I went through drive thru was short changed by cashier I tried to tell cashier and manager came in with an attitude right off the bat and would not listen at all to me and with attitude asked me if I want my food or not? I've have no words I am outspoken. I am completely surprised when I walked into this. Taco Bell the layout completely surprise me. It looked like a Taco Bell . I had worked at, It is beautiful. The workers are friendly the line where they make the food is very clean. The drive-thru is very maintained. It is a very clean spacious location! My food was made fresh it! I took my granddaughter here last week. We went late, like around 9:00 at night. We really liked our food. They did a great job preparing our food. It was the best we had in a while. The staff were friendly as well. It was so good, I took my mom there last night after we went swimming. I had the taco supreme & grilled cheese burrito. I stopped going to Taco Bell, because they were constantly messing up and giving me half filled burritos. I went out of my way just to go to coffee rd. Taco Bell, I'm so glad I did. This is my new favorite Taco Bell location because of the customer service. The staff here is friendly, never complains when they take my order at the counter, and my food is prepared in a timely manner. As Taco Bell food goes, it's Taco Bell. You don't come here because it is authentic, you are here because it is inexpensive and quick. I wish they still had the $5 box. Pricing overall has skyrocketed, but at least they still offer some value items and the $7 box. While I have a Taco Bell located much closer to me, I no longer go there because they refuse to serve customers at the counter. Their loss is this locations gain. Big guy working the drive thru lacks a personality it's oblivious he doesn't want to be there. And it's gross handing me my soda with a wet hand while holding it from the top. But what's grosser than that is the open and dried hot sauce packets mixed in with the ones they gave me in my $5 box. Seems like someone was cleaning up tables and recycled what they thought were unopened hot sauce packets left on someone else's dirty tray... and A bunch of sick fucks working the night shift NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I mentioned in my Dunkin' Donuts review that I don't normally review fast food or chain restaurants unless they absolutely give me a reason to. Well, this Taco Bell has the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell; especially Carmen in the mornings. I stop by Taco Bell on my way home from my overnight shift occasionally, cuz the grande scrambler breakfast burrito is bomb. Every morning I stop, it's Carmen working the drive-thru. She usually has some kind of joke, or funny comment to make over the speaker. She seems to enjoy her job and has fun while doing it. This is the worst taco bell they cant get a order right. i stopped going because they never put everything in the bag. Get home with half the food. I really can't give a good review hair because for the third time I've gotten the wrong order. Each time I ordered on the app and customized requests were ignored, but today the entire order was wrong. I suspected a problem when I saw 2 drinks, and I hadn't ordered one and there's only two of us. The window girl was not fluent in English and searched about frantically for someone to help.finally I just took the bad which was big and taped shut.i knew we had a box dinner and burrito and crunch wrap,do the bag size seemed ok.i was stupid not to check my order.first rule of food pick up..look at it. I was trying to keep the drinks steady and drive out too..I should have just waited and inspected. That is my solid recommendation to you!! Now I have a credit card charge of close to $10 for one item that was ok but not great.i had paid extra to add beans and other extras that weren't on any of the items I got. When I called I got the same girl who couldn't understand anything I was saying. That just makes me think they deliberately don't want customers to communicate with them. Anyway..terrible experience. Drive thru was crazy long, no biggie, went inside to order. Whoever the girl was that was taking drive thru orders at 8pm 5/22/22 has the worst customer service ever. She stood 4 feet from the dine in counter and never once acknowledged me even though she kept looking. This went on for easily 5 minutes until I got a random kid in the back to take the order. While I waited 26 minutes for my food, the female employee repeated this act with two more customers. One family had to yell at her. It was ridiculous. This location is HORRIBLE, came in to order TWO BEAN BURRITOS was told I had to order through the kiosk so i did. Whole reason I went here was because there was barely any cars in drive through and ONLY THREE GROUPS IN STORE! (Even though I was paying cash) I placed my order went up to register to pay for my food and had THREE employees walk right past me and not even acknowledge that I was there I then said "can I pay for my food" then the OWNER asked for customer service to which not one of his employees responded to his directions. Then someone came and said I'll be right with you. At this point I had enough of being ignored and asked for them to cancel my order. Then the manager on shift talked to the owner and he came up to me and told me "it was busy and they had a lot of orders to make" I still just wanted my order canceled. He then walked to the back and started talking bad about me wanting my order canceled to his team... so I asked for a corporate number to which he responded with they are franchisee and asked if I wanted his number! ( why would I want the number of the OWNER that just talked crap about me to his team because I wanted my order canceled due to the fact that not one person came to accept my payment because I didn't pay with card) Never going back to this location. read more

HOLY. HELL. Worst food poising of my LIFE. This location used to be great a few years ago. What happened? It seems like COVID has brought out the worst in fast food operations, and this taco bell is now partaken in the understaffed & crapily maintained trend that seems to be everywhere nowadays. I've worked in many food joints, so I know how bad things can go behind that drive-thru window. Some workers here touched money with no gloves, then touched my food, which is clearly unsanitary. I ordered nachos bell grande and a cheesy bean & rice burrito, which might I add was ridiculously overpriced, but even more so, OMG... I seriously regret every bite. The painstaking agony that the food poisoning it gave me was so bad I missed work the next day because I was sh*tting my pants and vomiting every 10 mins nonstop for 2 STRAIGHT DAYS. NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I was so sick only 4 hours after eating their food that my body kept trying to forcefully vomit even after nothing was left in my system, I was having severe agonizing digestive muscle spasms & intestinal pain that was so sharp it felt like I swallowed a knife for God's sake. I was severely dehydrated and ill to where I could barely walk. It took 48 hours and endless amounts of toilet paper, electrolytes and water to stay sane. I will NEVER eat here again after that experience. Just thinking about it still makes me cringe. I've lost my taste for taco bell & anything associated with mexican food in general, and won't be getting it back anytime soon. This location has seriously lost quality in the past 2 years. They can NEVER get an order right. EVERY-TIME I go it's wrong. I have even tried an online order that way it's written out to them exactly what I want... they still can't get it right. So simple no onions... no sour cream.. I come home with things I didn't order and the things I did order completely wrong. I was originally extremely frustrated with this location because I had ordered a beefy Fritos burrito removed the rice and added regular cheese so it was like the beefy Fritos crunchwrap slider they used to have and I had asked them to fold it like a crunchwrap. I was told. "We can't do that. We aren't allowed to." Say what??? Really?? I am seriously dumbfounded as to why they aren't "allowed" to fold a burrito a different way??? That makes no sense to me at all. I understand having to charge me for the regular cheese but not being allowed to FOLD it a different way? Went through the drive through, ordered a burrito surpreme. Hold the beans extra lettuce. Was charged 30 cents for lettuce. There was maybe a tablespoon's worth on the burrito, a splotch of sour cream, and very little meat. I feel ripped off. The cashier had an attitude when I told her that 30 cents for lettuce was ridiculous. Did not give me a receipt. I will never visit this Taco Bell again. read more

Have y'all heard about this new place called Taco Bell? It's gonna be yuuuuuge. On the real this location is great. I've only ever been to the drive-thru because if I wasn't lazy I wouldn't be going to Taco Bell. There is one lady that works there- a middle aged lady with a ton of energy- who is very upbeat and friendly and makes me smile. There are people getting paid hundreds of thousands/millions of dollars that can't be bothered to be nice and grateful in the workplace. Also out of the few (hundred) times I've been there they've never gotten my order wrong or left anything out. I cannot believe people leave negative reviews about the food coming out small here or not looking like pictures or charging for sour cream. I used to eat here a lot, until I found a toothpick in my tostada. And when I called in, they said, no one said there were any toothpicks in the kitchen, like they would admit that. And the they said, we don't have toothpicks in this store. I guess it magically appeared. It was quite a surprise to bite down on it, especially since there was no way it could be in there, according to them. I still have the tooth pick, and the tostada. They did offer me my money back, if I returned the food. And to give me more food. No thanks. Also got nowhere with corporate. Taco Bell really needs to take a look at their customer service. I have been there a few times and there's one particular cashier who has an attitude. It is quite discouraging and I often just order and leave as quickly. I always get the Meximelt and the Mexican pizza. Taco Bell is for anyone who needs a meal on a budget and they do it right. It is not bad for its price, and unlike other fast food the food ingredients they use are always fresh.
