Ok, this location rocks!! I went for a bike ride with my daughter and we stopped by to pick up lunch. I forgot our masks so i ordered online, i called the store and explained my situation. Worst customer service ever. They told me they were making my order and to stand outside (Covid 19). After 40 mins I went to check and they said they never started making the order and they never told us to wait outside. But tonight when I picked up dinner and asked for EXTRA chili sauce and a side of the teriyaki sauce, the attached photos are what I received. This location is consistently terrible. Came in at 7:10 and just left at 7:45 -- there were only 2 people ahead of me in line! Nearly all of the trays were almost empty and soggy looking. Frustratingly, this is what o was served for most of my order -- soggy old food. Then there was the orange chicken. Week night. Dinner time. No orange chicken. Communicated wait time -- 8 min. Actual wait time - 19min. Do you think the rest of my order was even more cold and soggy than it was on the serving line? Yup. Additionally frustrating is that this food isn't cheap. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes the food could be better prepared but this honestly just depends on the team/cook that is working that day. Today, I ordered 4 plates near closing time and they kind of just gave us the rest of the chicken in the tray instead of adding cooking a new batch. It was whatever but a store doesn't lose anything by making more food near closing so ensuring end to end quality might not be assured here. Ive just had the worst experience at Panda Express ever. The server first of all took forever to get to us. I thought at first that she was just there to clean but she was actually the person who was to serve us. She was wiping off the cutting board for at least a solid 10 minutes so meticulously that I thought she wasn't allowed to serve. Didn't even greet us or acknowledge us. Then when she finally got around to serving us she was extremely rude and said that we needed to order over the phone ahead of time. It took us 30 minutes to get to this panda as we were on our way to a party. We tried to call multiple times and from even before we even left the house, quarter of the way there, 20 then 10 minutes and even as we were around the corner and no one cared to answer. The phone just kept ringing and ringing. So when she stated that we tried to call she said "well, we're busy" no apology until we got upset. She then even stated "fine we can do that since we haven't been busy for the past 20 minutes " I use to work for panda so I know the standards we hold for customer service and she was very far from it. Ever since I read Ruben P's review for Panda Express in Redding I thought I would give this one a try on my way home last night. The toddler and I shared the huge 3 item meal with chow mein, steamed veggies, orange chicken, string bean chicken, and their new Fire Chicken, a tangy, spicy version of S&S chicken with chunks of pineapple and red bell pepper all for $7.35. Panda Express is always a great alternative when looking for fast food. I don't know that any of it is all that healthy, but it is good. I got a little frustrated ordering here though. All I wanted was chow mein and some of those cream cheese rangoons, but the woman kept offering me orange chicken. I didn't want any orange chicken, but she kept trying to give me a piece of it on a toothpick. Three times I said chow mein before we finally got to business. And the rangoons? They were out and I had to wait for them to be cooked (this happens every time I order them... so either everyone orders them and they run out or nobody orders them so they never make them...
