skills. You wouldn't think McDonald's food would be different from location to location. BUT, this management team has succeeded in taking a staple of American fast food and turning it into a public health risk - no temp control, unsanitary conditions. These poor workers probably think this is what it means to work at a McDonald's! Spare yourself the risk of food poisoning and the pathetic customer service. Not impressed. It took a very long time to get our order even though there was only one car ahead of us. I can't really comment on the food (it wasn't for me) but I can tell you the service was rude. My passengers also commented to me about the lack of manners from the drive-through person. Maybe they were having a bad day. We will not be back. read more

This has to be the most poorly ran McDonald's I have ever been to. Generally these poorly operated McDonald's have employees that are not quite ready for employment, but not this one. All the employees seem very capable of doing the job. But this is the most disorganize and slowly ran mc Donald's I have experienced . During busy times you wait forever. Never had any food quality issues; just speed of service issues. (No cleanliness issues either). Also this is a corporate owned location. I could understand if a local franchisee was having some money problems and was cutting back on staff, but this is Mc D's Corporation! This place needs an operational leader! read more

I came to the other side of town because the other McDonald's had gotten so slow. I get in line and tried to order-- they were out of chicken tenders so I changed my order. Then I waited approximately 5 minutes from ordering until I could pay for my food. I finally got to the serving window and the young girl told me that the Artesian Chicken sandwich would take about 10 minutes because they forgot to put it on. Then she proceeded to give me a Diet Coke that was only partially filled. I had to ask her to fill it all the way. Now I'm sitting at the "Reserved Drive-Thru" parking space awaiting my order. My receipt says I paid at 8:18pm so I guess they were right about the 10 minute time period. The lady brought out my order and it was wrong so I'm still waiting! their on ordering is always screw up. Get in line put in and get code. Get to window told code has already been used or it is not calid. This has been a problem for weeks at 100 hwy location. The food is good when consistent and hot. The staff is great. Always nice and friendly, And at least at 90% - 95% on correct orders. The couple times here or there that there has been an issue it has been corrected satisfactorily. Sometimes a bit slow but then you usually get super hot fries read more

I'll wholeheartedly agree with Greg - this location needs a leadership team that will "lead" the employees. During the morning and around dinner time, the wait times take forever. I will also agree that the employees know what they are doing, which, is a product of good training, however, at most times, it just seems like they don't even care. read more

By far this is the second worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took over five minutes for some to acknowledge me just to place the order for a McChicken in the drive-through. Took nine minutes for them to receive my payment. By the time I got to the pick up window my sandwich was cold. I complained to the manager and he did not care nor did the woman who gave me my sandwich. Her reply was oh well. There's only one other car in front of me and it was 3:43 in the afternoon. Make sure to pay for the correct order because they are in a rush. Short changed by a $1.41 and was told my order was basically the same price as the person in front of me. I hope they donate that change to the Ronald McDonald House charity. It would have cost me more gas and energy to go back and correct the mistake. Food was good, service was friendly however slow. I purchased a double cheeseburger, french fries and iced coffee and my daughter ordered a chicken nuggets, french fries and a smoothe. The girl taking my order way very nice. She took her time to make sure our order was correct. After that the food took about 15 minutes to be ready, a little slow for fast food. Everything was tasty, we'll as tasty mcdonalds is to be expected. I will eat here again if they are not busy. read more

Ok so listen I went to McDonald's and ordered 2 fish sandwich's, medium fry, 10 piece chicken nuggets and a drink. So I get home I check the bag it's only 10 fries in a medium fry first of all,Then I opened the first fish sandwich and it looked sloppy, I opened the second fish sandwich and it was only lettuce and tomato's WHERE THE HELL IS THE FISHHH. So disrespectful. I ordered hash browns, a Sausage muffin and breakfast burrito and I was almost handed a happy meal. First of all when I said that's not what I ordered there was no apology... So I ordered a frappe instead and it came as a super thin liquid with all the syrup and dairy at the bottom of my cup with no whipped cream or any drizzle. Just looking at it made me want to puke. I was charged 3 times for a $5.09 meal. I call and was told to bring in my bank statement and talk to the GM. Really?????? Bring in my bank statement for what. For $15.00 dollars worth of an over charge. Better that that I was told to wait 2-3 business days. Good thing I don't need the money that bad. Brought my 1 year old grand daughter and didn't want to seat her because every table in the place is dirty. Cleaned my own table. Girl in front named Emily was very sweet and attentive. Very few employees. They never seem to have enough employees to run the place and the ones here have to work even harder to make up for it. Every McDonalds always seems to be short staffed. this mcdonald's fucked up my order three times. they have first forgot to put all of our meal together and charged us separate for half the food. i was confused. then, i had ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they basically too too cold pieces of bread and threw a piece of egg in the middle. they cheaped us on our fries, and fucked up our order 2 more times. then , when we called the manager, he agreed to give us our correct food. but when we went there they acted like they had no idea and tried to charge us for the orders they messed up a bunch of times. we then sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for our THREE items. would give 0 stars if possible lol read more

We live in Palm Coast and this store should be our location of choice. It is not, because it is so poorly managed and supervised. The counter regardless of customers waiting normally has one person who is taking orders, fixing drinks or soft cream, or coffee, while customers wait. The soft ice cream is constantly out of order or broken down. The onside and outside is never cleaned or tidied up. The waste cans are overflowing and the landscaping is neglected and overgrown with weeds. I always observe what I assume to be managers in long sleeve dress shirts and ties, looking more like employees then manage s. It would s hard to manage when you are distracted by filling orders and bagging food or preparing trays. This store needs a dedicated, caring and knowledgeable management team, a overhaul of facility and grounds and employees who truly represent and hold the corporate standards of McDonald's. read more

I should know better, BUT every now and again I absolutely crave a hamburger and french fries. So today I did the unthinkable, yes I went to McDonald's, mostly out of convenience, and I instantly regretted my decision. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and french fries. I got my order which by the way was $7.00 for a meal. I thought that was kind of expensive for them, but anyway, I got my order and sat down, and pretty much got what I expected, the burger had grease on TOP of the bun, and on the inside of the carton, it was literally dripping in grease, YUCK. I took 3 bites at the most, and that was as much cruelty as my stomach would endure, I tried to enjoy the fries, but they got cold fast!, so a handful of fries was as far as I got. I ended up throwing away 3/4 of the whole meal. Reminder to self, no matter how bad I'm jonesing for a hamburger NEVER settle for McDonald's it only leads to disappointment, and being lighter in the wallet... yuck. read more
