I go to Panda Express all the time since we've had one in Mobile. This particular time I checked the menu in the drive thru and they had sweet and sour chicken. I'm not sure if this is a new dish for Panda Express but everybody likes sweet and sour chicken. Panda Express version is spicy as stated on the menu. The staff on the drive thru speaker made sure I knew it was hot. I decided to try that and one of my favorites Beijing Beef. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes at this drive thru for food to finish cooking. This time I didn't have to wait. I get home and am curious to find out how the chicken tastes. I got chow mein for the side and like usual I start on that first along with the vegetables. When I get to the sweet and sour chicken I can say that it was really spicy. It made me sweat but the flavor was great. I would definitely get it again. As usual the Beijing Beef was delicious. read more

Worst fried rice and chow mein I've had at a Chinese eatery. Rice was dry and had chunks. It was only edible because I was starving. Noodles were also dry, and no flavor. Top Ramen noodles at least are moist. Sweet fire chicken was same as other Pandas. Such a disappointment to drive off and eat this on the road. read more

This is the absolute worst location in Mobile. It reminds of McDonald's and them never having the shake machine not working EVER. Well here you can never get the grilled chicken teriyaki. The machine is always broke. The other locations never have this issue. I mean NEVER! read more

Lil Pug wanted Panda Express and the Mrs and I were on board. You can see our selections in the pictures. Mrs Pugterrier stopped and got the take out on her way home from work for us. Food was drive thru fast food at its finest (he says dripping in sarcasm). It was fast and we ate it so it's food. I understand what it is, precooked and in a box, but still... it was five o'clock on Monday evening, I would expect the eat out pinnacle of timing. Have had some good meals from Panda Express and have always enjoyed the variety available, so trying the "new and hip" Wok Seared Steak and Shrimp was an exciting proposition. Well, the steak, vegetables, and sauce was good (note the absence of a mention of shrimp?). The Chow Mein was very dry, and I don't mean maybe. The remainder was average at best, Chun King comes to mind. Spending over 30 bucks at a drive thru (with the Mrs' military discount) for 3, I was expecting a little better. On the plus side when Mrs called and mentioned lack of shrimp, the Manager told her "they add extra shrimp, to ensure every plate has at least 3 shrimp". Well two folks got 6 cause we got zero in two plates. Manager did offer to replace orders later this week, nice, and a great way to ensure we come back at least once more. I am sure we will spend another 20 bucks or so for the rest of our meal(s) but I do REALLY appreciate this being corrected at the local level. I'm sorry, I got to post this. I went and took my friends to panda this afternoon to buy them lunch. All I wanted was beef and brocli. Was about 7.50. Took it back home and it was 3 pieces of beef in it. I could have bought more an entire bag off brocli for less at the store. And gotten a ton more meat. This place is horrible. Don't even try to have food delivered because you won't get half of it. Call to get a refund for what you didn't receive...nope. They won't do it. They tell you to Call the delivery company and work with them. Who by the way then sends you back to Panda Express corporate where you can leave a message. Stay away. read more

This Panda Express deserves more credit!! My family and I went here to eat. The place was amazing, the service is outstanding. Tierany (please forgive me if I spelt it wrong) one of the sweet girls in the front was taking our order and she helped us with everything. Got us fresh Kung pow chicken when they ran out, which my parents enjoyed very much. They love the spiciness of it. All of our food was amazing we got the family feast. Which is a good deal! The food was delicious and Billy who also took good care of us. The entire staff there was great. We will definitely return to this location. There were no complaints on our end. They place made sure our needs satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place!!! read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! As I gave the worker the 1st order I wanted, she asked me what I would like, I told her and it seems as though she made it and took it to the register. I gave her my 2nd order, she made it, then took this to the register, did my checkout total, put it in the bag as which the 1st one was supposed to be in BUT the 1st one wasn't there. I looked at my receipt and it only showed the 2nd order. I asked her why the 1st order wasn't there and she just rolled her eyes at me. I got back in line to reorder, the manager came up to give it to me, I paid for it and didn't get any apology, or a thank you. I won't be returning to this 1. Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I went through drive thru the other day and the plates are huge! The girl who took our order was very helpful and we needed to be guided bc they offer plates wit 3 entrees then 2 sides, lots of food!!! We spent $30 for the 2 of us but I had to have the cream cheese stuffed rangoons, delicious! I suggest you get the 3 entree meal and share, we had so much food left over. read more

The food is great, the employees are amiable. My first visit on grand opening included a survey with a free small entree with a 2 plate order on next visit. I told them this at the drive thru, she asked what I wanted to order and I said the wok fired shrimp. I ordered the 2 plate entree and the receipt showed the charge of the 2 plate entree with a free small entree, but the free entree was not in my bag after I got home. I looked up a phone number and there is no phone listed for that Panda Express. If you have a survey for a free anything, make sure it is in the bag when you leave. read more

How do you not have 2 items (Chow Mein and Sweet Fire Chicken) available when it's ordered? I was told to pull around. There's also 3 other cars sitting outside waiting on food that wasn't ready.
