HAIR found in my food yesterday. Chicken was made fresh so the cooks hair must have fell in there and then, gross!

Okay, okay, they did it , the customer service has really gotten so much better , the food is hot and crispy , the seating is still a little lackluster but I found a spot by the soda machine , they are very good now and my past reviews are in the past now , this place has really stepped up, quick , friendly, open, all great things , excellent work Panda !

I feel like the current 1.9star rating is a little low for this location. I come here every other month or so and I have to say that they are consistently good. I always do a mobile order and I have never had any issues. The food is good and they have never gotten my order wrong. I do think it's important to support local, authentic, Chinese food places as well, but for a nice dinner at a reasonable price, this is not a bad place to grab a bite. I just finished my dinner from this location and realized I have never reviewed it so I grabbed y phone while I let my food settle and I was really surprised by the comments on here. A lot of the reviews don't make sense...they say things like the food is really good but today the rice was stale or they left out my fortune cookie. They say the food isn't "authentic" but it's delicious so they only get two stars. It's so confusing. Consistently good food and service doesn't warrant a one-star review. People make mistakes. Anyway, let me come down off my soap box to tell you that we just got a family meal for everyone at my place with sweet fire chicken, orange chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef and double chow mein and not only was it tasty, but it was very affordable and everyone enjoyed it. Also, there was only one person taking and making orders on a Saturday and I really felt for the guy and thought he was doing a great job.!

Closes restroom 1hour before close. Manager and staff has attitudes. Saif corporate said to close bathrooms to save staff time. Illegal to do

This is not how it looks when cooked at Lodi location.

I usually go to the location on Eight Mile Rd but was closer to this one tonight. I ordered the Orange Chicken and it was not the coating as I expected. It was a brown, hot and sweet coating on it. The pieces were small and had burnt tips. The Broccoli Beef wasn't any better. The broccolli was still hard, barely steamed and the pieces of beef were miniscule. Disappointing. My appetizer of Crab Rangoon was the only mediocre item. I don't think I will come to this location again. If I noticed this before I left, I would've told them to give me something else. Since I picked up, the dissatisfaction hit me when I was already home. I've attached a pic of how the orange chicken is advertised in a picture..if yours doesn't look like this, don't take it home!

This is before we even had any of it

So, we thought we would try ordering online. We typically get the plates as a family but decided to try the actual "family pack" this time. Ordered it online. It was ready super fast, but unfortunately I don't know if I will ever order that again. Food is so expensive everywhere you go nowadays so you should get what you pay for. One of the sides we ordered, the broccoli beef, wasn't even halfway full when we opened it up at home. It is all the way across town, so we didn't want to drive all the way back there just for our food to be cold when we ate it. Really disappointed . . Don't leave without checking your item at this location everyone.

Paid for 3 item meal and when I got home they forgot a portion of my meal (stringbean chicken breast)

    Clean restaurant

I forgot to take a picture of my bowl but I had fried rice & honey walnut shrimp. This is my favorite plate at Panda Express but I will say I wish they gave you more shrimp for the side because 6 shrimp with 2 walnuts is unfortunate BUT I will say this place is a clean and the staff this time around were nicer than the people there a few months back. Everyone greets you when you walk in as well, 10/10 for customer service

The lady that served me was very friendly. The food was really good. The Beijing beef was great. It had the right amount of spiciness.

December 13, 2025 - Approx. 6:25 PM…read more On the way back to Stockton from Jackson, was in the mood for Chinese food and Google Maps suggested this restaurant. SUMMARY: Good deal for take/out food in this era of high inflation. PROS: Was impressed with how fresh the vegetables were in my Beef w/Broccoli order. Plus a nice balance of flavors. Also, was surprised with the Yen Ching Fried Rice, as it was both filling & flavorful. Finally, the served portions equaled, if not exceeded, the charged prices. CONS: While I was waiting in the dining room for my orders, I was freezing. I don't think they even bothered to turn the heater on, or maybe it just wasn't working. But you can imagine that if you ate in the restaurant, your meal would go cold in a matter of minutes. It's a total shame, since the interior decor is rather nice. Also, while I enjoyed the aforementioned Yen Ching Fried Rice, I felt that the Yen Ching Chow Mein was not on the same level. While the flavors and ingredients were basically the same, I felt that the noodles chosen by the chefs were not top quality, especially taking into account that this is supposed to be one of their signature dishes. SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT: Sprinkle some fresh Sesame Seeds on the Dry Fried Chicken, and the dish will look visually appealing. And please turn on the heating in the restaurant during Winter. SUMMARY: If you want good Chinese food at reasonable prices, this place is definitely worth a try.

hate having to write this review because, as a small business owner myself, I try to be empathetic…read moreand supportive of other businesses. That said, this experience needs to be shared -- especially given the complete lack of concern for customer experience and food safety. I'm visiting the area for the weekend and decided to grab soup dumplings with a friend. It was our "cheat day," so we ordered about $60 worth of food, which wouldn't have been an issue if it had been edible. We ordered two lunch combo plates, pork bao buns, and pork and vegetable dumplings. Food review: I ordered the General Chicken lunch combo. It tasted nothing like expected and was mostly thick breading covered in an overly sweet sauce that was supposed to be spicy. The rice was honestly the highlight of my meal -- though rice is hard to mess up... or so I thought, considering how sick I am while writing this, and that was mostly what I ate. My friend ordered the orange chicken, which looked and tasted exactly like mine--again, mostly breading. Her chow mein was cold in the middle, which made it seem like it was microwaved. I'm not usually nitpicky, but this was already turning into a bad experience. The pork bao buns weren't as bad as the rest of the food, but once we got to the "dumplings," we stopped eating altogether and threw everything away. The dumplings we ordered came out as steamed potstickers. I wish I had taken a picture--they looked awful. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since this place is literally called Dumpling House. That was a mistake. I took one bite of the dumpling with the sauce provided (soy sauce with chili flakes), which masked the taste. On the next bite -- without sauce -- I immediately noticed a horrible flavor. I smelled the dumpling and it had a rotten odor. At that point, I was completely done. When I got up to wash my hands and walked toward the bathroom, I took a closer look around. I noticed tin serving dishes that staff appeared to be eating directly out of, and a "wrapping" station set up on a table with wrappers laid out and a container of wonton filling just sitting there at room temperature. I don't know how long it had been out, but my friend mentioned it was there when we first walked in and assumed it was fresh. We were seated for about 30 minutes, and the filling remained out the entire time. Pork should absolutely not be left out that long -- and clearly, based on what we experienced, it wasn't safe. I've now spent the last six hours sick in my hotel room. Not only do I feel awful, but I'm also missing out on activities I had planned for this mini trip. Dumpling House -- please do better. Please care about your customers' health and safety.

I don't usually get xlb to take away since it's very hard to maintain the hot soup in the dumpling but I tried and failed at the effort and don't at all blame the DH who warned me. Ah well had to try.
