We had to wait 45 minutes for an online order!! Supposed to pick up at 635 left with order at 720. We waited for 30 minutes before they brought part of our order and said it would be 7 more minutes for teriyaki chicken!! Was disappointed with the service today. Adding white rice with eggs and vegetables is not, I repeat is not fried rice!! Literally forgot to fry the rice. They have a limited menu. COVID is the reason. Fast service. Food is lukewarm. If your going to wear masks employees have to cover their nose. Even the manager had his mask below his nose. Best Asian food in town. Quality is top notch, no msg and daily fresh cut vegetables makes it extremely healthy. The only thing they could do to improve is have only USDA organic ingredients. suggest more servers /cashiers are used to check out patrons during the busy times when there is a long line waiting to order inside the restaurant and long line in the drive thru. We had to wait to make selection of food items and I noticed the drive thru line was so long some people parked and came in to order. Some people saw long wait line and left. The drive-thru experience was quick and efficient. I could clearly hear the employee through the speaker, and she appropriately offered other items, entered my order accurately, and, when I reached the window, she was polite and pleasant to talk with. She offered additional sauces, politely accepted my decline, and promptly agreed to give me more of the sauces that normally came with my meal. She processed my gift card payment accurately and noted my balance on the receipt. The food was excellent quality, as always. Grilled teriyaki chicken was grilled to perfection, and the chow mein was well-mixed and very tasty. LaChris, the manager, was extremely helpful-she helped me place my order and plan the menu, and she delivered everything to us. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was top notch. Someone in another review said it best, seems like restaurants that are very good in other places don't measure up in Longview. Don't know where it's management, ownership or employees, but Panda Express in Longview is a great example. Even though the place doesn't close until nine or after, they seem to always run out of popular items beginning at eight and if you want that item, you're going to get something far less than what you would get at six or seven. My wife and I went there at eight twenty last night. Of all things, they were out of white rice and the guy who waited on us went behind the line and got some, it was almost like eating uncooked rice. I also had the sweet and sour chicken which taste like it was half cooked, plus they had to search for sweet and sour sauce. My wife had the fried rice and spring roll. She said the spring roll was good, but the fried rice was like my white rice, so hard she couldn't eat. We've been to Panda Express in Henderson, Tyler and other places and have never had a problem, but it seems the one in Longview has a hard time getting their act together. It wasn't that long ago when we went there at seven thirty and the sign wasn't even on. If they can't do a better job, they need to do like so many places in Longview, CLOSE IT DOWN!!! read more

Panda Express food is very good but when you go through the drive through the food portions are way smaller than they are when you dine in. I picked up a Panda Bowel with honey walnut shrimp and when I got to my office to eat, there was 7 shrimp, just a few walnuts and a whole lot of steamed rice plus I had to pay an extra $1.25 because I got the Honey walnut shrimp. Are you kidding me? I paid more and got way less. That was my last time to go there.My total for this meal was $9.58 and I got water to drink. The Longview Panda Express has terrible service and the food is not as good as other locations. They also tell you one price for things and charge you more. When trying to tell the manager, Hunter, the issues she was rude and would not let me talk at all. Then she walked away from me. I will never come back to this place ever again! She also said they would not have a General Manager until June. I contacted the Home Office for Panda Express and have still yet to be contacted back. One thing I would change would be the interaction of your employees with your guest. You have some employees that have a negative reactions toward interacting with customers. They do not want to exchange conversation and show it in the facial expressions. Examples are... eye rolling, talking about said customer in front of thier face but not realizing a customer pays attention to everything even if said customer was not meant to hear it. Commnets and facial expressions are visible in this store. Customer relations should be high on your employees list while on the clock. There are some really good Employees that work at this location! As well as some that need a communication class explaining of how to handle those feelings off the clock. If a employee is that iratated about helping a customer or interacting with a customer is not their thing.Then maybe that job is not for them. I will not give her name but she wears glasses and is Hispanic looking. On the good side of things...Food was really hot and fresh! I did have a good interaction from the young lady that started my plate and as well with the cashier while paying for my food. I was happy to hear that you are getting a Kilgore location. This is my favorite Chinese place. I eat here 3-4 times a week, the place is usually busy all the time but you never have to wait long. They have indoor eating and drive through and they are very convienant to other local places. Target is in the parking lot behind them. Several other eateries arounds, and super close to the spa. The food is good. The service by the young man that works there is less than desirable. He looks like he's 12, but that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of food he puts in the to-go boxes. It's always the same whether I come in or go through the drive thru. The amount of noodles/food is so minimal, that it makes me very upset. I work hard for my money, and I don't like to over pay for something. It needs to be consistent. He is very good at being consistent with putting very little food into the containers. Every time I see him, I try to go somewhere else and get food. Sometimes I have no choice, because my wife really wants the orange chicken from there. Just left from there. Went through the drive thru. Food was awful. I remember why I quit coming every time I go back. My plate had chow mien, honey walnut shrimp, and beef and broccoli. Chow mien was very hard and dry. For $1.25 extra I only received 6 pieces of shrimp. A few pieces of beef mixed in with the tough broccoli trees. The cream cheese was all cooked out of the Rangoon and they were all out of chicken egg rolls. Way over prices when they fill in all the gaps with the cheap noodles.
