My suggestion is to always use the app. They almost always have a deal on the app, so it is a way better deal than what the board prices are. Or use the coupons that come in the mail. This Jack in the Box is a little farther than some for us, but the customer service is superior to the other locations, most of the time. As you can see from our check-ins we come here quite regularly. They are getting better about cleaning the dining area. Had a friend who worked here in highschool, he was honestly a really good kid but the night crew kind of sucked and got him hooked on downers. Anyways, I've always preferred this jack in the box because of the food and service. Robin works days and shes really fantastic. For as long as i've came to this one she's been there. A few years ago i used to visit a friends house every week and my dad would pick me up and on the way home we'd stop by jack in the box to be happily greeted by robin. Today we werent charged for the salad because the voice trapped inside the drive thru speaker forgot to add it, so robin helped us out and walked out salad out ON THE HOUSE because the voice forgot. Went to JIB drive thru on Oakdale Rd this morning, ordered a Grilled Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. Get to the window and hand my card, then she hands me a soda. Wait, what is this? Your soda. But I only ordered the sandwich. She said keep it. Then hands me the bag and drive away. There is a hash brown on there too and realize the lady charged me for the combo instead of just the sandwich. Staff is mostly friendly, but something has to be done about these extreme wait times in the drive thru lately. This is not just one occasion, this is at least the past 4 times I've went. It's a 10 to 20 minute wait just to have someone come take your order, which also happens to the 4 cars ahead of you. It ends up being altogether a 40-50 minute wait, just for some tacos and a drink.
