And the they said, we don't have toothpicks in this store. I guess it magically appeared. Have y'all heard about this new place called Taco Bell? It's gonna be yuuuuuge. On the real this location is great. I've only ever been to the drive-thru because if I wasn't lazy I wouldn't be going to Taco Bell. There is one lady that works there- a middle aged lady with a ton of energy- who is very upbeat and friendly and makes me smile. There are people getting paid hundreds of thousands/millions of dollars that can't be bothered to be nice and grateful in the workplace. Also out of the few (hundred) times I've been there they've never gotten my order wrong or left anything out. I cannot believe people leave negative reviews about the food coming out small here or not looking like pictures or charging for sour cream. That's a Taco Bell corporate issue and doesn't belong on a rating for a local Taco Bell that operates at a pretty high standard. read more

Taco Bell really needs to take a look at their customer service. I have been there a few times and there's one particular cashier who has an attitude. It is quite discouraging and I often just order and leave as quickly. I always get the Meximelt and the Mexican pizza. Taco Bell is for anyone who needs a meal on a budget and they do it right. It is not bad for its price, and unlike other fast food the food ingredients they use are always fresh. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because this has happened a few times and it is my fault to drive off before checking my bag but I ordered an extra taco @ the window (they didnt have a huge line) but of course they charged me for it but forgot to put it in my bag. Every time my family and I visit this location we are always left disappointed. Either they forget to put us an item we ordered, or don't even take the order correctly at the drive-thru. Just yesterday, they forgot to put the Nacho fries that we ordered and when we checked the receipt, our order wasn't on there correctly. I've been coming to this Taco Bell lately, seems like the drive thru is always packed. So one time I went in and service did seem slow to me too. Today I decided to stay in the drive thru since I could only see two cars ahead of me and it wasn't out to the street yet. Well I was wrong, I turned off my car twice waiting, when I pulled up after the lady in front of me had order half the menu. I ordered XXL stuffed chicken burrito and nacho supreme. The line went pretty quickly until the lady in front of me was getting her food, I had to turn off the car because they handed her 6 drinks and then had to wait for all of her food. Then when I came up to the window the gentleman asked if I needed any hot sauce, I replied mild please. Worst Taco Bell in Modesto. They are always super slow in done in or drive thru. The food is always cold when you finally get it and yet poorly prepared. I ordered a grande pack on the app with 5 burritos and 5 crunchy tacos. I ordered it for in store pick up and arrived within 10 min to pick it up when I arrived my order hadn't even been started. It was finally ready another 10 min later and then when I got home there was barely any meat, cheese or lettuce in the tacos and barely beans in the burritos. Customer service at this Taco Bell is terrible the management is terrible my girls went inside to order their food because the drive-through line was so long they were inside the restaurant for almost 25 minutes before they got their food the drive-through was emptied and several people walked in and walked out with their food before they got their food I think the manager here need some lessons! read more

I have ordered the steak, egg cheese burrito for years with no sauce. About a year ago they stopped putting the jalapeno sauce in it, but I continued to order" no sauce". They would say "it doesn't come with sauce", so I stopped saying it. Every time i didn't say "no sauce" it would have sauce it it. I cannot eat anything with jalapeno's it in. I get physically ill.
