I love Panda Express and especially those locations with drive thru. However this is a note of warning about this location- if you go within 20 minutes of closing they will tell you that you can only order from what's left and will give you food that has been sitting out. My food was the worst I've ever had at a panda. I called to complain and the manager said that not only do they have to give you fresh food no matter what time it is, you can and should be able to order whatever you want. He did say that you would have to wait for the fresh food but of course its worth it. I believe if a restaurant is open then they need to serve food worth paying for. If you want to give old food thats only a fraction of the taste of fresh food then charge me only a fraction of the price! read more

Today I went through the drive-thru and I was pretty surprised on how fast and efficient this location was. The customer service was great. Worst Panda I've been to. First, stood in line for 5+ minutes while they ignored probably 6 of us waiting to order. As we're waiting, people from drive thru were coming in complaining how they messed up their order. Overheard a few other customers complaining how they had been waiting for their food for 10+ minutes as they had to make a few of the dishes. Get it together. I wish I could give them 0 stars. First off I went through the drive thru tried to order something they said they were out so I'd have to wait in front for 13 minutes. Like who has time to wait? It should already be ready!!! Wendy who was running the drive thru was super rude and not in a good mood. I asked for a few more soy sauce she rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look. I just can't believe the customer service today. For someone that comes here at least 3 times a week I do not appreciate the way I was talked to or looked at. I run a business myself and wouldn't treat anybody the way I was treated today. Someone please train Wendy on customer service or have her go to a seminar to learn about customer service or I'd be happy to train her myself. I will not be coming back to this location. Waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Then got up to pay and the girl tells us to please pull into one of the stalls to wait for our food. Waited for 15 more minutes. Then sent my daughter inside to find out where the food was. She was standing in a line when I went in to see what was taking her so long. At the end of it all I waited a hour for food that was not very good. The rice and chow main were cold by the time we got home. Our meal came to $61.00. Not coming back. I would give zero stars if I could. Twice now I've gone through the drive threw and was told it was be 5 minutes for my food. the first time I waited 20 minutes and when I went inside was greeted with attitude from Gabby and then was given cold food with 2 pieces of chicken rather than a full order. Today I waited 15 minutes, went inside and was told it would only be 2 more minutes, which was no problem. What was a problem was when the young lady with a bow in her hair, after acknowledging me inside and knowing I was waiting for the car order, walked right passed me out to my car and handled the food to the person in my car, and when I came out obviously irritated, she found it amusing. This is the second time I've contacted corporate about this store and I will absolutely not be coming back. You young ladies need to fix your attitudes. read more

Food is good when they have it...I always get grilled teriyaki chicken and whenever I come they never have it and I always end up waiting. Lately the chicken hasn't been so great either. I love Panda Express but this location is lacking. Super slow service and it's messy inside. Also, if you order to dine-in at this Panda Express you'll just get ripped off. The amount of chow mein and rice is literally half of what you would get than if you order to-go. Went here for dinner last night and said we were dining in. The girl started our plates and then walked away. When another lady came to us I asked her to use a to-go container and she literally added 2 more scoops of everything. What the heck?? Traveling home from Anaheim and was so extremely tired and hungry. We pulled up through drive thru and the lady who took our order was super helpful on what we could order our big family. I deleted my previous review because I thought I was being a little harsh but I went back last night 8/7/2018 around 9:30 we waited for the kung pao which was no biggie but when we went home we realized they forgot the peanuts and green onions also it was too saturated with sauce. I really wanted to like this location but I guess not. The employees had attitude as well and made us really uncomfortable, all that eye rolling and snickering/making comments about customers isn't cute. The one taking my order at speaker is rude and doesnt let me take a look at the menu. She rushes me and theres no other car in the drive thru. This place provided me with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would! Stopped to pick-up two meals on the way home for the family, got all the way home before realizing I was missing one. Called the restaurant and was told "if you come in tomorrow we'll give you a meal for free"..um, it's not free if I already paid. So I informed the girl I was on my way back. I waited 15 minutes (yes, I counted) in the drive-thru to get the meal I already paid for. When they handed it to me I asked "so for having my meal forgotten, coming back and waiting an additional 15 minutes, all I receive is what I should gotten in the first place?" Wow... this is the worst orange chicken ever. We are regulars at Panda Express and the food here is just horrid. The orange chicken was soggy and dripping in sauce. I think they use the wrong sauce because orange chicken never tasted like that. I had ordered prior to seeing the actual thing. I don't recommend this place and I will never come back. read more

By far the shittiest of the shittiest service in fast-food/restaurant history. I was having a nice day up until the drive-thru literally took 15 minutes w/ only two cars in front. When I thought that it couldn't get worse, one of my two entrees were incorrect, even though it appeared correct on the screen. After a millennium long of waiting in this short line, finally I'm thinking nothing else can go wrong but as i dig in to my bag all pissed off, i notice there are no forks or napkins(that I politely asked for). Sat night about 7pm, restaurant was busy. No soap in bathroom so I couldn't wash my hands. The girl took my order and dished up my bowl, but it sat for almost 10 minutes while they messed around with ringing up other customers so food was cold when I got it. I've gone through the drive-through about 3 times and each time I wait for about 25 minutes to get through the line and get my food. I think it is because when they run out of an item instead of having them Park in the parking spots to wait for the food they keep them in the Drive-Thru line. Every time we come they always give us the wrong order and then we spend 20 minutes waiting for our order and then have to wait an additional amount of time for them to remake the order so it's correct. I sure felt violated tonight. I ordered two of the premium dishes tonight. Ones that they add $1.25 on top of the normal cost of the dish. One was the walnut prawns They put it in a little container. 2 inch x 2.25x 2.25 approximately. I decided to look inside before I left. They choose the walnut shrimp for the little box. I look to find it about half full. I take it back to the server. Tell him. You can't put any more in that box. He tells me no. It is 7 shrimp. That is it. I should have given it back to him and told them to take it off my bill. Ridiculous how small the sermon is what it is considered one of the dishes you pay a premium price in addition. It should at least fill up the little tiny box in my option. Seems that every time I add one of the premium dishes I am sm disappointed. Either by the flavor. Or by the amount they add. I have to keep reminding myself. Don't fall for their hype and the looks of the dish in the pan. But proved it again. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Went through the drive through and was told they were waiting on fresh fried rice; it will only be 6 or 7 minutes. Cool. No problem. 15 minutes later I go to find out where our food is and was told now they are waiting on chow mein. So my only question is; when the chow mein comes up, will they be out of fried rice and I have to start this damn cycle all over again??
