Got a response from their Corporate office. They requested that I call them back and use a case number. So I did. They sent me a $10 gift card as compensation for the inedible meal I received, which definitely didn't make up for my time wasted stuck in line, or being late back to work. But I figured hey, they'll probably get it right if I try to use this card. So I went back, was stuck in their drive through again for nearly 30 minutes (I guess my fault, I should have known better and went inside). I ordered orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and lo mein with a chicken egg roll. This came out to nearly $10 (so I could use up the card in one go, as required). The lo mein was literally inedible as it was so hard and dry it was crumbling, the egg roll was burnt and had a mushy inside with some strange looking clear noodle-esque things running through it that seemed like rubber, and there was about one scoop of each kind of chicken with nearly no sauce again, and all of it almost totally cold. Seriously, just do not go here. Literally the worst fast food with cold employees and a bad location on top of it. read more

Such little food for the amount of money. I ordered mushroom chicken in a bowl with rice. Got one mushroom and 3 strips of chicken the rest was rice....over $6.50. Complained and received expired coupons for replacement. Complained. Got two new vouchers for replacement. Went to get it and they charged me half price. The amount of food you get is scarce and the service was rude. Manager didn't want to hear that the food was to be free, and wouldn't honor the voucher. Never again. read more

I enjoy the food but it's the SLOWEST "fast" food place I've ever been to. Basically, take the number of cars in front of you and multiply that by 5. 6 cars? Expect to wait at least 30 min in line. The drive thru is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru. They waited until the car in front of me had ordered, payed and received their food before they would even take my order. The line grew longer and I grew more impatient. I am impressed how this business has remained afloat. The employees lack common sense. I ordered 5 plates, 3 of them had sesame chicken. They had a serving left that looked like it was a day old. The lady decided to spread it out into looking like the double order I had asked for. I asked to wait for the fresh to come out to remake it with the other plates still waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes for them to make it while our other food sat to the side getting cold we finally had to ask a manager if they were making it, and with a crappy smirk she said I think so. At that point we're we're going to just leave. After another five minutes of waiting it finally came up, so they started to finish our plates of cold old food that they thought would be okay to serve a girl named ale offered to make all new plates. Long story short, it's pretty sad that a regular employee handles things more professional than a manager. If your out of food do not continue to make the plates to sit there for 20 minutes while you wait. read more

I went there last around 8pm, there were 4 ahead of me and 2 behind me. There was online one employee working the front alone going back and fourth trying to help customers and cash them out. I felt bad for him but as busy as he was working alone he kept a positive attitude. My issue was 2 things besides waiting 36 minutes on my order. I thought they were just short staffed but no , I noticed the manager in the back talking and playing with another employee. And a second employee wiping down the walk in cooler door with a towel. I am surprised to think the manager felt that wiping down a cooler door was more important then taking care of the customers that were waiting in a line for a long long time. Not only that my friend ordered shrimp and the kid who was working alone called it back to the cooks and the cook said it would be 5 minutes . We got out food and sat down . 5 -10 minutes later I got up to ask if my shrimp was ready and the lady asked if they cooks had shrimp cooking and they said no no one said they needed it when the boy said it loud and clear and they responded 5 min. She told me it will be another 5 min. Then 5 min later I asked for it again and aperently they forgot and she said she would make it and bring it out to me. Once again .. no joke I go back up and ask for my shrimp .. it was already done for 5 minutes but she forgot to bring it too me. She gave it too and and didn't apologize for my 36 minutes wait . Besides waiting 3 times on shrimp . The manager needs to be focused on actually managing the business and when someone needs help with customers she needs to delicate her employees to help . I do not want to wait 35 min on a order that usually takes 10 minutes because she needs someone to wip down a cooler door. read more

Poor Management ALWAYS GO TO UP MALL FOOD COURT PANDA EXPRESS! So fast and friendly. This one always takes forever to get through any line, whether its drive thru or inside!!! Never take hungry kids...Rice is almost always out and to top it off sometimes raw. they think that just by refunding you they've made it better. But after ALLLLLLL the time you just spent waiting in line, you just leave so SOOOOOOO mad to say the least. read more

12 minutes for food & 17 minutes for pop machine. Terrible customer services from 3 associates & 2 black shirt, I assume tobe managers. Wanted my receipt for pop refund. Why? I've been standing in front of them since I got carbonated drink instead of Mt. Dew. Told them about the problem at 1:52pm & 1:58pm. At 2:11pm. My party was done eating while I was still trying to get Mt Dew or a refund. Their excuse was we are cooking for a graduation party. So what? Close up your store if you don't consider every paying customer is important. This isn't the 1st time I had to wait 6 minutes for fried rice and then another 6 minutes for my shrimp walnut. The thing that pissed me off the most is after standing there that long is the treatment from the unfriendly staff! Your better off going to the food court Panda Express at UP mall. This one doesn't understand what quick service means. Don't come when the doors open for lunch otherwise you'll often find them delaying the opening by 30 or more minutes. Very poorly managed. read more

I went to bed dreaming of Panda's Teriyaki Chicken and Brown Rice. Finally at 11AM, I decided that I would take an early lunch. When I ordered the brown rice, I was told that it was not done yet. Had it been 10:30AM, right when they opened I would of been understanding. However it is after 11AM at this point, the restaurant has been open for at least 30 minutes and the Brown Rice is not done? That's unacceptable! I ordered Fried Rice instead (which thankfully was done). I ordered and paid for my food at 11:08AM according to the time stamp on my receipt. I waited in the drive thru line until 11:15AM and then I was instructed that my Teriyaki Chicken still had another 2-3 minutes to cook and I was told to pull around to the front and they would bring my food to me. Again I was disappointed that something else was not done. I finally received my food at 11:20AM!! It's a good thing I work close by because I have already used up half of my lunch hour (including commute, which by the way is not the quickest because it just snowed and everyone is driving slower). Hate to disagree with Drew, but this place is all about the timing. The food is the same as any Panda Express, great tasting and addictive; however, I have been to this free standing one on 4 different occasions. Three through the drive-thru and one to the lobby. Each time I about fell asleep waiting to get my food. It wasn't about them being busy, it was about them not having food ready. This is of course Panda "Express," not Panda "order now and come back tomorrow to get your food." read more

Started off wonderful....and then, what happened? The drive thru is very slow - don't be in a hurry to get anywhere anytime soon! Once you are in the line, you are STUCK because of the high curbs and you can't escape....kind of like a roach motel, I suppose. They are always out of something - usually fried rice, which adds onto the agony of sitting in that infernal line. Eating inside the restaurant is worse....tables are covered with rice and the floors are sticky. At least ONE of the sodas on the machine is out of order...and where the unsweetened tea should be is an empty space. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she just looked at me blankly before telling me that they already know. Over the last few months, it feels as though the portions are getting smaller as well and they are skimping on the meat in some of the dishes. The last time I got a double order of the broccoli and beef, it was almost all huge pieces of broccoli (stalks still attached) and about 3 small pieces of beef. My toddler doesn't like broccoli, so mamma ate vegetarian that night :( read more

Food is good, but usually isn't ready until 30-45 minutes after they open. The service is extremely slow and the cleanliness isn't the best. I've seen employees handle money and then handle food without washing or putting on gloves. The drive thru is awful with the extremely long wait time only to then learn that what your ordered isn't available after all. read more

Consistant with other posts this Panda Express is not only slow but has unfocused workers who make there customers un-nessarly wait but sometimes ring out people behind other people which happened to me today. I found it especially upsetting because the order would have been properly filled if for the final selection what they had on the counter (in other words, not making more of it in the back). Because of this I asked to see the manager a request not granted and ended leaving without food and I will never eat at any Panda Express ever again. read more
