The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because this has happened a few times and it is my fault to drive off before checking my bag but I ordered an extra taco @ the window (they didnt have a huge line) but of course they charged me for it but forgot to put it in my bag. Every time my family and I visit this location we are always left disappointed. Either they forget to put us an item we ordered, or don't even take the order correctly at the drive-thru. Just yesterday, they forgot to put the Nacho fries that we ordered and when we checked the receipt, our order wasn't on there correctly. Walked in today thinking I was in luck, only 2 people in front of me. I was wrong. The cashier was flirting hardcore with the chick at the front of the line, it took ten minutes to get her a taco. One Taco. Ten minutes. The guy in front of me got up to the front, finally, and horny boy got him out in a minute or two, then it was my turn. There's no one behind me, but for some reason counting the nickles can't wait for my order to be taken. A few minutes later, after the nickles are duly counted and handed to Sol, the manager, the cashier offers to take my order. I've been coming to this Taco Bell lately, seems like the drive thru is always packed. So one time I went in and service did seem slow to me too. Today I decided to stay in the drive thru since I could only see two cars ahead of me and it wasn't out to the street yet. Well I was wrong, I turned off my car twice waiting, when I pulled up after the lady in front of me had order half the menu. I ordered XXL stuffed chicken burrito and nacho supreme. The line went pretty quickly until the lady in front of me was getting her food, I had to turn off the car because they handed her 6 drinks and then had to wait for all of her food. Then when I came up to the window the gentleman asked if I needed any hot sauce, I replied mild please. As he was waiting for my food to come to the window he opened the window again and asked if I wanted a drink on the house for waiting so long. YES!!! I would love a pink lemonade! Now that's how you turn a frown upside down. WHOOP WHOOP! The food was yummy for a Taco Bell but Customer Service redeemed themselves for the slow service. I WILL BE BACK! read more

Worst Taco Bell in Modesto. They are always super slow in done in or drive thru. The food is always cold when you finally get it and yet poorly prepared. I ordered a grande pack on the app with 5 burritos and 5 crunchy tacos. I ordered it for in store pick up and arrived within 10 min to pick it up when I arrived my order hadn't even been started. It was finally ready another 10 min later and then when I got home there was barely any meat, cheese or lettuce in the tacos and barely beans in the burritos. I could have gone across the street to the market and bought chips and tortillas for the amount I paid for the grande pack. Very disappointed. read more

Customer service at this Taco Bell is terrible the management is terrible my girls went inside to order their food because the drive-through line was so long they were inside the restaurant for almost 25 minutes before they got their food the drive-through was emptied and several people walked in and walked out with their food before they got their food I think the manager here need some lessons! read more

I have ordered the steak, egg cheese burrito for years with no sauce. About a year ago they stopped putting the jalapeno sauce in it, but I continued to order" no sauce". They would say "it doesn't come with sauce", so I stopped saying it. Every time i didn't say "no sauce" it would have sauce it it. I cannot eat anything with jalapeno's it in. I get physically ill.
